I have a lash place in Houston near my parents house that I am loyal to however I did not have time to go while I was there and have an event coming up so I decided to try somewhere in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lady who did my lashes was really sweet and did an amazing job. However, I will not be coming back because my lashes took nearly 4 hours. Never in my several years of getting extensions has it ever taken over an hour and a half. They told me it would be 2 hours, which I was okay with because they said they would be doing a cleaning/removal of my few remaining extensions. I scheduled for 9am for the purpose of still being able to have a full work day by the time I was out. I got done at 12:45. I got through 2 whole albums while I was laying there so I knew it had been over 2 hours and the only thing I could think about the next 2 hours was wondering the time and praying she'd be done soon. My boyfriend even drove by because he was nervous of why I wasn't home yet. It really made me feel like I wasted my day. I will mention that I didn't say anything to her during the process which I should've, but I am the type of person who gets too nervous to speak up to staff whenever there's an issue. I feel bad for writing this because my lashes do look great and the staff are great people, but wish I would have known it would take that long. If you come here I would just say to come on a day you have nothing planned and are able to take a nap. My lash place back home rarely ever takes over 1 hour. read more

I'm new to town and took a short break from unpacking to run out for a lash refill. The employees were super sweet and helpful on the phone and in person, but when I arrived they asked me to sign away my right to damages if they injure me. Nope! Big red flag for an establishment that's about to apply glue near my eyes. So I went home, yanked off my remaining lashes, and got back to work. Maybe I'll go somewhere else to get a new set, and maybe I won't. Don't ever, ever sign away your legal protections in order to look beautiful, ladies. read more

Don't waste your time or money! Find someone local. I have had lash extensions for years. Unfortunately, I moved and haven't had time to go back to my usual lash tech. The only positive thing about Amazing Lash Studio is that they had a ton of appointments available, so I booked with them. I got to my appointment early, however the tech didn't start on my set until 15 minutes after my appointment time. The lashes she did put on looked fine, but she left BOTH of my corners empty because she ran out of time before her next appointment. I have NEVER been left looking wack like that! I had to go back the next day, and luckily the manager didn't charge me to finish. I thought they looked fine (even though I paid for a hybrid set, and 85% of them were singles with hardly any fans) and I was just going to request a longer appointment next time... However, after only 7 days of having the lashes, they started falling out like CRAZY. By now it's been about two weeks and I hardly have any lashes left. I've never had an issue with retention with any other place I've been, and they've always lasted at least 3 weeks. Additionally, I've noticed that most of the lashes falling out have my natural lash attached. This place cares more about the quantity of appointments than the quality of their service. I'm still mind blown that they let me leave having empty corners... I had to make TWO trips just for them to fall out within the next 10 days. Way too expensive for such a mid service. read more

Let me tell you how this manager scammed me for 6 times the DOLLAR AMOUNT she told me. I came in to use up my credits for my full set. I told my lash lady I didn't want volume from my last visit. I told her specifically only the length sizes I wanted. When I checked out, the manager said I'm all done my credits covered everything, would I like to add a tip? I pulled out my card for a 20% tip that the manager HELPED me calculate to $13. I got charged six times that amount. I called back for the unauthorized charged, and they said it was.. wait for it. Volume. I specifically said no to volume. They said well you always get volume. THATS exactly why I wanted change TODAY. I gave management an option to keep the tip but refund the unauthorized charge that was for an unauthorized style OR I get my money back anyway from the bank for an unauthorized charge completely , my lash lady loses her tip, and I drop a review for dissatisfaction, stealing, lying, and being confident in it all too. Manager chose for her lady to lose her tip and to lose the charge for her work by lack of communication and professionalism. Being fully confident and wrong do not mix, in fact it's the most annoying thing a company can be. That is called not paying attention, speaking out of place, not stating the total charge, and stealing. She really tried to tell me I requested something I went in trying to avoid. She told me I requested volume like she was in the room with me when she was not! Accept when you're wrong, accept that you made a mistake, don't have your company and EMPLOYEES pay for it. Literally. TOP it off, she tried to tell me to calm down when I was calm, and lower my volume when I wasn't yelling. It's called assertive and a conversation not going your way. That's what really made you uncomfortable. I refuse to pay for someone's lies, and yes girl you know I got my money back ;) read more

The lack of consistency between artists and staff is alarming. Between the lack of understanding on what the membership does and doesn't do as well as pricing, I do not know how this is a capable business. I call before every appointment to double check what my cost will be and I am always told one thing over the phone, and another at check out. I canceled my membership today because I can not justify spending the amount of money I do every 2 weeks/month to leave as unhappy as I do. I have had 2 sets in the past I was very unhappy with. The 1st time I paid for volumes and did not receive them, then had to pay to have it "corrected" and then the second time I left with a bunch of my eyelashes glued together, and upon asking my stylist if that was normal she said "no that should not happen you need to have them removed next time and start fresh" so she either saw the issue and continued to work over it, or did it herself and took no accountability. I then had to pay to get that fixed. This is now the 3rd time I have left unhappy. I have asked every stylist I have seen to put my lash map into my notes, and no one has. So I left with the exact opposite of what I asked for. Again. It is also extremely disheartening to go into a luxury service to see staff sitting around, unkept and having extremely unprofessional conversations about employers who don't drug test, or how much they hate their job and want to leave. This is a luxury service, so the space should feel it. Not like I've walked into a detention room in high school. I also do not appreciate the staff members who know my job title asking me if I would like to come work for them instead. I wish this business the best. But the only reason this business will stay open is because it is a franchised name. read more

I am absolutely IN LOVE with my lashes! My stylist, Daniella, was amazing! I was unsure about what style and length I wanted because it was my first time getting my lashes done but she was so helpful every step of the way. And let me tell you - MY LASHES LOOK BOMB!!!!! She did a great job and I can't wait to use my membership when it's time for a refill. The rest of the staff was so friendly and professional! They gave such a warm welcome and even took a quick temperature check at the door. You can tell that they really care and follow all safety protocols. Love my lash's I have been going for a couple months. In fact became a member and had daughter join. Today was I disappointed though. I had an appointment at 9am when they opened. Called and left a voice mail I would not be at make my appointment due to husband tested positive for Covid. I then received a voice-mail 11:30 letting me know policy is I will be charged for the service due to I didn't attend my appointment. I called back explained again, due to positive test I felt it was best for all to not come into their office and expose everyone, this is what I left on the voice-mail. I was told 1 they are to busy to listen to the voice-mail I could of text and 2 that's policy. I am not fond of the way they are handling Covid protical I could of came in exposed others and then turned away I told the young lady they may want to handle this more sensitive and she stated it's policy. I rescheduled due to I don't want to be charged, but will be looking for a new place if I it's a threat you dont attend due to others health. I was so nervous it would look so unnatural, but not only are they so naturally beautiful, it was such an easy process and I even signed up for a membership. I feel amazing! Absolutely horrible business and customer service. Lashes look awful and fall out quickly. With how much they are charging for lashes i would at the bare minimum expect them to look good and last. I wouldn't waste your time or money here and watch out for the master stylist fees that they don't make you aware of until afterwards. read more

I recently got my lashes done. I had a bad experience with these. I got them on Wednesday, same day they started to fall. On Thursday more and more. The same on Friday. On Saturday I had less than a half on my right eye and a big spot without lashes on my left eye. On Sunday I didn't have any of them. read more
