I got eyelash extensions here for the first time and am pretty pleased with the results overall! After I checked in, I was taken to the back and placed in my own room to get my lashes done, which was nice because I've been to places where everyone is getting their lashes done in a collective space. However, I will say that the previous place I've been to for lash lifts looked a lot nicer than Amazing Lash Studio. I didn't think it would take 2 hours to get my lashes done, but it does and I probably fell asleep and woke up 4-5 times during that time. Luckily, you get very comfortable and they put a blanket over you. I asked if I needed to remove my contacts for this and was told I didn't have to so I guess that's only really necessary for lash lifts. It wasn't painful at all, except when they removed something from my bottom lash line at the end and you could tell it didn't want to come off. When we were finished, I noticed I couldn't open my left eye all the way, so she had to go back and remove whatever glue they use so I could open my eye and I also noticed some of the black color they put over the glue on my eyelid on that side which I just wiped off later. I really did love the overall look of my lashes! I've gotten many compliments on my lashes and it is nice not having to put on mascara! My right eye was perfect, but I could tell my left eye did not get the same loving because I could see large chunks of the white glue, which began to become less noticeable a few days afterwards. One of the lashes fell out the next day from my left eye which surprised me because I thought they'd stay on a little better. It's been over a week since I got them done and my right eye is still perfection, while my left eye has lost quite a few lashes so I'm getting a little lopsided. I was surprised by all the maintenance these lashes required because I thought they were supposed to make my life easier, but after having them on for a week, I'd probably do it again for a special occasion. read more

Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. The girls that work here, from the front desk to the stylists, are condescending and just plain rude. No sympathy whatsoever to me being a flat tire causing me to be 15 minutes late. Getting down to n6 experience with the service.... it was terrible!! Pay the extra coin for a matter stylist or prepare to get the shittiest looking eyelashes ever. It's very apparent that stylists are coming directly from cosmotology school. Their lack of experience and skill is so obvious. I waked an appt, and there flowers and balloons l all over the place. I asked if it was her birthday. She said n, but she'd just been promoted to master stulist. After getting a full set, i could NOT underdtand why. My lashes look like total shit!!! I've just cancelled my membership, and highly recommend never getting one read more

I was told it had been too long now and they are unable to help me. This is why. No one ever responds to me. If you want good customer service, don't go to this studio. I don't recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the staff. I was a member in another city and went to rejoin. When I got there I got a "hello" and I replied that I had an appointment . I was handed a small paper cup and was told to go was my lashes. As I walked down the hall I said hello to an employee and she just kept walking. When I came from the restroom and she found that I was her appointment she had a hello for me - they always want a tip! Anyhow, I asked her not to give me long lashes. Of course I left with longer than natural lashes as requested - thanks ;) When I got back to the reception area, there was another customer at the counter, so I browsed the retail corner and picked up a serum (picture serum in my hand) and stood in a spot that seemed to be next in line. So, then the girl at the desk seemed annoyed that I hadn't left yet! Lol So I told her that I hadn't paid yet & I wanted to purchase this (showing serum). So, she told me the cost and it was much more than I recalled so I asked. NOTE: I knew before I asked that she would assume that I couldn't pay the service and she didn't disappoint! :-) So, said girl states (still annoyed although I'm pretty sure that she applied for the job that positioned her to answer these questions) that the price is higher because you're not a member. So, me being me, I asked "so, I used to have a membership, is that not a thing anymore?' Her: "yes, it is." Me: "are you just not offering memberships today?" (This was kind of a hint to her. I have worked for massage envy and had a membership before - you don't get to leave until you join! Lol ) Her: "we are, would you like a membership?" Me: "nope and I don't want the serum either. Thanks " Her: "do you want to leave a gratuity?" Me: (insert hateful laugh because I want to cuss but also worked in the service industry before) "yes" ++++++++++++++++++ I wonder how many potential memberships this place has lost. I'm sure I'm not the first or the last who rather drive across town. And to top it off, 90% of the lashes fell off in less than a week!! Waste of money, time and the little patience that I have left Spend your money where you will be respected. read more

