Although we had our windows -inside & out -cleaned a little over a year ago by someone else- I wasn't too happy with the outcome. It became evident to me we might have been their first window cleaning job. They didn't have the right equipment-etc. Anyway from the moment I contacted Ryan- getting an estimate and scheduled was very easy. They didn't have to come out and look it over. They take sq ft info and number of windows- is your home 1or 2 story and voila you get an email with an estimate. They will do all exterior windows-should you want your interior windows washed it would be an add-on. Ryan also informed me of additional add on services you could pick and choose that complimented the window cleaning. We have screens on our windows and they had a set price for screen cleaning up to 20 screens-which worked perfectly for us and since they had to take them down anyway -I added on that service. Our screens are tinted brown and I felt it would be great to do that at the same time. I'm so glad I did as it made a difference In the overall look up the cleanliness of our windows. Normally the screens come off in a certain manner and they are able to mop them, but my screens or somehow different and they actually had to wash them but they did so without any fuss or additional fees. (I probably should've said at the beginning that one of the reasons I chose to explore this company is that the employees are firefighters looking to supplement their income. First of all, I love supporting local, but especially the people that protect our community! They arrived on time and didn't need access to anything but a couple of gallons of water from our outdoor faucets. Let the work begin!! It was very evident. There was a method to their madness. It was extremely organized and logical. They had all the proper equipment to leave windows sparkling clean with no streaks. They worked in tandem and to be honest I was shocked. They were ready to go completing the job in about two hours, (and we have approximately 19 windows). You can get an individual cleaning, but they do offer a contract to get your windows on a schedule of every six months which I appreciated as I'm getting more forgetful all the time!!! as I mentioned to begin with Glitz is the perfect name as my window windows looked very clean & GLITZY when they weren't done. So we then opted to have them come once a month. Now granted, we have a 2500 sq foot house, BUT since we both work from home, they really only needed to clean two bedrooms (of which one is rarely used) and two bathrooms. We do have a living room, breakfast area, kitchen, and dining area as well. So not quite a full house but a good amount. The first cleaning there was some things that were missed (they have a checklist, so not sure how they could have missed anything). For example dusting on the furniture. Not a big deal and I get that cleaning takes a while and something could be missed like that, so we reported it and moved on. I want to say the next two cleaning went ok, but the last one they completely missed cleaning one of the toilet bowls. Now there could have been some miscommunication on our part as we had one toilet completely replaced the week before and that one did not need to be cleaned at all. Not sure why they thought both would not need to be cleaned, but we reported that as well. That's when things went downhill fast. My wife is a lot nicer than I am (I did not talk to them), but she was given a story that because of hard water buildup, they would need to come back out with special chemicals to clean it. Mind you the previous 3-4 times and the deep cleaning did NOT require any special chemicals and in fact my wife sent a before and after photo of after she took some time to clean the toilet without the need of "special chemicals". At that point, the owner and my wife had a call and it was agreed that we would just part at that point. Which is fine, but the reason we got was the person that would be doing the cleaning no longer felt "comfortable" coming to our house. What is more the case is she got caught lying and the owner instead of apologizing about it, just doubled down. If it was me, get the deep clean as they did do a good job on that, but I would NOT recommend getting the regular service.

I hired this company to do a move-in clean on a new build house. Now to their credit, they did fit me into their schedule in just a days notice. I met them at the house, paid & provided all my own cleaning supplies. When I went back to check, as I took my shoes off at the door I noticed dust & grit on the soles of my feet. Next I find, crumbs & dirt on the countertops, shelves not wipes & gritty dust on all the wood floors & a food wrapper left behind. (Since I had not moved in yet there was no food in the house). I grabbed my bona mop ( it & the 2nd cover I left had not even been used), the cleaners & rags I left were all unused. I cleaned 2 rooms with the first cover, then 2 with the 2nd. They were so filthy (nearly black) that I had to wash them & start again. Till I finished I had coated both mop covers 3 times each. Art had called on his way to see if the AC was on yet. I suspect that they sat around in the AC to chat or whatever & eat. Whatever they did it was certainly not cleaning. I asked for a refund & was refused. There was no offer to re-clean.
