I usually go with a different company to get my lashes done but a friend of mine insisted I give this place a try. I figured since its was only $80 for a full set on your first visit I would give it a shot. To begin, the front desk was clean and staff was welcoming. My esthetician came out to introduced herself and was very nice. When she took me to the back I was surprised at how small and "clinic-like" the room looked. The table wasn't even comfortable and neither was the process of getting my lashes done. She started by putting tape under my eyes... Tape! So uncomfortable and my eyes started getting irritated. I figured this was just the way they did things here so I kept my mouth shut. It wasn't until she started gluing that my eyes really started burning (something that NEVER happens at my usual place) so I told her. She then grabs some eye drops, gave my eyes a little squirt then continued. The more she went on the more my eyes hurt! After complaining again she finally decides to get some "sensitive glue". Thank Goodness! Finally some relief! After that my eyes no longer burned, and I eventually passed out. I woke up 2 hrs later, with my eyelashes stuck together. And eyes burning again. She gave me more eye drops, separated my lashes and finally I was able to stand up and move around. When I looked in the mirror, I was too distracted by my bloodshot eyes. There was barely any whites in there! That's how red they were... I don't know if it's the type of glue they use or the tape that did it. Anyway, I just wanted to get out of there, at the front desk I mentioned how much my eyes were burning, showed them how terrible my eyes looked and they just said, "ok did you take a look at our membership?" What?! Did they even hear what I said?! I will not be returning here. Even though it was cheaper than my usual place, the lashes were not worth all that pain! read more

This location sucks! The girl who did my lashes "Pucca" ? Or something like that isn't very good at all my lashes were fine when I left the salon of course because she just did them after 1 week over 50% were gone! By a week & 2days nothing left! That is ridiculous!! Not very many of these amazing lash studios are worth a Damn!! The only one I like is the Arboretum location & the only girl I trust there is Chelsea!! If you have a member & have had horrible service go check her out! I have been a member almost a year && she is the only person I would ever recommend at ANY LOCATION. This review is a long time coming, but at least I'm finally writing it. DON'T GET SUCKED INTO GETTING THE MEMBERSHIP!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I got the membership because I thought I would love having these eyelashes extensions. WRONG! They never stayed onto my lashes. I could only go a week without them falling off. And the time I went in for a fill, it hurt so bad, it felt like she was plucking off my eyelashes. I then decided to cancel my membership, but I was told I couldn't cancel it because I was somehow locked in... I don't know about yall, but I'm pretty sure most places let you buy out of a contract. So whatever, I try to make it work for the rest of the year, but no. I just let my money go to waste. All $551.88 down the drain. BUT WAIT, they charged me for a 13th month so make that $597.87. I will definitely be calling and complaining tomorrow, but I'm so mad about this horrible experience I had to share this horrible review. read more

The only reason I am giving this location five stars and will come back to this location is because of Shelbi. I came the day before my birthday for a refill and had Daniella as a stylist. I told her exactly what I wanted the style of cute/gorgeous which goes from short to long to short and very thick, she assured me she could do this. She took an hour and a half when the appointment is only supposed to take an hour. I had just gotten my lashes done two weeks prior so there wasn't that much work to be done. After an hour and a half of sitting there I stand up to see that my lashes look like they hadn't even been done and are all the longest length not thick at all with gaps. I ask her why there are gaps and she told me that my lashes had just thinned and she put on as many as she could, she told me to buy the lash serum. I was upset left and called for them to be fixed the day after my bday. I came in and was with Shelbi. She sat me down asked me why I was unhappy. She then showed me my chart of what they've used on me and what lengths and thicknesses asking me how I would like them. She offered to take them all off and start over if I would like, or she could fill in what wasn't done. Letting me know because they were just refilled it might now look much different because they always put a lash on every natural lash i have. I had her fill in what wasn't done. I was shocked at the difference that she made. Daniela did not do anything that I asked and idk if she's new but she left gaps everywhere didn't put lashes on half my lashes when I had more than enough lashes to make mine full and beautiful. Shelbi made me her loyal customer and I will go back to this location now. She did such a great job im very happy ! read more

