Nadia was wonderful. Does then nice and full they stay on great. And we always have a wonderful conversation.

Amazing Lashes truly lives up to the name. The service was quick, clean, and so kind, which I really appreciate. Karla took great care of me--she was professional, gentle, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The space was spotless and well-organized, and I never felt rushed even though everything was efficient. If you're looking for quality lash service with friendly energy, ask for Karla. My lash tech was so quick, I usually book out a whole evening to get my lashes done but they assured me at Amazing Lash Studio she would only take an hour. I was able to even work a shift after getting my lashes done. The tech was so fun to talk to and made the time go by even quicker! read more

customer service was great, she was very professional, on time not waiting and my eye lashes looks beautifu.

Unfriendly, 5 up charges without letting me know until checkout, it was my first time in and they didnt explain or show me anything. Told me to show up 15 minutes before and the store wasnt even open and when they did open they did not greet me. Lashes are fine but not worth the price read more

Jaelyn did an amazing job on my lashes! She was so professional, gentle, and made the whole experience super comfortable. ~100***DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN EYE INFECTION! Cold uncomfortable environment thats ran its course! They took advantage of the lash fad and now have minimal clients so they're skimping by finding gray areas like not wearing gloves and not telling/asking the client, even though the law clearly states any bodily fluids requires gloves! Not a single pamphlet, or talk about caring for your lashes, things to watch for like redness or itching, etc., but they have you sign the release the second you get there, because they know they're wrong, but need your money! I'm 7 days in and have only a few lashes left, they're glued every way except the right way because she used as minimal everything she could. I asked 3x for my eyes to be washed to no avail, she was soo rude to me that I wanted off the bed asap which luckily for me happened cuz she didn't provide me with the services I paid for. The second she was done, I walked out and made it clear I wasn't happy, but instead of reimbursing me, I got $20 off and told they can fix it to which I'll be honest, I was going to give them another chance but then I got confirmation that she wasn't wearing gloves and that along with no sanitation stations, gloves, masks, autoclave (disinfecting machine) bags over instruments, paper on the beds, I declined the offer but they still refuse to reimburse me because they say "services provided" but i didn't receive the services I requested and paid for but here we are 7 days in and they're still gaslighting me and making excuses! Unfortunately franchises like this, train more in excuses than doing things right in the first place. When I freaked about her not wearing gloves, the response I got was "they wash their hands before they come get you" but to get to me she has to touch doors, walls, her face, anything and everything but I'm wrong by being upset. I chose a franchise because I thought they'd be better about sanitation, but I now know to stay far away and educate others so they can't get scammed or harmed by these pathetic companies. What I've learned from these types of companies is they use contracts to control people so employees sign stating that if they leave/quit and a client follows, the tech gets sued but why would a franchise be scared of single techs??! And now since they refuse to grow with the times, they're basically stealing from the clients since tech's got tired of getting taken advantage of! read more

I honestly thought getting their membership was a great idea since I like to get my lashes done regularly; I went two different times, with their master lash specialist, after 2-3 days, the lash extensions were coming out in clumps. The cancellation policy is also ridiculous. They won't process it for a whole month and continue to withdraw money from your account. If you call to complain they try to convince you to keep coming back with a different lash tech. I would never recommend purchasing a membership such as this ever again. They set up the contracts in way to keep you locked in so they can keep getting paid read more

For my first appointment, I was having difficulty finding the location, so I called to clarify the emailed time and location. The receptionist seemed EXTREMELY eager to indicate I was--despite being only 5 minutes after the appt start--late to my appointment and charged my credit card a late fee of $50 (for a $70 service) while I was still on the phone. They refused to remove it. In short, this is indicative of very shady business policies, and I will be providing this same report to the BBB. read more

