This was my first time getting eyelash extensions! The front desk was helpful in informing their styles: classic, cute, sexy, and gorgeous. I ended up picking sexy, with the lengths longer at the ends. They also recommended me to go with the medium length cause I wasn't sure if medium would look short on monolids.. but the lengths are perfect ! The session went well. The studio could use some music in the background because the 2hr session was dead silent. But if it helps the technicians focus better, that's fine. I also expected my results to come out fuller since they asked how full I wanted but the technician told me at the end that it'll look fuller when I go back in for refills. They make sure you love the lashes before you leave and I saw that there's a 3day policy on a sign stating something along the lines. that they'll fix any issues if you're not completely satisfied. I've also seen a lot of people's eyes being red after their sessions but mines werent irritated at all. read more

I called to book an appointment for a full set for the next day--all confirmed--showed up the next day at my appointment time and was told that the front desk person forgot to actually book me for the allotted time!!! Like wtf?? no recourse no nothing. Like how incompetent can you be?? Absolutely ridiculous and cancelled my membership. I originally went in on August 30th for an initial set. When I spoke with the lash tech I told them I wanted a natural look and for the lashes to be at the same length as my natural lashes. Well, the tech decided that she was going to make them double the length and they looked super unnatural making me look like I came out of some comic book. They looked horrible. I went straight to the receptionist, as she was the witness for my request, and she confirmed that I requested for them to be the same length as my natural lashes so she booked me for the next day so they could be redone/fixed. About an hour after leaving I receive a voicemail from an "Ellie" so I called back. She was super rude and condescending saying that I should have requested what I wanted to which I replied with I did and I explained that even the receptionist knew what I requested. I went back in that Saturday, the 31st and they were redone, but a week later this is what they look like. No advice on after care or even some sort of guidance. I had to ask the receptionist for a brush because I noticed that some were going sideways and she advised that the tech should have either given me or offered me after care. Not the first time I get them done and that is how I know what should be done. A week later and this is what they look like. I can't even call to have it fixed because that "Ellie" person was super rude for no reason and I'm afraid I'm going to get stuck with the same tech. Now I'm having to book an appointment at another location and paying all over again for not just the set but the removal. I would not recommend this location. Service is not the best. She said they were completely wrong for my natural lashes. I had already completed my 6 month obligation with amazing lash and I asked if I would still be charged, bc I didn't plan on coming back. I was told no, I wouldn't be charged anymore. I had my lashes professionally removed elsewhere. Two months go by and my husband sees that we have charges from amazing lash. They are in the same amount as the membership. I call and they said they will removed them and send me a form to sign. I don't know why they didn't offer this form to me when I asked if I had to do anything after my six months were up and that I wouldn't be back? I wait for the email, but instead receive a call, stating they will cancel the charges from now on, I don't need to sign anything, but I am required to pay for the two months that I didn't ask for. We disputed the charges and all is well. Until the next month. We receive another charge. Now we have to contact the bank again. If this sounds like a hassle that you don't want to deal with, do NOT do business with this company. Go somewhere that is actually professional and knows how to correctly run a business. It's been 2 years since I started getting my lashes done here. Tony is no longer here sadly, but I've been going to Jennifer and she does a great job. She's super friendly and my lashes come out great. I love that after 3 weeks it still looks so good! Checking in and out has always been pretty simple and the girls at the front are always friendly. I have seen multiple different stylists at this studio and absolutely love all of their work. I do always see a master stylist and from this location I have never once had an issue. I have been to other Amazing Lash Studio locations, out of convenience, and always end up coming back to the Copperfield location. They are very professional, extremely kind and very clean. When I get my lashes done at this location my lashes always hold up for close to three weeks. I always get compliments on how amazing my lashes look! I am extremely upset about my experience at Kelley Vu's Amazing Lash Studio in Copperfield, TX. I called in to cancel this membership, which I have done four times before today, June 23, 2020. I called to cancel with earnest because they have robbed me of $1000. The administrator said they did not cancel this membership because I did not come in. I explained to her that I never received those instructions. Multiple times in the past, they told me they were going to cancel. I made numerous attempts to resolve this issue, hoping that after the resolution, they would refund my account. I was wrong. So I take a financial loss. That is unfortunate, and I decided to report this to my bank