I have been a member for the last three months. The staff is nice. The first full natural fill I felted like it was a rip off. I had only some lashes in each eye. They told me when I was checking out I should try next time the 3D and gave me $25 credit. My eyes got very red and burn first times I washed them. The second time I paid for the 3D it was ten days later and I didn't have many lashes left. The adhesive is very strong and when u cry or shower any drop inside ur eye burns. My upper lid got swollen a little. Third time ten days later scheduled for 3 D refill but they said I needed a full set of 3D. Now is been 10 days my eyes get red, got discharge and mucus. After a week the adhesive doesn't burn when washed eyes. I bought the set foam, brush and conditioner. My eyes are watery and get mucus, no much lashes after 10 days, the service is expensive and I think am ruining my own lashes, that are already short. My fourth appointment is 18 days instead of every 10 days. I don't know how long I can last getting lashes with the irritation I may need to take a break as much as I love them my eyes are too sensitive and the adhesive too strong. I have been paying a lot and this is how my "amazing" lashes look right now paying the extra 3D, I think is not right for what I have been paying. read more

Amazing Lash Studio - Eyelash Service Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

SCAM RIP OFF. ANYTHING TO GET MONEY. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed and angry. I came in April and got lash lift and tint and signed up for the membership. Got charged for May, had not used my service yet because I travelled out of state for two weeks. Returned to the studio on May 28th, filled out a cancellation form so I would not get charged for June. 10 days later, I get charged for June. It took me a week just to be able to speak to a supervisor who then tried to tell me they couldn't find my form. I advised to roll back the cameras because I was in on this date and time. She refunded me and cancelled. I had an appointment scheduled so I could use my membership for May. Unfortunately, I got COVID, had to reschedule. COVID then gave me pink eye in both eyes which took two weeks to heal, had to re schedule again, can't get lashes with PINK EYE. I came in today to use my PAID MEMBERSHIP SERVICES OF MAY THAT I DIDNT USE. I go to check out and the girl, Jennifer, who says she is a manager (not the one I spoke to a week prior) tell me I initially owe $10. I give her my card, she says, never mind, it's $20, you aren't a member. I said, well I was a member for the month of May, paid the May's service, and did not use it. I didn't use it that month because I ended up getting sick with Covid, pink eye, ear infection, and some more if we want to be relaly honest. She said "It doesn't matter, you're using it in June, so it's non member pricing" Even though I was a member and paid for the services already! I asked for corporate information, she refused to provide it to me. Asked for supervisor, that's when she said she's supposedly the supervisor. I told her, it really sucks your customer service is so awful and you just rip people off because there are good lash techs that work there! She laughed at me. The whole it me she was extremely rude. I eventually told her, " can you stop talking and swipe my card so I can leave!?" It has been an AWFUL experience since DAY ONE at this location and with this company. they clearly do NOOT care about customers, ONLY MONEY. Funny, on the day I was cancelling my membership, there was another member there upset because pricing was advertised wrong. YOU NEED A DIFFERENT JOB JENNIFER. YOU ARE RUDE. AND LASH STUDIO NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS !!! GO TO A LOCAL TECH WHO HAS THEIR OWN. -- read more

First off it took three different lash techs to before I found one that was decent. The first visit I had most of lashes missing by week one it didn't get any better for the next two visits, then I was charged extra for a lash tech who knew what she was doing... They don't tell you when you sign up that are hidden fees...my credit card was charged $234.99 (three separate charges) in one day for a fill. According to the manager who called me over a week later these were all necessary charges.... I am not the only one who has experienced these problems. I will not be coming back. I am a very loyal customer who was patient with this business so by me leaving, it says a lot. read more