The person doing my service was amazing. I have had lashes for 5 years. I know exactly what I want. And what I got was beautiful. I wanted basic classic lashes. When I was shown what to pick I simply picked classic no add-ons. Not any 3D anything not anything extra glamorous nothing. Which is exactly what I got a very nice pair of lashes and they look just like the lashes I've had before for my other service provider who has now moved away. Which is the only reason why I'm not going to that person. Why did $99 turn into $135 before tip? They said I got something special. But I did not or if I did it was not communicated to me that way. So when I said all of that at the desk when she was asking me for money. I said, that's not what I asked for I did not expect to pay $135 for a two-week fill. Who can afford that? Every two weeks I'm paying $270. That's a car payment. Then when you go to try to find customer service. Very hard. Each studio is individually operated. So they sent me back to the website. So when I called the store to ask for customer service email or the phone number of the person who owns the salon I was not given that information. I was told to wait for a phone call from the manager. So I will be waiting. But at this point it's a scam that charges way too much for a regular service that you can get on any corner for 85 to $90 in this town. Give me a break! I will never go back because I feel absolutely scammed. If I get any satisfaction from the manager I will be sure to update this review and the Stars. But this is an epic fail for $135 for a two week fill. read more

I went to Amazing Lash for over a year, but after a while the lashes didn't stick any longer. I put a freeze on my account and tried the lash lift with a "master technician". I ended up with singed eyelashes. I sent an email at the beginning of March requesting to cancel, I was called and sent an email asking why. I emailed again and was told that I need to complete a form that I have yet to receive and that they need 30 days to cancel. I don't want singed eyelashes anymore and don't want fake ones that fall off in clumps immediately following the appointment. Stay away from this predatory contract and company. There are many lash technicians out there if you want lashes that you can just stop going to if you've decided you don't want their service anymore. Unfortunately, this company apparently can only stay in business by ripping people off. read more

If i could give this location zero stars I would. I received the worst customer service at the front desk. I went in for an appointment the day of an event the lash extensions were fine but when it was time to pay the representative had no clue how to ring me up. It took 25 minutes for her to figure it out. And was cursed at by her as well. In this time i also missed a nail appointment i had scheduled after this and was charged a no-show fee! I will NEVER use this business again and will dissuade anyone I know not to use this company as well! I spoke with the manager the day this happened and was told she'd contact me upon her return to Phoenix. I was NEVER contacted! Really disappointed in this place. I was under the impression my membership was cancelled but it was just frozen for a month and my card kept getting charged. My fault for not noticing but $700 in charged accumulated. I called them and hoped they would be reasonable and issue a refund but they said it was all in store credit. I haven't gotten my lashes done in a year and don't intend to do them again. I also moved. They said I need to go into their location and sign a form to cancel and they will not give any type of refund. I find this pretty shiesty. Amazing Lash Studio - On an anime date after my lash fill - Eyelash Service Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Update on my review I went for my schedule refill on Monday. I talked to my lash lady and informed her my last set only lasted 14 days. I expressed concern. She took me back to my room. Examine me and informed me that I had build up. Now on my last visit , my other lash lady mentioned the same thing. Ends up that I was using my eyelash primer the wrong way. I was not informed of the correct way. So I ended up having to take my eyelash set off. For this visit. I ended up paying 125.00 30 take off 35 for 3 piece eyelash fill. 60 dollar usual membership fee. I felt that due to misinformation provided about one of their own products. I ended up damaging my lashes. I dont feel that I should have to pay for take off. I spoke with person in charge today and she expressed that they were sorry and gave me a 15 dollar credit. Really? My lash person today was Patty she was very nice. read more

I originally came in to receive a touch up due to me going away for the weekend. I came in with a week old lashes that I felt needed a little more volume. Atmosphere 5/5: This is the 2nd location I Have been too. Very elegant and welcoming staff. The waiting area has a few couches with pillows. There are quiet a lot of rooms of service that are also very clean! Experience 5/5: My tech and the receptionist were very helpful in explaining the process to me along with the payments. My tech Bernadette was very personable and happily recommended I receive the 3D fill in. The whole process took a full hour which is more time than a touch up however I did end up receiving a regular fill in. My lashes look beautiful! read more

