Flip'z Trampoline Park

Kids love to jump, run, and get wild when it comes to places like Flip'z. I see kids go so crazy…read morehere and all they wanna do jump their little hearts up and down and around on the trampolines, making dunks in the basketball area, rolling around in an inflated ball and everything else Flip'z has going on. Oh and adults can jump too! Came here for a birthday party on a Saturday during the day (1pm-3pm) & it was the best time of the day to have almost the whole place to yourself. The party I was with took 2 long table spots down near the restrooms which allowed the kids to run around and be in the same area when they needed to go. Plenty of shoe spaces for you to leave your shoes when you are using the party tables. The party time was super strict for the 2 hours you are using the space with the following format on how the party will be - 1 hour jumping (obviously you can jump after that up to your 2 hours) , 1 hour eating pizza, and 1 hour for cake and pinata. They are timely so be sure you pick everything up and have a plan for after moving the party. You can go inside Pica Pica and hang out in there or move to the common areas near the snack bar and hang out for a bit. No fuss party place that looked easy and didnt have to worry about cleaning up the pinata (they have a pinata pit where you can hang the pinata & they provide you the pinata stick). Highly recommend as it was clean, nice, cool, and have everything you need for a party if you decide not to bring your own things in.

I really dig that they have lockers at the front for small valuables each one is roughly a cubic foot, just remember to bring your own lock! Great selection of snacks and party area! Hands down, this is the best indoor children's play area I've EVER visited! They had unique things…read morethat I'd never seen anywhere else. There wasn't the excess of plastic loud toys that tend to fill other play areas. The main area is more like a gym with lots of physical activities to choose from. There are items on one side that facilitate pretending/imagination. There is an area with a gate around it for smaller kids, with many age-appropriate toys inside. The space-specific was very neat. There was also a "calming" room for kids who might need it. The arts and crafts room facilitated free creating and also supplies and examples to make a specific little craft. That room also had many puzzles, play doh, chalkboards, etc. This would be a great place to have a party, and there was a room for parties too. My 3.5-year-old and 1-year-old sons spent over 2 hours there, but we could have easily stayed all day without them getting bored. My older son loved the zip line. My younger son enjoyed exploring all around. If we lived locally, we'd visit often. It was so much fun! Definitely check it out! I also feel compelled to mention that while I'm sure this place is great for kids on the spectrum, it's incredible for ALL little ones!

We just went after experiencing the fun rush park down the road and it's night and day. This place…read moreis a lot smaller but there is still so much to do. They have a small toddler area, party area, calming room and a huge place for the kids to roam around and play. My son loved it we'll. There was one worker. She was friendly, helped the kids and was wiping toys down as well. There are hand sanitizers around too. This place is pretty cool. We'll definitely be back.

Today was our daughter's first big birthday party since 2019 (due to Covid concerns) and it was…read moresuch an awesome experience! Our host was Gio (I hope I spelled that right!) and he was extremely attentive, informative, and friendly. He had at least one other party he was hosting but he was constantly checking in with us and was clear that his goal was for us to be as hands off as possible with set up, serving, clean up, and anything else that might come up. He met his goal! Thank you, Gio! We'd had a party at another location previously and while it was fun, we weren't overly impressed; we even had a private room with a one on one host that time. The price wasn't crazy considering we fed and hydrated a bunch of kiddos and adults, had constant entertainment, had access to massage chairs, and barely lifted a finger. The rest of the staff were helpful while the kids were jumping around. Our birthday girl tripped on the trampolines and hurt her ankle (she's okay and got up just fine) but one of the staff members was kneeling with her and talking to her while his manager was on the way over to assist. Their attention and concern was very reassuring. Thank y'all for a great morning with friends! So glad we chose this location!

We have not been to this park in a few years. We arrived and were surprised to see all the waiver…read moretablets taken down. There was one young lady working the front desk alone and maybe 5-7 guests in front of me. We waited almost 25 minutes to be helped. There was a fast pass lane for guests who purchased tickets on their phone or have memberships, but there was no one to help them and no kiosk to DIY. The young lady helped the guests as they entered the establishment, not based on what line they stood in. The entire place was filthy. You can see visibly soiled pads all over. The trampoline pads were discoloured from being so dirty. I did not notice broken trampolines, so that was a positive. We went to the ball pit. Many of the balls were broken, deflated, and outright filthy. You can tell this area has not been cleaned in years. The white balls appeared dark gray and even black. I will say the actual equipment the kids played on was intact, so that was the one good thing. The jungle gym for 7 and under was even more disgusting. The floors are visibly soiled and had literal debris on them. You can tell this is not from a single day of crazy kids, but rather an accumulation of lack of maintenance over a long period. The floor tiles were moved, missing or torn. And incredibly filthy... So if a child were to fall, he or she would surely be injured on the concrete floor. An obstacle on the course was missing, but the hole in the floor was still present with the metal pole area exposed. The entire gym had discoloured pads from not being cleaned, ever. Some items had torn pads or graffitis pads (what kids ages 7 below write graffiti?) there was trash scattered inside. You can tell there is zero sanitation. The perimeter of the jungle gym area, where staff stores supplies/equipment was filthy and not maintenance. Floors were visibly soiled with dust balls and debris everywhere. Some items were just thrown in places with no order. The foam cube pit with the knock down things looks like it's too, needs TLC. The bean was duct taped in the middle (not sure if this was to help fix a flaw or to show the middle of the beam), and the foam cubes are very torn and obviously have not been changed in years. The metal gate at the jungle gym, to access the gravity area, was opened and not guarded. There was a single staff member present at the top at all times, but this still seemed unsafe. I saw at least 15 employees, who all looked to be teenagers or early twenties. One gentleman who seemed to be in his twenties. I assume he was the manager. Some of the teen employees were often grouped together messing around. I did like that they all wore matching shirts to identify themselves, but the bottoms were all different colours and styles. I feel they should make this lore uniform and say "black bottoms, any style" instead of "whatever bottoms you want". I noticed some of their shoe choices were black slides. Not sure if they have a closed toe or no shoe policy, seeing as how all guests need to have only socks on. There were no staff members monitoring the attractions. The only one I noticed was the gravity line because they had to harness the kids and the Rock wall. Thankfully I did not see the kitchen area because I feel I would have been equally disappointed and even more disgusted since its food and drink were dealing with. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY. We paid almost $70 to visit this day, it was a waste and I will not be returning until the place is sanitised and maintained clean.
