After submitting their contact form, I was quickly texted and asked to send pictures and videos of both furnaces, which I did promptly and completely. They confirmed receipt and said they'd send a prep list, then communication abruptly stopped. Over 25 hours passed with no follow-up, so I sent a text asking for an update. I received no reply. At that point, I reasonably concluded they were no longer interested and chose to leave a review to reflect my experience. They then sent a text acknowledging they had just seen my follow-up. We looked around and read many reviews. We decided to contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They did not answer the phone right away but I received a call very quickly. I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning.