I had a 4:00 appointment with Bri. Her immediate negative demeanor indicated she might be having a rough day. Before my appointment I called to inform the salon about a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite arriving 9 minutes late, they said it was not a problem and to drive safely. My brother-in-law passed away and we were rushing out of state for his funeral. We had an appointment to get an updated RV registration. They were running behind but I couldn't reschedule. I called the studio as soon as I left the office to share I was running a few minutes late. I fully understand time commitments and respecting appointment start times especially because my prior commitment to an appointment was not respected which made me run few minutes late as well. The receptionist thanked me for calling to give the heads up and said it wasn't a problem. The client before me was still checking out while I waited so I felt better knowing I would have been waiting anyways. After a few minutes and then Bri still setting things up in the room we got started. Bri's pace during the appointment felt slower than usual compared to other techs, and she seemed either frustrated or reserved compared to other stylists. I noticed she moved a lot slower than other appointments before. I immediately noticed Bri came off as either having a flustered day or perhaps she just had a colder personality than the other girls here. Either way, I thought the exchange was pleasant enough, and she started. We sat for a while as she fanned at the end, which was noticeably longer than any other time I've had an appointment. When I sat up I gasped because the outsides of my eyes weren't done and there were noticeable gaps. I mentioned as kindly as I could there were visible spaces. She laughed. Out loud. And then stated, "Ya. You were late. That's all I have time for." I started to panic and said "Wait a second, I don't understand, so what happens now?" And she coldly began tossing items down on her tray and shrugged & said that's "all I get". My eyes welled up with tears panicking that she was leaving me in that state. I technically wasn't even over on time, she finished few minutes before and instead of arguing with me for a minute and dramatically rolling her eyes had she just applied a few more lashes to finish the job she could have fixed the problem. This wasn't a time thing, this was a power struggle. She wasn't even ready when I got there and suddenly she treated me as if I missed half the appointment. If she didn't think she would have time to finish the job, this should have been effectively communicated before she started by explaining I should be aware there would be a chance she'd only make it partially through the job and I would have politely just not had my lashes done at all. Instead she mentioned it wasn't a problem when we started. Feeling shocked, I approached the receptionist to explain the situation. Though understanding, due to time constraints, I couldn't schedule a follow-up before leaving for a funeral the next morning. It was disheartening to experience such treatment from what I thought was a respectable studio. I tried to remain respectful but inquisitive. I walked outside before I said something unprofessional because I wanted to control my emotions despite feeling very triggered and attacked. I realized that in spite of my anger, she was still a person, no one is perfect, and I needed to be the bigger person, and still needed to leave a tip, even if it wouldn't have been as big as I normally left someone. Why did I walk back in? I realized that as dissatisfied as I was with her service I forgot to tip her because I'm not a monster. I immediately I walked back in to listen to her insult me. And I awkwardly stood there waiting for them to notice I was there. Instead of tipping her I confirmed my membership cancelation. Despite this negative encounter with Bri, I want to acknowledge exceptional staff like Roni, who has consistently provided personable, professional, and thorough service in the past. My hope is that the salon invests in employees like Roni who prioritize customer experience, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and a basic pride in her service. My experience was so poor with Bri, I will not return and I'm still upset I unfairly paid for a partial service, after explaining I would not be in town to fix the issue after the next day. Plus my drive is 30 minutes each way and I would not waste another hour in the car. To make matters worse, my right eyelashes came nearly out after the 4th day. I want to emphasize the significance of clear communication and professionalism. I hope this feedback can be helpful for this salon's improvement and for prospective clients evaluating their options knowing it might not be communicated properly that they might just leave you partially done and then cruelly laugh at you. I will not return and will encourage anyone I know to take their business elsewhere. read more

I don't think that I got an experienced lash tech. Maybe I should've asked more questions, but I feel like for first timers, the staff should go over everything thoroughly. I didn't receive the lash style that I asked for and my lashes look like someone just practiced on them. Honestly so disappointed. read more

First of all I would like to start with the master stylist Torye is great, however watch for unauthorized charges on your card. I was charged at least once (perhaps more) without my authorization and the manager Katie attempted to justify it by saying it was done because someone forgot to charge for me for something in the past. She then said she could not reverse it and she would ask her district manager. I emailed Jamie Craddock the District manager on my own as i didn't trust it would be addressed. Beware! read more

I got my lashes here last week. Tell me why just about almost all of them came off. The lady was rude. I'm all about second tries, but I don't know if I want to continue throwing away my money like what if they all fall out again now, I understand there is fallout that way we get refills but for all the lashes to fall out in just one week I've gone to the ladies at Walmart and their shit last longer very disappointing I even wasted money on all their products. Too keep up with the lashes I feel like somebody just took my money and then they say they give you a blanket. It was so cold in there she didn't even offer me a blanket. Smh and I signed up to be a member. read more

Do not waste your time and money on this place. I signed up for the membership and it was fine the first couple months. Then all of a sudden, I would get cancelled on for my appts day of or day before saying the lash tech had an "emergency" or was sick. This happened about 5 times. After complaining, they booked me at another location and guess what? The day before that location cancelled on me too!!! It's insane. I also found out when the lash tech doesn't want to come in, they just cancel the whole day of clients and close the location! How they stay open and keep business is beyond me. Terribly ran company. I cancelled my membership. They never even tried to make things right. I regret ever trying this place. read more

