Dr. Farin is amazing and a blessing! After my husband's first emergency cervical spine surgery,…read moredone by another doctor, his condition continued to deteriorate. What followed was 6 months worth of Dr. visits, ER visits, a hospital stay, several MRI's, and lots of occupational & physical therapy sessions without any explanations for his continued decline and no offer of any solutions. During all this he began having violent seizure like tremors that were uncontrollable. We had just about lost hope when we were referred to a neurologist who then referred my husband to Dr. Azadeh Farin. At our first appointment with Dr. Farin she immediately recognized there was a serious issue and scheduled another emergency surgery. After performing this second surgery, the positive results could be seen and felt that same day. My husband has a long way to go but knowing he has been put in the care of such a talented and compassionate doctor brings us a lot of comfort. She is so caring and listens to your concerns. She takes the time to make sure you understand her explanations. To say we are grateful is a huge understatement! Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. B. Kolstad P.S. Navi & Fady from her office staff have been extremely helpful throughout this process. Many thanks to the both of them.

Dr Yuan is such a awesome spine surgeon. He took care of my back complaint of sciatica and…read moreweakness. He was so patient and very good at explaining the plan we were going to do to fix my problem with L2&3 of my lower back. This after having L4&5 done by another doctor. He made sure to connect the L2-4 even though he didn't do L3&4 and made sure to recheck them too. He also made sure that I was good before allowing the hospital to discharge me. I was so glad he did because it made recuperating at home easier and experienced no problems. His staff were great to in coordinating everything for the surgery. After care is great too as he explains everything to me. Even giving me physical therapy to help me get my strength back. I did choose Southland Physical Therapy in Long Beach because my therapist, Sami had received great feedback for Dr Yuan from his other clients who had surgery with Dr Yuan. I highly recommend Dr Yuan for any back issues.

To say this has been the worse experience with a doctors office would be an understatement! On…read morenumerous occasions after talking to this Office, I was told that I would receive a call back to give me the information I was looking for these calls Here's a polished version that keeps the criticism firm, factual, and credible: Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been extremely frustrating, primarily because of the lack of communication and follow-through. After numerous attempts to get information about my case, I asked to speak with an office manager and was told that someone would return my call. That call never came. I called back two additional times and left messages for the office manager, and I still received no response. Communication with Dr. Warden's nurse was similarly difficult. On at least four separate occasions, I was told I would receive a return call, but those calls never happened. The lack of communication has now reached the point where I am seeking another provider to perform the knee surgery I need. Nearly six weeks after initially contacting this office, I still do not have a clear surgery schedule or a satisfactory understanding of where things stand. Unfortunately, the customer service experience begins the moment you call the office. The initial person answering the phone consistently came across as disengaged and uninterested in helping. When someone is dealing with a significant knee injury and trying to coordinate necessary surgery, basic communication and follow-through are extremely important. I understand that medical offices can be busy and that scheduling surgery involves multiple steps. However, repeatedly promising return calls and then failing to make them is unacceptable. After nearly six weeks of trying to obtain answers, I have lost confidence in this office's ability to manage my care effectively and have decided to pursue treatment elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the medical care itself is only one part of a patient's experience. Communication, responsiveness, and basic customer service matter--especially when someone is injured, in pain, and waiting for surgery. Jeff H