This is the 2nd time Amazing Lash has let me down and disappointing me! Went in today, gave the lady clear pictures/ instructions to what exactly I wanted.. (mega volume lash) 1st problem...: The young lady must've had a cold or something. She kept on sniffing, coughing and messing with her mask. It's not sanitary, especially when she has to be up in my face, as the mask can only do so much.. And when you're breathing on me.... 2nd problem...:2hrs later.. they weren't what I asked for. It wasn't worth the wait at all and they pretty much looked the same with what I walked in with, she kept on pinching my eyelid with the tweezers and what felt like my skin around my eyes being ripped off by the tape!! to which she was non apologetic about... 3rd problem....:I expressed to the front desk that I was disappointed by the finished product..and l she said she will speak to the manager so which she said that I need to pay the full amount of $230 and she will deal with me when she's in! I'm sorry, but that's so wrong.. why should I pay for something full price that I'm not happy with! I'm honestly not going here again, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt giving them a 2nd chance no thanks! I feel totally robbed!!! read more

DON'T BE A DUMB DUMB LIKE ME AND LET THESE PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! My services there were inconsistent but fine. I generally liked my lash's. When Covid came I decided to cancel my membership for health and financial reasons but couldn't get a hold of anyone at the store via phone ( I left voicemails) so I emailed them asking them to immediately cancel my membership and to stop charging my credit card and I never heard back from anyone regarding my voicemail or email. Life got crazy and obviously my lash's were the last thing on my mind, and yesterday I realized they have continued to charge me the monthly membership fee, despite me asking them to cancel my membership back in APRIL and despite the fact that I have not stepped foot in their store since March. When I called yesterday the girl who answered the phone said, "that's weird it shows you are cancelled I don't know why you would still be getting charged. I'll have my manager call you tomorrow." The manager called me today and said they "never saw my email." She's not sure why, "Maybe they had an issue with their gmail" or maybe "there was a glitch in their system." So anyways, I forwarded the email to her to show proof that I sent it, and she said it basically didn't matter because I would have needed to fill out a cancellation form for the cancellation to be legit. The people who run this company are CROOKS. They have taken $419 from me since I asked them to cancel my membership and say there is nothing I or they can do it about. I guess they will be successful because they steal money from people but they won't keep customers around for long this way. AVOID this membership based company, it's horrible and all just a big hoax to find ways to rob people of their money. read more

First time coming to the studio! The front desk was professional and so friendly. Also Tiara my stylist did an amazing job.