I booked my first appointment online (it literally says "Thanks for booking your appointment") and they immediately started calling me saying they needed "more information" before they could "secure my booking." Turns out they are demanding a credit card. Why not just ask for the credit card when I book online then? Super shady. Then I came on here and read everyone else's reviews about how shady this place is and how they charge your card without your permission, and I told them to just cancel my appointment. Feeling like I dodged a bullet, honestly. There are plenty of eyelash places and this one seems to have some real customer service and honesty issues. 2nd part of my review. It was too much to post in one, but this place dude. After the storm I called again and I got the same poor treatment from the other manager, not Katie. And I found out something new. This time this manager came at me saying I had an outstanding balance! That for this reason they couldn't cancel my subscription. I went and explained it all again. Like 3 times. How I was not supposed to get charged for anything since I called that very same day. It wasn't my fault their staff doesn't do their job right and didn't give me the adequate information as far as the forms needed to be filled out to cancel. Still had to go out my way to sign and cancel again. I went in today in person to talk to this other manager, not Katie. Very patronizing attitude, not helpful what so ever. Explained all of the above again and she told me she wasn't going to cancel my account until this outstanding balance was paid. I had to go out my way doing all these unnecessary things through my bank because of this establishment. Horrible work, cheap looking beginner lashes, rude staff, nasty management. After reading the reviews and my roommate going through the same bank problems with them it seems to me like they are running a scam. Online it says they're corporate office is permanently closed. When you search amazing lash studios it says how many other establishments in different places have been closed down. I wonder why?!! I am looking to take some legal action. If you went through this or are going through this don't hesitate to contact me. Even if it was just experiencing their rudeness, poor management behaviors. I asked both of them to give me their corporate information or information of whoever is above them and they said they couldn't. So I will go to a different location and figure this out. I got a service from y'all there one time and I thought I wanted to get a membership even though I was not satisfied with my first set in there. After some thought I decided not to go forward with this company. I called right away to cancel my membership and I was told I wasn't going to be charged since I cancelled it right away. I just came to realize I wasn't only charged once but twice the amount of $119.99. Once on the 02/23/22 and then on 03/23/22. I called and was told that a refund had been issued to yet still be waiting on it all. I've been in contact with my bank which is Wells Fargo as well as with them and so far nothing has been resolved. I am truly disappointed with everything. I called and the lady at the front desk made a note of my cancellation even before I went to sign right away. I can't believe this is still going for this long and I am not getting any of my money back even though I was not satisfied with the services (one time only). I heard a lot of issues like this from this company, didn't want to believe they were true. I will keep trying to get my rightful money back. (My actual appointment was rushed and I was completely unsatisfied with the result) bad experience overall. read more

Let me be clear. Brooke, the stylist is incredible. She is amazing at what she does and completes the work in half the time other stylists do, while doing a great job. This place is absolutely ridiculous. From the scheduling to the disrespect staff at the front all the way to the manager. I called and asked to cancel my membership due to giving my lashes a break. I was told I needed to come in and cancel. The following day I did just that. Signed a form and they told me a manager would deactivate my membership. I then got a call from a manager (Mia) who called me 1 week after I filled out that form. She then told me it was deactivated. And that I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED a fee. A week later after she called me I was charged another membership fee. Absolutely terrible customer service and management. How messed up is it to be a member for over a year and when I'm deciding my lashes need a break they continue to charge me. Not worth it guys. DO NOT GO HERE read more

Absolutely horrendous ! I started coming here since I moved to Austin. And honestly I would say at first this location was okay. But little by little it started getting shittier. I had booked an appointment for today April 25th, at 2pm for a fill. Turns out as I'm walking in, the receptionist asked for my name to note me down but turns out the lady canceled, and there was no notification nor call received so we could reschedule. Absolutely the worst experience. The lady from the front was not trying to help. I leave to Colorado tomorrow. Which was the whole reason for this. She didn't apologize, nor gave me a resolution. Will never come back here again. My time is too valuable to be wasting at this location. read more

