Went for a quick lunch last week to give this place a try. I ordered Mongolian Chicken and fried rice. The server was nice and the food came quickly. It was not the best I have ever had but it was good. I liked the rice more than the Chicken dish so next time I will make another selection of a beef dish. Definitely top two or three in Tracy. Good flavors on most items we have tried. Nothing is too greasy, the food is very consistent quality in our experience. Best Chinese food in town. Came here at lunch and it was fresh and superb. Customer service was efficient and answered our questions about the entrees. I got the Mongolian beef and my wife got the Szechuan beef. Best noodles and fried rice. Noodles look plain but super tasty and rice was just right. The Szechuan beef reminds us of a place in Cupertino called Tsing Tao that is amazing and it was similar but different in it's own way. Very good but probably recommend to get less sauce but wife thought it was perfect. To each their own I guess. Will definitely be a staple in my food choices in Tracy. read more

Went here on Saturday and had one of their lunch specials. I got the fried rice with curry prawns. Came with free egg roll and soup. Shrimp was okay but the rice was old. I cook rice often and can tell the difference between day old rice and fresh rice. This was definitely not fresh. I thought there was going to be tea with service but none was offered. We're in Mountain House and use Amazing Kitchen for delivery. I've never been to their location, so I'm not rating this base on service or cleanliness. We usually order the dinner specials since it's the cheapest route to go. We've done both kinds and enjoyed them both equally. I do have to say that their wonton soup is really yummy and asked to sub for that one instead of the hot & sour soup. I'd recommend the cheaper dinner meal since the flavors and items are more yummy. So far I haven't had a thing I disliked so.. we'll still order from them. They delivery fast and are on point by their time of arrival. The delivery guy is really nice as well. While stuck in traffic from the Bay Area headed to Elk Grove I stumbled upon a hidden gem " Amazing Kitchen". Amazing is an understatement. The food is fresh and well prepared with love. I was unsure at first of the authenticity when I looking up Chinese restaurants on yelp in Tracy. But this one had the best reviews. Menu is all English. They're set up with forks instead of chopsticks, also weird. But I think it's more of a demographic thing... as I barely ever see other Asians in Tracy, let alone another Chinese. Food is authentic and yummy!!! I recommend this place to all my co-workers looking for Chinese food in Tracy (as they are all out of towners too). The owner is cool. Staff are friendly as well. I don't order take out or go to restaurants that often, also, I'm fairly new in town. This place is great. When I don't cook at home, I pretty much only eat here. Was sad that they closed for awhile during the pandemic, and I hope they weren't hurt too badly. It would be a real shame if this place went out of business. Really happy to see them open again. I love love love Amazing Kitchen. My husband and I have it delivered. They say food will be delivered in 40-45 minutes. It ALWAYS comes way sooner... even on a Friday night. We love the house chow mein which is delicious!!! Mongolian chicken is very flavorful! We have never been disappointed on any of the dishes we've ordered. The food is ALWAYS hot when we get it. We were looking for a place to have dinner out. There were a few people on TR&R who suggested AK, decided to give it a try. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The young lady who served our table was very pleasant, attentive and professional. We had the House Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice. The food came out hot and fresh which was great. The food itself was unfortunately, not good at all. The House Chicken was chewy, sticky and nothing but garlic flavor. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was a weird pink/ red color and very sticky; no flavor at all. The Vegetable Fried Rice was sticky pasty and had no flavor at all. Three stars for a nice dinning experience with professional service, but minus two stars as the food was just not good. So disappointing. Our quest for good Asian food continues. read more

Food is prepared hot and fresh. Everyone who works there is always nice and helpful. When dining in, food is served pretty fast. You will notice a lot of take out and delivery orders so they are pretty busy even if you don't see full tables. I don't remember the exact amount but you get a free item when you order over $25-$30 choices are free fried wontons, crab puffs or egg drop soup. We love eating here. We like to try something new every time we go and we always have a new favorite. Some dishes we've enjoyed are: Basil Chicken (light spicy but flavorful.) Garlic fried rice, Korean style noodles with plum sauce (looks intense but nice light flavor.) Singapore noodles, Hong Kong pan fried noodles, Lemon Chicken, House special Chicken (crispy orange chicken!) and so much more! They also serve boba!! I get the Black Sugar Boba when available, it sells out since it's popular, Thai tea and they also have a few other flavors. 10/10 highly recommend. No pictures because we always eat it so fast!
