Horrible customer service. Not only will the receptionist not take into consideration your requests when booking an appointment but they will give you attitude if you call to get an update with your appointment. The receptionist Michael has a nasty attitude and will make sarcastic comments, laugh at you and completely talk over you mid sentence. He is completely unprofessional and straight up rude. When I finally had enough and asked for his name his first response was "Why? Do you want to come in?" What kind of response is that? A threat? Obviously irritated by this point I ask him for his name again and his second response was "Hi I'm Michael, how are you, what's your name?" (when I literally just gave him all my info) in the most sarcastic tone. I would give this place one star if it wasn't for my normal stylist Selena. Get new employees amazing lash before these receptionists run off your clients. UPDATE: After speaking with the lovely manager Mia, I've realized that even though I had this experience at the location, Amazing lash will definitely go out of their way to make things right with their customers no matter the situation. Mia made sure that I was completely satisfied before ending the conversation! Sometimes the customers just wants to be listened to and that's exactly what I got. I was getting my lashes done this passed week, and I Hear the girls in the room next door talking about how bad management is and how they all work across the street because they get little hours. They're all going to quit together they don't get paid enough and the girl that was doing my lashes was telling me horrible stories It was awful listening to them talk so bad about their job. I always have problems when I come there as well getting charged for them to wash my lashes that should just be part of the service, I'm always getting my appointment moved. The main manager Kate is very fake and doesn't know what she is doing I have spoken with her many times and she never seems to disappoint me she is never there when I go in to speak with her! The assistant manager is nice but has no clues how to do the computer. The lash girls and nice as well that work there they are amazing but they have no clue what they are doing. My lashes our always fall out within dayz! I won't be back, let's see some changes before my points run out. read more

Today I went in for a fix up appointment. I previously was here and had a little problem with the glue it had dropped on my lashes which were all stuck together during my session; the girl fixed what she could but wanted me to come back to get a total fill. When I got home after work I noticed it was quite worse than what the previous stylist had said it was. I went ahead and made another appointment and this time scheduled it with Ruth for today (she always always does an amazing job). First off she was even like "woah what the..."; she wanted to do a lash removal. So we did that. She also did a refill and fixed everything from the previous visit. Ruth was so awesome and kind about it the entire time, she even stayed passed her lunch time to do it. I seriously appreciate her friendly service and the quality of work she put into it. She didn't want me leaving unhappy, and I couldn't of been happier. Thank you Ruth for fixing me all up girl!!! read more

Never thought I'd ever get eyelash extensions because I'm pretty happy with my natural ones, but I did it on a whim and HOLY MOLY I LOVE THEM!!! I lost 2 or 3 lashes in the first 48hours, but that's pretty normal. My eyelashes still look amazingly full and long! The whole process took a little over an hour. My stylist was Elena and she was wonderful. The time just flew by! I can't say it enough, I'm so happy I got these extensions. I feel glamorous! My confidence has been boosted. The best part is my daily makeup routine has been cut in half! Well worth the time and price! I'll definitely keep up with the monthly refills. BOM E reason that I gave this location 5 stars is because I had a wonderful experience with with Dalia and also a your girl the front Olivia she made the whole experience wonderful I would I would you everything that you can not to get rid of them I worked in marketing for a long time and they are the kind of workers that you need. Lisa and Brittany are my go to ladies at Southpark meadows. They both take such good care of my lashes. I'm constantly asking them to make them longer and thicker and it's difficult with my barely there lashes. They take into consideration what my lashes can handle and give me tips about how to treat them at home. I am never disappointed in my lashes and strongly recommend Lisa and Brittany if you are looking for consistency and someone fun to hang out with for an hour every month. read more

I have been getting lashes for about a year and love them. Elena at the Southpark Meadows location has been my tech of choice for at least 6 months and she is awesome! I get compliments all the time on my lashes. I am an active runner and love looking made up when I am working out. I love Amazing Lash Studio! Lisa has been making my face look fabulous for over a year now! I've never had any issues with my natural lashes nor the individual lashes. She made me feel very comfortable, even offering me a blanket and pillow to ensure I was comfortable during my appointment.