I am so sick of this terrible customer service and crappy lashes. You can clearly see gaps in my lashes! They are not filled in at all! I have multiple credits with this place that I already paid upfront for and I can't get my money back. I wanted to use the rest of my credits because one credit is approximately $60 but you know what? It's completely NOT WORTH IT. UPDATE: Today, 5-28-19, I came in to cancel my membership. A couple months ago my master stylist went on vacation so she recommended me another master stylist. On the day of my appointment, I was notified by them that the master stylist was no longer with the company. They didn't have another master stylist that could see me around the same time, so I booked my appointment with a regular stylist. When I showed up to the appointment, I asked them when my regular master stylist would be returning. They told me that they weren't sure and that she maybe not be returning at all. At this moment I was like um okay so two master stylist are leaving. Anyway, I went ahead and got my eyelashes done. I was very unhappy with the work that stylist did. Just by the way she used tape on my eyelashes I knew something was different. Not even a week and my eyelashes were falling off. Needless to say, I was unhappy and the thought of having to pay an additional fee on top of my membership to be a satisfied customer was kind of disturbing, but I guess that's how they make their money. Today when I walked in to cancel my membership I was told to fill out a form, no biggie. The girl handed me the form and said to complete the highlighted questions. I chose not to and just circle the reason why I was cancelling the membership. She gave it back to me and said "you have to answer the questions" I looked at her and said I'm choosing not to. She then again and said I had to. First of all, I DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. Second of all, don't force customers to do something they don't want. She said it was for feedback, and I understand that but if I don't want to give that feedback then accept it. Don't force me to do it because then it'll lead me to giving negative feedback and changing my review on yelp. Original post: I've been to different amazing lash studio locations in the past and I really love the Arcadio location. Everyone who works here is very friendly and welcoming. I've been seeing Hanna since I've been going here and she's super nice and helpful. She is a great master stylist. Today she suggested getting the 6D lashes and I'm in love with them. I would not reccommend this place to anyone. The membership - They make this sound like a great deal. However, you end up paying way more than just the 59.99 per month. When cancelling if you have any fills left, they say you can transfer them to another customer. Totally wrong - they made this such a hassle. Front desk - Anytime I'd call to make an appointment, I'd be on hold for ten minutes. They always said "we're just too busy" when I said I needed to make the phone call quick. Lashes - I currently go somewhere else for my lashes. When I went, I can't even begin to describe how bad it hurt for her to fix my lashes. The amount of glue this place used was horrible. Sure they last, but the glue and lashes are clumped on like crazy. Pricing - Overpriced for what you're getting. One time I went for a "mini" fill which was 30 mins and was charged 60$, with the membership. Managers will never call you back to make things right. Avoid this place! PS: Not one of the lash artists I ever met here was wearing lashes. Red flag! read more

Today, I had the worst eyelash extensions! I went in with my beautiful extensions, that I'd been getting, in Denver, for the last 6 months. I walked out trying to stop myself from crying. After returning from Denver, Colorado, back to Phoenix, Arizona, I'd spent the last week looking for someone to do a three week fill on my beautiful and addictive lash extensions. Clearly, I made an ill advised choice, in selecting this lash bar. First, I was given a lash wash to use. It was very abrasive and burned my eyes; it took off many of my existing extensions, even though I'd just showered and shampooed my lashes, prior to my appointment. The evidence was the many lashes in the sink. The girl in the front had been very helpful and inquisitive/interested in the look I wanted. Now, for my lash technician, he was not at all interested in the look I wanted to achieve! He was focused on and irritated by me expressing that I wanted him to use the hypoallergenic lash glue. Very irritated. I believe he used this as his excuse to do a subpar application for my lashes. When he was finished, (in less than one hour), and I looked at my face, I didn't say a word. I was mortified that, not only were my beautiful lash extensions, that I had grown so fond of, gone, but my lashes looked terrible and much worse than my own natural lashes had, prior to having any extensions at all! When the technician saw the look on my face, he said, "I could've gotten a lot more lashes on with the regular glue". Now, my lash tech in Denver, (who is also a cosmetologist), always used hypoallergenic glue on my extensions, because of my existing allergy to latex and tape. She never had a problem, that she reported to me, about not being able to get enough lashes on. Perhaps, that's because of her technique? She would go back and forth, between my two eyes, allowing time for glue curing -she told me this herself. The tech at this place whipped through one eye then went on to the other as quickly as possible. Now, I just happened to snap a selfie, right as I was going into my appointment. I'll attach the before and after, if able. Monday, I am calling the corporate office to report this situation. Do yourself a favor: do not use the services of AmazingLash. You'll certainly be regretful if you've ever had a good eyelash extensions application. read more

I lost most of my natural lashes due to these services. They used to be long, now there are patches on my eyelids with no lashes at all. On top of that, my eyelids are red and inflamed. *20% of people have severe allergic reactions to something in their lives!!!"** I even said I had had allergic reactions before to eyelash extensions but was told "different salons use different glues." I developed an allergic reaction overnight after spending 2 hours lying still and spending extra cash on "volume 3D" lashes. Will update this review later.
