We purchased two crew necks, a hat, and some beer. The staff behind the bar were able to help answer any and all questions that we gave to them. THEN we sat down to eat. I became violently ill for hours immediately after eating at your establishment, followed by ongoing symptoms that required medical attention, including a doctors visit. All of this has been documented, and the Department of Health has already been notified with supporting proof. What's most disappointing is not just the incident itself, but how you chose to handle it. Had you shown even a basic level of concern, accountability, or offered any form of assistance, this could have been handled very differently. Instead, you chose to outright deny my experience and brush it off. That response speaks volumes about how you treat customers when something goes wrong. Shame on you.