First of all they were friendly that's as good as my experience was. I needed an apt because my place was booked so i thought a studio that specializes in lashes, can't go wrong. I went wrong. The lashes were much more exaggerated than I asked for but they didn't look bad and is a vacation so no big deal. Got them done Thursday for a vacation Friday through Thursday. It's Sunday and my right eye lashes practically all gone! It's infuriating because there's no way to get them fixed while on vacation, I'm upset enough that I'm actually taking time out of getting ready for dinner to write this review. I still have 3 days left and the lashes look terrible, it hasn't even been a week! I have followed the normal regimen to keep my lashes nice and looking good but they just fall out each time I try to comb them, I even paid extra for a "master" artist, which I now feel was a huge scam. Don't waste your money here. It's literally what I did throw money away. First time going and definitely the last. I will make sure I let ppl know my experience whenever asked. Just for reference, I have not gone swimming or done any strenuous activities...activities I have done in the past with lash extensions and lasted longer than this. To me the studio is very poorly named. There was nothing amazing about these lashes except how amazingly little they lasted. I have a good spot to recommend if anyone needs it, you'll be happier than with "Amazing" Lash Studio. read more

First time getting my lashes done ever & I told them this before going in. I walked by and they had a promotion on the door and I thought it was a good idea. Clearly I was wrong. I have gone 3 times in ONE week. I did a training session and was told the trainers were professional; the girl was great but after two days 70% of the lashes on my right eye had fallen out so I called; they set me up for an adjustment with another trainer who was once again great; but the time she had to work with me was so limited there was still so many gaps; at this point I just realized this was not for me and I wanted to cancel the membership I had signed up for. I keep being told my first billing has to go in first and to give it another chance. They set me up with who they said was their best stylist who was beyond rude; got glue in my eye; and made me look like a stripper after I clearly stated I work in an office and need it to look professional. I gave myself time to calm down and I called and decided I still wanted to cancel and I wanted to talk to someone about the first payment because it wasn't fair for the horrible service I received. She said she's the highest person in the company and would not process that cancellation for me which if she is the highest person in the company she does have the ability to do so. I was told to gift it to a friend & when I asked why would I want to do that if I had such a horrible experience she laughed. Everyone at the front desk gives different reasons on why the lashes only last 2 days and no one seems to know what their talking about. Their' master ' stylist did not seem to care at all about her work. This was the worse last experience ever do not waste your time or money coming here; find someone who cares about their work and will care about your results all they care about is your money here. read more

Terrible customer service here. Especially Alex. I have been a loyal customer to this location for 2 years and have always requested master stylists. During the "promo" for volume lashes I scheduled an appointment for today and when I walked into the salon, was told by Alex that the stylist had gone home sick and that they "tried to call me" - I have no phone calls and no emails from them letting me know not to come in. Very rude and unhelpful, offering me only a 10% discount due to their inconvenience after I asked if there was some sort of discount I could receive; never apologized, and I do not get the promo because they can't schedule me until 4 days from now. read more

The day I posted my review I received an email at 11:30pm from the manager making apologies for not getting back with me and she assured me my requests for the full refund and membership cancellation had been done the day of my email ( almost 5 days prior ) and it should take 7-10 days to receive. Coincidentally after I read that email I checked my bank app and the refund had just been posted. Coincidence... hmm I wonder. The product is the problem based off my own experience and the while the staff was pleasant, I still shouldn't have had to negotiate when I was plainly unhappy and unsatisfied as a customer. I'm leaving my review up... I would want to know as a consumer the good and the bad. read more

This location is honestly one of the most unprofessional and inexperienced places I've ever been to. I have gone to multiple stylists and every one of them has been inconsistent with the way they apply and the results. If you want them full, this is not the place to go. They have gotten my eyelashes stuck to the bottom so bad that I couldn't open my eye and it was painful to get detached. Jermika uses scotch tape to tape the bottom lashes instead of professional licensed products to put near someone's eye. She also tapes up your previous lash extensions with scotch tape and leaves that on the entire service to fill your lashes. It is extremely uncomfortable and not okay to use that near someones eye. She also forgot she had me as her last appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes before she took me back. The receptionist had to go ask for her and once Jermika came to the front, she just waited to talk to the receptionist as if I wasn't there already waiting for over 15 minutes. People make appointments at certain times for a reason and it is very unprofessional to make people wait, especially that long. All in all, I will NOT be back here and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way than come back here. read more

