It was two ladies from Ukraine who didn't speak a lot of English but they understood my requests and did a great job. What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

The ladies just packed up and left without letting me look around first. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever had. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. Would not recommend even if her prices are lower than competitors.

Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.