I am new to ALS and love my lashes after finally getting them right the 2nd time. My first time was a bit painful. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get back in for another appointment. They are always booked and have also cancelled on me. Meantime, I have lost all of my lashes. The ladies are the front desk are rude - to the point I tried cancelling my membership with Kirsten and she wasn't able to confirm my cancellation. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. If you have sensitive skin or easily allergic, make sure to ask for the sensitive skin version of the glue at ALS. This was not offered to me but found out later they carry it. Since last time, I've pre-requested whoever is doing my lashes to wear a mouth cover when I book my appointment and so far it's been great! Whoever is concerned about hygiene should do the same. Thanks Amazing Lashes! I love mine. I am not one to do my nails, hair, waxing, but the lashes keep me from needing to wear mascara. This is for my lash fill today October 13, 2016. I'm normally pretty happy here and I've been a member since April but today was a complete waste of my time. I understand that the new technicians need to keep working in order to gain more experience and although you do provide a free correction, this is still very inconvenient. My time is valuable and when I come to get a service done, I expect that service done well. Now I have to return in 3 days for a correction which means I will have horrible lashes for my event tomorrow. I think this business needs to train new technicians on your own time and not the time I'm paying for. I'm not a guinea pig and we pay a lot for this service. Please provide well trained, experienced technicians at all times. This is a sub-par way to run a business. read more

As a "lashes" virgin I wasn't sure what to expect with my first set, but figured why not?? I could get down with no mascara for a while! Plus I wanted a trial run before deciding if it was the right move for my up-coming wedding. Well let me just say, MIND. BLOWN. Ask for Lisa del Rosario and you will not be disappointed. The whole experience was easy-- atmosphere was relaxing, Lisa is hilarious, and the time seemed to fly by! I've been a few times with mixed results - my eyes are really sensitive and there have been appointments where they were so red for days after (because glue got in my eye or the application was sloppy) that I didn't want to go out of the house. I just finished with Christina. She was AMAZING!! My eyes are clear, not irritated and my lashes look incredible. Love this place. All the employees are so incredibly nice and helpful. The store is clean and I love the layout. Lashes have been great and membership savings are amazing. I've had mine on for over two weeks and they still look amazing. Zero Star 00000000 if there was an option.... Save your money and time! This place is not worth it. I always wanted to try out false eyelashes so my sister brought me a groupon for my birthday. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and got them done. At the appointment I told my stylist that I wanted a natural look since it was my first time and didn't want it to look dramatic. The stylist Danielle did my lashes and it wasn't good. The lashes started falling off the next day by the end of the week my lashes on the left was almost naked (See the photos attached). I contacted the studio and they had me come in for a correction. The new stylist Tiffany suggested that I removed the lashes on the left since it was too dramatic and wouldn't give me the natural look I wanted. Plus it would look weird if one eye is natural and the other is dramatic. I asked her if there was going to be a charge and she said it would be $40 for the removal but they would do the new set for free. I asked Tiffany why there is a charge when it wasn't done right the first time. She agreed and said she will cover the $40 for removal and do the new set free after talking to whomever in the front desk. Unfortunately there wasn't time that day for her to complete the full set so we reschedule. Before I left I confirm with Tiffany and the front desk Amanda that I wouldn't have to pay for the new full set on the next appointment. Their response was "No, we will take care of it". Here comes the FUN part...... I arrived at the studio today at 3:20 for my appointment. Amanda checked me in and then started to try to convince me to sign up for the membership. She then told me my fee today will be $200 for the full set since I don't have a membership. I advise her that I'm here for the correction since there was no time to do it the last time. She come back and said the best they can do is $80 for the full set. I asked her why when we already discussed this on my last visit. She said she isn't the manager but she will contact her manager and see. Couple of minutes later Amanda come back and said she spoke to Vanessa, her manager and the best they can do is $80. Her excuses is that they can only do a correction when there is still lashes left and since they did the removal and didn't charge the $40. They will have to charge the $80 for the full set. Wow really..... After I already confirmed this information on my last appointment that there wouldn't be any charge and now to even waste my time. These staffs are so full of it. You don't tell your customer one thing and act like nothing when they come back for the followup. I would never come back to this location or any other Amazing Lash Studio! read more

