Finally my wife signed off with her e-signature at their front counter's computer for $338. He stated they would have it done next day at $338, so we committed to them. Bold faced liars! Next business day Edmund's Tracy said "Sorry, there was a mix-up, actually the cord doesn't fit the exhaust so we had to fast-lap another block heater!" "New price is now closer to $500!" My immediate thought to myself: "WTF!!" I told Tracy both she and her coworker stated $338. No if's, no and's, nor but's. Told Tracy my wife signed off for $338. Tracy denied this to me over the phone. Tracy literally LIED to us! Disgraceful. At that point it had deteriorated to a "He said! She said!" situation. Two weeks ago I took my f150 to diversified for a tire change over I did not buy those studded tires from them or their recommended tire shops they didn't have a problem then! I called big black rubber I told them what just happened and they gladly took me in even though I didn't have an appointment. Big black rubber is fast cheap and hassle free a real no bs tire shop I suggest them over POS diversified!