If I could give "Amazing Lash Studio Arcadia" zero stars I would. This place is a huge scam and disappointment. I will not be including names to prevent this review from being deleted. I joined the studio and had my first appointment with a brand new technician. The procedure was painful and I told her that numerous times, finally she realized the calming pads she was using she had dug into my right eye. I spent the first hour of the appointment in a lot of pain questioning if it was normal. When I was shown my lashes I told her they were uneven. She "fixed them" and poked me in the eye with a pair of tweezers. She panicked after poking me in the eye. Following this she told me that she had just recently started doing lashes (like 2 weeks ago). I went home and my eyes were BURNING but the girls there told me not to itch them or rub. I listened. My eyes were constantly tearing up and red. I called the studio about 5 days later as I was still in pain and had lost about 60% of my lashes. The manager scheduled me for a "consultation" with their correction specialist. I went in for my "correction" and the "specialist" told me that my lashes were not falling out that they were clumping together because my shower was too hot. When I complained that my eyes burnt she said that was the shower too. Additionally she told me that I should take Benadryl when I expressed concerns that it may be allergies. She "fixed" my lashes by brushing them and using tweezers. No lashes were added. I told the front desk girl that I thought I may have had an allergy and they again told me to take Benadryl. I had a fill scheduled 2 weeks later with the same correction specialist. I arrived 2 minutes late and the pregnant blonde front desk lady treated me HORRIBLY!! She did not greet me, all she said was "you're 5 minutes late and this is coming out of your time". I was 2 minutes late and either way as a customer I deserve a polite greeting. At this point I knew I never wanted to come back to this place due to her demeanor- it was SO awful. I waited a few minutes and then asked where the lash tech was since this was cutting into MY time that I was PAYING for. The rude pregnant lady huffed, got angry and got the tech. My lash appointment went very well from this point forward and I left happy with the service from the tech. I was still upset about the rude front desk lady, but was happy with my lashes. I woke up the next morning and many of my lashes were gone. The weekend passed and by Monday (day 5) I had less than 40% of my lashes. I called and they offered me another "consultation". They tried to get me to PAY for another fill (after 5 days).I explained that this would not work for me as I cannot keep coming in for consultations with no resolution. I got lash extensions to save time, and at this point I was at the studio an hour a week. The manager agreed to provide me one free fill that night with the same "correction specialist". The "specialist" was so rude to me. She did not speak other than to tell me I was "not cleansing and that I was wearing mascara. I had worn their brand of mascara 1x and I "cleansed" 2x daily as recommended. I left that night feeling in valued as "member" of the "Amazing" Lash Studio Arcadia. A few days later I went to get my brows done. The girls there all had lashes and were shocked that mine had been done earlier that week (I got them done Weds night this was Sat morning). The other girls had their lashes on for a week or 2 more than mine are we're 2x as full as mine. I left that appointment and immediately contacted the manager at the Amazing Lash Studio. The manager again offered me a consultation with her "specialist". I said no and that this membership isn't working for me. I told her about my irritation and itchy eyes and she told me the only way to get out of it was a doctors note. No one should have to pay their copay for that. Additionally the told me the "specialist" told her I was wearing mascara and that this was my fault. I asked for a copy of my contract to give to my fiancé who is an attorney. She agreed at this point to let me terminate my contract. Do not fall for this SCAM- these people are NOT "specialists". I bought their products (lash coating, cleansing products, lash brush, mascara) and tipped the "specialist" each time. I wasted SO much money at this place and hope that you all do not end up in my position- stay away from the Amazing Lash Studio Arcadia. read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. The most horrendous amazing lash studio I've ever been too. I have been a member for nearly a month now and have run into numerous issues since. First off, the front desk staff are all clueless as to what's going on. I waited almost 40 minutes to see my stylist because they had neglected to inform her I had even shown up. Second off I've been charged INCORRECTLY twice now both times over-drafting my account because they decide to double charge you for no apparent reason. God forbid you call and ask to