Biggest rip off for a "touch up" in 13 years having lashes done. Cost was $90 plus tip! I was in and out in less than 26 minutes. 26 minutes! 1st let me emphasize website said $66 for "touch up= 30 min appt I could live with $66, no problem. However, $90 is ABSURD for a 26 minute touch up- if 1 lash minute was put on that's $3 a lash! The artist did a satisfactory job. No problems there.... When I went to check out they said $90 because I had hybrid lashes...???? Of course, I complained when I was told the price. Seriously, 26 min fill $90-plus tip Completely outrageous! Not impressed. I have been getting lashes done for many years. My regular person got married and was on honeymoon. They were able to get me right in. I had lashes done Saturday. By wed they were all gone. I called and they said I could come back and have a mater tech do them. Returned on Saturday. Had them redone for more money. They were gone by Monday. I seriously wear my lashes for 3 to 4 weeks. I dont touch my eyes. I was signed up for membership and allowed my daughter who is not wearing lashes currently to have hers done with my credit for a cruise. She paid extra and literally her lashes were gone in a few days. Hers usually last at least 2 weeks. So disappointing. Especially since they upsold every subsequent visit even though the service was not done very well. Had mine done by my regular girl. Still full at three weeks. The tech complained about my lashes needing a break but my regular person does them so well. No issues read more

If I stole from this franchise they would have been able to look on their video camera to show my face at their location, taking something that did not belong to me. I prepaid for eyebrow service because my wedding and birthday was coming up. I decided that instead of using the service, I wanted to gift to my mother. I called and spoke to someone and asked if I could gift to my mother. The appointment was moved and I was able to set up an appointment for my mother. My mom became sick and was not able to make the appointment. I rescheduled. When my mom went for the appointment, she was told she needed to pay. My mom explained it was a pre paid. The folks on duty were not sure what to tell my mom because in their computer system, it looked like I already used the service. I took a picture of my eyebrow and sent to my mother to show my eyebrow had not been touched. The manger was contacted and I was told I could reschedule with a trainee only. I rescheduled because I did not want to lose the prepaid $89.00. I questioned why I would have to be with a trainee when it was clear that my eyebrows were not touched. The response was that each esthetician is independent and this company is not responsible for the work. At this point I started checking around other places for the eyebrow service that I wanted. The experience, professionalism and quality of work would be different and cost more. However, I wanted quality and the assurance that I would have quality and professional work performed on my eyebrows. I decided to let the appointment go. I lost the money. My advice... interview the esthetician before hand. Ask to see pictures of their work. Otherwise, it's a gamble. As far as integrity.... I suspect each location would have individuals that are different. But the location on Gilbert and Baseline was the location where my experience took place. I love my lashes and this particular location so much! There's a closer location to me however I am convinced that the Mesa Shores location is the best as it has Karelia, Fatima, and Darty! WOW!!! Talk about sanitizing! Just straight up unpleasant & disgusting!!! I scheduled for refill & volume today but walked out as I'm finishing up cleansing my eye. I really liked everyone here, so friendly but my regular techs were not available. So I was scheduled with a new person name Jasmin. As I was cleansing my eyes outside of the restroom, a tech went into the restroom & I heard the toilet flush but never heard the water (hand sink) & the tech walkes right out. I went to the counter & confirmed if she was going to be my tech. When I was told yes, I asked to reschedule with someone else. As I got home, I called the store & requested not to be scheduled with her & explained the reason. The receptionist who happenes to walk in as I was leaving answered the phone & stated the tech washed her hands. I'm thinking in my head how could she know this when she was walking in as I was leaving. I am so disappointed with how this turned out. I'm going to forget about my membership & will never return. When COVID, health & safety matter is critical at times like this, I just don't think it's appropriate and anyone would take the risk of going to a place that is not safe for many reasons. I haven't had my lashes done since 2020 but was excited to get going again! I was promptly greeted, which I love! Ally took me back and made me comfortable and cozy. It's usually really hard for me to lay still for so long, but she gave me a blanket, propped my feet up and turned the ceiling lights off. She did an exceptional job on my lashes. she was meticulous with her technique and every lash sat perfect and straight. I HATE a twisted lash more than anything. this place is a scam! they charged me 200 for a full set when i can go to anyone else for 100 max, terrible service & there brush to wash to wash the lashes is 20 and the label wiped off as soon as i put water on it TERRIBLE and my lashes fell off within a week and they charge full set price if they arent 50% on? how are they supposed to be 50% on if they come off within a week! So I posted a few days ago about my experience with having product on hand and I called today as my fill is tomorrow and was told something opposite of what I was told last week. they cannot confirm if the glue will be in by tomorrow, which is not what I was told last week. Gal offered to call other locations after I said I feel like its time to cancel my subscription which I accepted but when she thought she disconnected my call, she had not and I sat and listened to about 10 minutes of her being coached on what she should've said to me and several times my responses were repeated "mockingly" but one of the two. I've gotten great service from all the stylists and not that there isn't plenty of clients to go around but after listening to the two gals talk about me, well I am done. read more

I got my lashes done for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. It was the most relaxing couple of hours I've had in a long time! Ally was awesome, I didn't know much of anything about lashes and she walked me through not just each option but some variations on each one in order to give me exactly what I was looking for. I really wanted natural looking lashes that would pass as my own and she nailed it! I've had so many compliments on my eyes and no one has even realized I had lashes put on! So I am visiting from out of town and needed to get a hybrid fill in between my visits back home. I was happy that I could get in. The staff were very friendly, however, my lashes are not full like i normally have done and my technician had a hard time with one side and was going to leave a gap in my lashes because she ran out of time. Luckily I said no way and she fixed it. Then for the shock!!!! I went to check out and they charged me an enormous amount of money just for a fill. I paid what you would normally pay for a full set! Double what I normally pay for a fill. I am planning to move to Arizona from the PacNW and will be needing a new lash place. But I can tell you that it will not be this place EVER!!!!! They charge an exorbitant amount of money for a 2 week fill and they aren't even full!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I gave 1 stars is because the staff was really nice. I will never come back to this place of business. read more