I had my lashes put in less than 48 hours ago and they have been consistently falling out ever since. It started immediately. The stylist had finished my left eye, and was working on my right eye, when I felt an eyelash fall from my left eye. I told the stylist and she told me nothing was there. When she was finished, I looked in the mirror and immediately hated them. It looked like a sloppy mess. I figured maybe they just needed to be combed. When I got to my car, there was another lash on my cheek, and they have been falling out consistently ever since. My right eye was visibly less full and the lashes were shorter than the left. All of my friends noticed it. I got the "sexy" look, where the outer lashes are supposed to be longer, but they are all the same. I have not showered, I sleep on my back, and now I have a gaping hole in my left eye because the lashes continue to fall out. It looks so horrible. I want to cry, but I can't get the lashes wet. I hate that I spent $80 plus tip on these, and cannot believe that anyone would spend their regular price of $225 on this mess. read more

Not only is she meticulous and thorough but fast and always professional. She's a senior stylist that's been doing lash extensions for several years. I'm always happy with my lashes afterwards and get many compliments everywhere I go. They last awhile too, but I still like like to go every 3 weeks so they stay full. The membership and referral options are great too. Make sure to wash them so they don't get funky and fall out due to improper hygiene. 2018 I called and canceled my membership. No problem did not have to sign any paperwork. They charged me the next month but after that my membership was canceled. 2019 I started going back to Amazing Lash. I decided July 2019 it was not a good fit for me. I called the Southpark meadows location. I was told I did not need to sign anything or come in to cancel. I was told within 3 days someone from Corporate would call me. I never received the phone call. They charged my card August and again in September. When I call the Southpark Meadows location today they said my membership was not canceled and no record of me canceling it. I was told the Manager Mia would call me. Still waiting.. I called the Corporate number 855-527-4872. Their mailbox is full and not taking messages. I am so disappointed . I guess the next step is certified letter and contacting my bank and dispute the charges If you choose to have your lashes done there just DO Not sign up for a membership. When I asked why, I was told it was a booking error and they didn't allot enough time for a full set appointment. After reading a lot of reviews about the lashes I went ahead and tried it. I made an appt went in and the first set I got were glued to closely so went back in to correct. I made an appt for refills and they were out of the sensitive glue so had to wait until they received. I made another trip there and the girl said I was having an allergic reaction and removed the lashes without putting the refills with the sensitive glue. I went there again to get refills with the sensitive glue by a specialist that had lots of experience. She assured me with the sensitive glue I wouldn't have any reactions. Well the next day my eyes were completely shut. Yup, she glued them on my actual lids and not lashes! After a trip to the ER for steroid shots and 3x days out of work would NEVER get them again. I'm extremely disappointed with the manager Mia. I moved to the South Park Amazing Lash in Austin from the Woodlands, Texas salon. It was a long drive for me from San Marcos, but I was very happy to be able to continue with Amazing Lash at that time. When a new Amazing Lash Salon opened in New Braunfels, I requested to be transferred there since it was 20 miles closer to my home. I notified the salon and filled out their form to terminate at my last lash refill and was told that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, Amazing Lash Austin has continued to draft my account each month and although I have phoned several times, Mia is out or not available to speak to me and has not returned my calls. I was finally forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company for services I had never sought or received. The moral of this story is be very careful when dealing with Amazing Lash Salons. The integrity of the mangers varies a great deal from studio to studio. read more