speak to a manager? It'll never happen they conveniently never have one available. I'm beyond done with this place. I have had a membership at this studio for a couple months. On June 3 I went in person to the studio to cancel my membership. The front desk told me they were out of forms but called the manager and said they would go ahead and process the termination. Their cancellation policy is come in person at least 7 days prior to next billing to terminate, I followed their procedure. On the next billing I was charged. I have contacted them on multiple occassions and they refuse to cancel my membership or refund the charge. Which was not true because I was charged $20 on top of the $69.99 credit I already had. When I asked for the pricing I was told I was booked with a "master" stylist and they have their own pricing but I was never informed that I was being booked with a "master" stylist. There are a few compliments I can give about this company/location. The girls up front are sweet for the most part, COVID is taken very seriously there, usually you can get an appointment if you book a couple days in advanced. Truly up until recently I have had a fairly good experience with Amazing Lash Studio in Arcadia over the last year but these past couple of months since they have reopened from COVID lockdown have been a bit of a nightmare. It was kind of them to only charge for a fill instead of a brand new set for members their first appointment back after lockdown, so point for them. Sadly, my favorite stylist went on maternity leave which is extremely unfortunate because she was very kind, did a great job, and never scolded me for my lashes not being perfect when I came in for a fill nor did she push products on me. Plus she always took me a few minutes early and never ran over the designated appointment time. However, now that she is gone I am rotating stylists to find someone I would like to stick with and it seems that all of the ones I have been with, particularly one who I will not name, DOES scold me about my lashes not being "well kept" and pushes me to buy more products that I am not interested in. Not to mention, I clean my lashes well and each person tells me I am washing them wrong when I was following the previous stylist's instructions. For some reason, each session I've had since the reopening everyone has run over appointment times without telling me, so if you choose to go here I would advise not having any obligations immediately afterward. I even had a stylist who I booked a 30 minute appointment with and told her the appointment COULD NOT run past 30 minutes because I had a work event and she pretended to acknowledge what I said but then the session ran over an hour! I was furious. This past Friday, July 31, 2020, I had booked an appointment for 11:30am. I came 10 minutes early, to be told I was late for my 11am, when in actuality the person who booked me told me the wrong time. Later, I even checked my day planner where it said 11:30am. I was offered a 40 minute session for the full price, which was ridiculous. So I scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Up until today I was still writing nice reviews when they sent emails asking for a detail account of my experience, even though from the beginning when I was told if I get the max upgraded lashes my lashes would last for 3-4 weeks. I can never go more than two weeks without a fill which is quite the bummer with how much I spend with them. What has angered me enough to write a extensively long review about everything that has ticked me off these past months began when I was doubled billed yesterday, August 1, 2020 for my $120 package (Being billed for $240 plus the $25 over draft fee) which the manager said they couldn't find a reason the system did that. Regardless of the reason I was still double charged which left my bank account in the negatives. Though most of Arcadia's clientele could probably shrug off being charged double, I budget my lash appointments into my monthly expenses. It's a luxury item for me that I do creative counting to afford $105 a session, ($60 for a refill, $25 for the upgraded lashes and $15-$20 for tip) which I do twice a month. The $120 extra they took from me was grocery money for the week. After being told the refund would take 7-10 days, I asked if they could compensate me for my troubles and specifically the over draft fee by comping the $25 lash upgrade fee. I was told the manager would not be doing that nor do they feel the need to do so even though the billing incident was their fault. They do free upgrades for birthdays but not when they mess up my finances and over charge me? That is absolutely absurd. Due to how I've been treated recently I will look into other Amazing Lash studio locations but the end outcome will mostly likely be cancelling my membership and finding a new company. Probably a small business that we should be supporting during this tough times, who most likely values their regular customers. read more