I would not suggest this studio, their customer service and front desk staff are awful. I was told I had no subscription over the phone in May. I noticed charges on my card this August I called back & they rudely said no one told me I had no subscription they clearly see it, essentially calling me a liar. To cancel this ghost subscription they indicated I needed to come into the store and dispute the charges with my bank because they are not providing a refund. They record their calls! They could have easily pulled the call and heard their agent give me the wrong information but they refused. Very unhelpful company, this is not my first issue with them either. I feel amazing when I leave this place. I definitely recommend this place if you like getting your lashes done regularly. The only down side is the availability. Admittedly I've never had a lash extension experience before, but I really enjoyed my first time. The staff is very friendly and professional. I set my appointment up with the store manager Vanessa and she answered all of my questions. I met with my technician Elena and had a discussion about how I wear my makeup and what look I'm trying to achieve. Amazing Lash has 4 different styles to choose from depending on what look you're going for. The whole process took about an hour for a full set. Elena had a great 'bedside manner' and kept me entertained the whole time. It's amazing that someone can do such precision work while keeping up in conversation. Just got off the phone with Maddie and after going over the issues on my account for the 3 rd time she said that I now owe two month memberships when Katie said she banned me in November and I have proof bc I came on here and documented the issue I had with this studio. I told her I would pay for one month but not both to take care of this issue but she said I couldn't do that. Once again this place and the staff shows how unprofessional they are. Not only were they rude to me, overcharged me, then banned me Katie also gave me miss information by saying I was banned and with held the fact that I had to sign a membership termination form so that she could claim that I still owe for my membership. They will claim anything to justify their charges at this point. Don't go here I have never had such a bad experience with a business before. Read the other reviews I'm not the only one. read more

If I can leave no Star I would. PLEASE take these reviews to heart bc if you don't you will be WASTING your money! This place is soooo unprofessional! Let me start off with the manager of this place named Katy who has doesn't communicate with me about the services I am getting done and truly not caring about what I want... made it very clear that she just cares about the money and you keeping your membership with them. Next, they DO NOT care about your time. If you have an appointment they will not keep they're time. My stylist was 30 min late and when I told the manager Katy she clearly told me "she drives and hour and half to her job." That is YOUR JOB! Got my full set of lashes Tuesday I was sitting in the parking lot when the inner corner lashes came off(these were stuck when I opened my eyes after the application was finished). By Friday more than half came off already. I even bought the cleaning kit they offer you there to take care of them. I am really sad they did not last even a week even after following all instructions I was given. I also did my eyebrows the tech has to do everything thing twice and the patches really small because the wax kept getting hard and unable to work with it because it was so cold. I was the first client in Studio on this particular day. My second time having extensions in about 10 yrs. My stylist, a smoker because I smelled it on her hands, left the door open to my "spa experience" room. I got to hear the conversation between employees in the lobby about "her" and "her boyfriend ". I would not recommend this place! I went twice and was disappointed both times. My first visit, my lashes were shedding within a few hours. Plus they didn't honor the advertisement for your first full set, I was charged full price. I called the next day to voice my concerns and all I got was "next time we will use a stronger glue". Dummy me! I went back a week or so later to try again. This time I can say was worse than last time. The front desk girl is flat out just rude. Also while I was getting my lashes done someone came into the room and "just wanted to observe". I feel like if they're going to put u with someone so inexperienced that they need to check on them and correct them (they should tell the customer ahead of time!!! The tech even made a comment that she was making her nervous. Then when done I stood at the desk to pay for idk how long, the girl was talking to another employee and acted like I wasn't even standing there. I finally said to her, can I go ahead and pay...she smacked her lips and looked at me like I was the rude one for interrupting her. Bahaha.... love your lies. Let's put the truth out there shall we? Did you or did you not RECENTLY change this "policy"? But I will continue to let people know about your shady practices... because people deserve to know. New update. Went in today for a full set since it's been 5 months. My stylist ( whom is great ) got some new certification so the price for her went up 20.00. Good for her. But when I went to pay, and have 5 credits on my account. I was told I can not use more than one credit at a time. I threw a fit about it since it's the first time I've ever heard it and it's ridiculous! Those credits get drafted from my account each month. Why the hell would I only be able to use one? It's prepaid money?!?! These people are incredibly incompetent read more

I'm sad to post this review because the lash tech and everybody at the salon was genuinely lovely and so kind. I got lash extensions for the first time yesterday, 9/18. When I finished the appointment, I noticed that the eyelashes weren't as full as I had originally wanted and made a note to ask for a fuller look next time. When I got home and had a minute to look at my eyelashes more closely, I was disappointed to see that they looked very uneven with one eye being much fuller than the other eye. I contacted a couple of lash techs at different salons to see if they could fix them, and both told me that my eyelash extensions had been applied incorrectly and would need to be removed completely :( I called Amazing Lash to request a refund, but the girl who answered the phone told me I will have to call back when the manager is in next. Also, I purchased a protective eye mask for sleep while I was there having my lashes done, and when I got home and opened the box, it was empty :( In conclusion, everybody at Amazing Lash was very friendly, but I wasted a good amount of money :( read more
