I dropped off my car for the day and went to work. I received a call around 4 pm (they close at 5:30) that they had just begun to work on my car. The man I spoke with (Jason) informed me that two of the used tires I had previously purchased didn't have enough studs. He offered me 2 new tires. I asked that he check the warehouse for used tires. He agreed and stated he would call me back. After 45 minutes,I had not received a call. I called and Jason informed me he had passed the job onto someone else but that yes I should have been called, they were putting two used tires on. When I went to pick up my car, it was after hours. I turned the key and immediately saw flashing and beeping indicators for low tire pressure. I would have gone in to ask an employee to take a second look but no one was available. I stopped at a gas station and checked tire pressure, filled them all up and drove the 45 miles back to anchorage, all with the tire pressure sensor light blinking at me. The next morning I woke up to a flat tire. In anchorage, with a looming commute to Wasilla. I had the tire repaired in anchorage and called diversified immediately. Jason was professional and apologetic and saw me as soon as I got to Wasilla. He wasn't able to identify the problem but put on a new tire for me free of charge. Bottom line: don't go during busy season, good customer service and a job well done the second time.

I had an appointment for tire changeover this morning…read more I went to the Swanson Ave location. Driving along N. Tommy Moe Dr. an employee got out of his car from the parking lot and ran out into the street right in front of me so I had to hit my brakes pretty hard to avoid hitting him. He darted into the employee entrance door in the back of the building. This guy literally played frogger running into traffic. I went to the tire shop. There was a sign on the front door that said the tire changeover is to be checked in at the front desk of the other building. So I went to the other building. The skinny white woman at the counter mumbled when she spoke so I couldn't tell what she was saying. She also barely moves her lips when she speaks like a ventriloquist. She was very grouchy and rude. I was able to decipher that she was telling me that my appointment was at the other building and pointed to the building next door. So I walked over to the building next-door, which was the building I had initially went to with the sign telling me to go to another building. The ill tempered Burnett lady inside told me that I need to go back to the first building and pointed me towards the other building. I told her they had just sent me over here. She turned around and walked away. So I begin walking again across the parking lot towards the other building and this time a third employee with bad posture was walking out the door and met me in the parking lot. He told me that there was another location near Carrs where my appointment was. (He was also rude And grouchy as well, but at least he told me what I needed to know. This information would've been helpful at the very beginning).

When I addressed this issue in person I was assured that nobody did it yet there's no working cameras and the owner hadn't even asked anyone about it. I later found that they had caused more issues to my jeep and I had to have another shop fix everything. Nobody has bothered to respond to my email about my stolen belongings yet.