I don't even know where to start. I signed up for their membership from the very first time I got them done because I did love them and planned to keep getting them done. It seemed easy at first and worth it. However, the management here is AWFUL. I have never written a review but I couldn't stop myself from this one. First of all, they deduct about $59.99 a month which is only good for refills. (bc the refills themselves are about that much, 55.99) But lets be realistic the extensions don't last a month. They do a good two weeks and by the time you get drafted you need a full set. Which as a member is supposedly $90 but when you have a credit of (60) they still make you pay 44 and tax out of pocket. Added together you're paying $104. So what I came up with was letting them deduct twice before going in again. That would amount to $120 so i figured it would cover the supposedly $90 for a member OR the $104 they were taking anyway. I started waiting it out so that it would be worth it for me. Just went without them for a good month or so. That was working out well until they said that two credits wouldn't be valid anymore that I had to pay the 89.99 for a full set next time. Like what??? Whats my money going towards then anyway? On top of all of that I was told that after the 6 month contract it would immediately start a month to month contract and if I didn't want to keep the membership I would need to call myself to cancel it. So I didn't because I wanted to STILL keep it. The next month I called to make an appointment thinking they had already deducted so I could make an appointment now. Turns out my membership was canceled because my 6 month was up??? I had literally alerted them about it before the 6 months was up and they still gave me the wrong information. I had to resign a contract. After that I started my 2 month wait to go get a full set so that it would be worth it for me.. again. I went in and they said that the policy had recently changed in February and that they weren't doing that anymore.. LOL I asked where in the contract does it say that? and no one gave me an answer! Yet again I was pretty annoyed and disappointed. I never let it affect my stylist job and still tipped every time. At the end I didn't think this membership was worth it so I called to cancel. I spoke to the manager and she even agreed to let me use the 2 credits I hadn't used and she would process the cancellation. The next time I went in was today. And as if all of this isn't enough, they came through today with the bs again!!! I saw my usual girl, Gabriella. However when I first started I had some problems with the glue it literally burnt my eyes so much the first time. They had gotten it adjusted somehow because I never dealt with that again. But today it happened once again and I tried to ignore it but it began hurting way too much to keep quiet so i let her know and she said "just squeeze your eyes tighter". I thought that was odd since its not my fault my eyes are burning. At the end I could barely open my eyes because my lashes were stuck to my bottom lashes. She somewhat fixed it. I looked in the mirror my eyes were blood shot red. I proceeded to the front desk and I asked one more time to make sure that my cancellation was being processed. The girl up at the front said "no you need 30 days to cancel". That's when I got really upset. I had spoke to the manager herself just about 2 or one and a half weeks ago and she had supposedly started that cancellation for me. So she said she'd go ask her. She came back and finally proceeded with the cancellation. She asked how my lashes went and I said "they burned a lot this time" and her reply was, "did you wanna leave a gratuity?", like did you not hear me..? I decided to finally be blunt. I said "no this was way too painful, sorry". After that it was like I didn't exist. She gave me the paper to sign cancellation and just grabbed it back tried not to speak to me. I walked out and realized I still didn't trust them so I decided to ask for a copy, which is weird wasn't given in the first place. I went back and asked for it, she never spoke a word to me lol She picked up the phone like I wasn't talking to her and just gave me my copy and turned around. The attitude and how rude the girls are upfront is disgusting. I had even referred one of my good friends, stayed loyal to them, I was a good tipper. But all of THIS was not worth a membership there. I used to go here to have my eyelashes done and was so happy that I got in on the membership. It's really a great deal when you start to compare it to other places! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I didn't renew my membership and really can't wait until I can get a membership here again. So the first two times I went to this location, I received great customer service and my lashes were amazing ! I went last night to get a fill- 3 weeks since my last. I had the worst experience with one of the lash stylist. When I went back with her she was very rude and told me I would need to reschedule because I needed a full set and she didn't have time to do that- because she had a client after me.... although my appointment was at 530 and the studio closes at 7... hmm pretty sure that was a lie , she just didn't want to stay late. She then proceeded to tell me- you need to go to the front desk and have them reschedule you. Really ?! How about some professionalism... like I'm so sorry, let me walk you up front and see what we can do for you. I do everything correctly with my lashes, so when I was told a needed a new full set, especially so rudely , I was pretty upset. The front desk receptionist was very very sweet and apologetic. But, she shouldn't have had to be the one to apologize. All and all it's a good location- but apparently some of the employees could use some training or courtesy and professionalism.