as a fraud. I called in today to do my due diligence. My bank requested I contact them to stop any future transactions. However, with the new information, I asked for an alternative to coming in. I explained that I have an autistic son and do not want to cause him harm. Is there another option. She (the administrator) told me no and hung up in my face! I am livid at this point! So I called back with a vengeance and expressed I wanted it handled now. Out of her (the administrator) frustration, she said she was going to draft my account today because I am annoying her, and she hung up in my face again. I kept calling because I already know they have a habit of not getting back to you. Kelley Vu's Amazing Lash Studio - Copperfield had no intention of canceling my membership. I asked to speak to anyone who could handle my situation. The administrator said there was no one available. I asked to talk to the owner, and the administrator told me the manager would get back to me when she had the time. Now, I am beyond furious! Why? Because at this point, the administrator threatened to charge my account. No one is available to resolve my issue, and there is nothing anyone at Kelly Vu's Amazing Lash Studio can do. During her (the administrator) hang-up game, I contacted the owner, Kelley Vu, on LinkedIn. I sent her a note expressing the urgency of the matter. She finally took a moment to call me because I kept calling her business every time the administrator hung up on me. It got Kelley Vu's attention, which is what I wanted. Now, I am thinking, OK, I can have a rational conversation with the owner. She will understand and correct this situation. Wrong again! When I answered Kelley Vu's call, she abruptly said she would be at Amazing Lash Studio Copperfield tomorrow to address the situation. I tried to speak, and she interrupted me, saying, "Why are you still on my phone?" I said I am upset at this point, what is it you need me to do to rectify this situation? Your administrator says I need to come in. Kelley Vu tells me the administrator could have faxed or emailed it to me. However, the administrator is emotionally drained and is scared of me. Due to her present trauma, she cannot send an email or fax. But I can go in and sign a cancellation form. I asked Kelley Vu, if she is afraid of me, why would she be comfortable with face-to-face contact? Kelley Vu said I could do whatever I want to do. I said, well, please email it to me. Kelley Vu said she could not because she isn't in her office, and the woman cannot because she is traumatized. From the moment I spoke to Kelley Vu, her demeanor was pessimistic. I do not know if she wasn't kind to me because I was black (which she saw on LinkedIn and very common in Texas). Or if it was because she does not care about the consumer. It was like she repulsed at the idea of speaking with me. She scoffed and mentioned she had better things to do. I clearly stated my position: I have an autistic child. Any money that I have lost with you is money I could have been paying for therapy. I want accurate information as to how and when you (Kelley Vu) can resolve this matter. Please give me time, date, and what you need from me. It took me 5 minutes to say that bit. Kelley Vu kept interjecting with comments. She refused to let me get an entire thought out. She said she heard that I have an autistic son and that doesn't matter to her. She said she did not want to listen to me speak and was not sympathetic or sorry for her staff or how they have handled things to this point. The only thing that caught her attention was when I mentioned that I reported these withdrawals as a fraud. That lit a fire under her, and she said she would get it done tomorrow at 9:30 AM. She said she would contact me and resolve it immediately. That is all I wanted. Now, I have to tackle this again tomorrow. I hope Kelley Vu will fix it. Amazing Lash Studio is a great franchise system. Unfortunately, I do not feel Kelley Vu has upheld the organization's standards and ethics as a franchisee. My advice is to drive those extra miles to go to another Amazing Lash Studio, where the owner and staff will treat you with respect. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. do not go to this location. I have been coming to this studio for over a year. The only reason I continue to come is because of the lash stylists Sandra and ruby. The front desk employees are beyond rude. Not to mention...they have called me picky and bitchy. One time they messed up my appointment and scheduled it for the wrong day. We listened to the recording of the phone call and it proved that the studio messed up. The receptionist did not care, she had an attitude about the entire situation, and even started talking to her boyfriend who came in to bring her food and ignored me while I was there at the studio. She acted like it was my fault and tried to blame me. Would not give me an email to contact Kelly (the manager) and rolled her eyes. I have been a member since 2018 and have received the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. I wish they would value loyal customers as I've been trying to reach the manger Kelley which happens to be the owner i found out and have had no luck getting a hold of her since there has been some confusion with my account and i asked to speak to the manager but instead just got charged without talking to anyone. Sadly i reached out to them again to see if i could get it escalated and i was told to reach out to corporate for me the to get any type of answers.. Only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the people in the front were very kind and explained the diff lash styles. However, the "master"(Keana) stylist was very rude and unpleasant. Made me feel so uncomfortable and not wanted the whole time. She walked to the front to get me and I said hi and she said nothing. Lead me to the back no speaking I asked her oh this room, again no response. She then asked me what size I wanted, I said 14 she said those are long. I told her my middle is kinda thin because of a lash curler. The tape she put on my eyes started to itch, so I tapped it, obviously she didn't bond that stuff right because she got mad a lash came off. She said be careful how you itch (with an attitude) then finished the lashes and said don't use a lash curler on these with a sarcastic tone and then said brush them and clean them. Amazing Lash Copperfield has a few good techs so it's unfortunate that I will no longer be able to use them because of the customer service. Everyone is nice until there is an issue then you are treated like you don't matter. No problem is ever solved their attitudes say "sorry it is what it is". I got my lashes done there regularly for over a year. I've had to tolerate the customer service. I stayed that long because I liked my tech. The management needs to do better. No matter who your customers are or what their issue is they are PAYING YOU GOOD money for GOOD service not to be nonchalant when there is a misunderstanding. Worst experience at an amazing lash ever! their lash technicians are inexperienced and poorly trained, the placement was off and they weren't even isolated and had glue stuck on them and What's worse is that I had one eye with the corner lashes stuck together and the other eye had the corner lashes hanging down.... and what's worst is the manager is just ignorant and incompetent. She was unable to help me with getting my lashes unstuck and blamed it on my eye being "wet" that's why they are stuck together so the lash tech took me back to the room "tried" drying them but was unable to for whatever reason and when I headed back and my issue wasn't resolved I was told to just wait 5 minutes and my lashes will dry and be unstuck but the thing is I didn't want to leave in case they were stuck together and have to pay $114 for poorly done lashes with a clump of lashes stuck together on one end of my eye.... I wasn't going to leave like that , well the manager refused to let me pay the $80 for the lashes itself and threatens to call the cops!! OMG .... and this is coming from the owner/manager Kelly which s that saddest part, I can see the owner doesn't care about her customers and their experience, just wants the money but the situation could've been handled a lot better if the owner/manager had decent experience with customer service and handling situations that pertain to a customer being unsatisfied with the service and just have some type of respect for your customers as well things could've been totally different. Seriously love this place. I've had 3 different girls do my lashes and they have all been wonderful! My main girl is Diana, she always does an amazing job and is so sweet and easy to talk to. Just thinking maybe they are running late she waits. 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes and still no one is in the building or answering the phone line. She leaves 2 voicemails wondering what's happening. After 30 minutes of calling and waiting she finally leaves. She proceeded to call later that afternoon and still no answer and no one reaching out to her. The next day she finally gets someone on the phone who tells her that their computer system went down so they weren't sure if they had appointments. TURNS AWAY CANCER PATIENT WITHOUT REFUND. My cousin has been suffering from cancer and lost all of her hair. We thought it would be a special gift to her for her birthday to get her lash extensions. We called to confirm this was even a possibility and we were assured that she would be able to receive them. It was a struggle to even get my cousin out the door - having to face a new you without hair in the mirror is hard enough without having the public glance your way and yet when she got there she was denied. As if that wasn't enough, we were never refunded for not receiving a service we were told we could receive. My heart is saddened at the lack of sensitivity your company has for others. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service that this location has. My contract was up and I was on auto renewal. Three months prior to my contract ending I asked what I would need to do to cancel. They said, "nothing, it will cancel". Once again I went in to get a full set and afterwards I asked again, they said the same thing. And then the last time they drafted my account I called again to make sure. I was told on THREE separate occasions that there wasn't anything I needed to do to cancel and that I had 90 days to use my remaining credits. To my surprise they charged me again and when I called they said I was on auto renewal (which mind you, I was aware of but they told me i didn't need to do anything further to cancel). The options they gave me were to immediately cancel and loose over $150 that I already paid and thought I had 90 days to use...or get charged AGAIN and have 30 days to use the credits. Symbel is the manager that helped me sign my initial contract and Mercedes was one of the reps who informed me that I didn't have to do anything. I understand the contract side of it and I didn't appreciate that I was being spoken to like I was an idiot. The thing that made me angry was that they didn't take ownership of the fact that they were the ones who gave me false information THREE times and barely did anything to rectify the situation. I asked for a corporate email or phone number or the owners email since they are a franchise and the phone number they gave was false and refused to give me any information. This was my first time ever getting a lash membership from them and it will be the last. I would not recommend this to anyone. All I asked was that they give me a courtesy 1 credit since they were the ones who gave false information but they refused. Well I'll give amazing Lash studio on Highway six in Houston Texas one star because the lady was nice but when I got up my eyes were kind of glued together and she had lashes and my tear ducts and my eyes were burning from the time I got up till for about 2 hours until it stopped burning I called they told me that they would give me a full set for credit never told me that there was an expiration date remind you it was a year later as of June of this year but I called to schedule an appointment they scheduled me an appointment and then the manager Symbol calls and tells me that I can't use that it's been a year it expired I wasn't told it was an expiration date but yet she make my appointment before telling me I can't. Heard great things about stylist Tony from my sister who is a regular there. Decided it was time for me to try lashes myself. He is the most sweetest and professional stylist! He listens to what you have to say and tweaks a few things to make things more comfortable. I started this review after my first session and it has now been more than half a year. Lol. I love how my lashes come out and people continues to compliment them on how natural they look. If only they knew I barely have any! Especially because I have monolids lol! I have tried color which is super cute. Also volume which makes them look extremely full! Horrible customer service. I was running late for my appointment, which happens, and I take full responsibility showing up 20 minutes past my appointment time. I asked to be rescheduled and was told there was availability same day, but was told 50 % of the services I scheduled for my original appointment will be charged for being late. I am not cancelling my service, I did not no call no show, I am simply rescheduling for a later time today and being charged 50% for a service that was not done. I understand cancellation policies, maybe rescheduling fees, but 50% is ridiculous and totally unrealistic. Time management is absolutely necessary to run a business, but you can guarantee I will never return to this business after the horrible policy/ customer service I received from the receptionist. Went to get a full set at this location again after 2 years, the stylist Jenny or Jennifer seemed to be new or maybe was in a hurry I'm not sure but the placement of my lashes was horrible, the lashes look like nothing I asked for and there are lashes stuck to my skin causing discomfort and feels like it's pinching your skin when you close your eyes, there is also glue residue on my inner corner of my lashes where the application was messy and several lashes are falling due to improper application , tried speaking to symbol the manager about either getting them removed and receiving a refund or getting them removed and paying discount for a new set, it seems unfair that customer who are not satisfied with the service only get a free removal but wasted $90-160 dollars on the lashes THEY DO NOT LIKE! It's starting to seem more like a scam than a business at this point. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! I love my extensions! I have always struggled with having small shaped eyes making it difficult for regular mascara to make my eye look big, not anymore. My eyelashes are now long and fuller than ever. No more clumps or worrying if my makeup will still look good at the end of the day. Traci did my lashes in a very quick fashion while still managing to make me look "gorgeous ". I am so happy with the results and could never see myself going back without extensions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have been trying to cancel my account for months and they told me after the contract is up the payments will stop... OH no they did not and the next time oh this will be your last one... oh no wait this will be your last one... OOPS you have auto renew and must come in to fill out a the termination form!!! Would have been nice to know 3 months ago. And by the way the 15 credits you have will expire in 30 days not 180 days!!! Outstanding customer service I will let everyone know. Customer service sucks. The manager is never there and it's like pulling teeth to get her to talk to you. Once you finally speak to the manager she is RACIST, disrespectful and unprofessional. Go to another location or company, this one is trash. After getting my first set of lashes I decided to get a membership that ended in September. I originally spoke with the manager in august to ensure that the next month would be my last payment but guess what... they charged me October and November!! I then called and spoke to the manager again and she told me she would cancel my membership and give me a refund for Oct and Nov but all 4 of my unused credits would disappear (2 that I hadn't used yet and 2 from Oct and Nov). She agreed to allow me to get a full set using two of my credits and then cancel my membership which cancels out the last two and allow me to get a refund. When I got my eventually got my full set she no longer "remembered" saying I would get a refund. In short, I paid for 8 refills and only was allowed to use 6 and still was not given a refund. Also, they try to give off the feel as though the salon is high class yet their workers are very low budget and sloppy. read more
