I dropped my car off at 8 am right after the first snow for a tire changeover. They were organized…read moreand had a good system for getting traffic through. I dropped off my car for the day and went to work. I received a call around 4 pm (they close at 5:30) that they had just begun to work on my car. The man I spoke with (Jason) informed me that two of the used tires I had previously purchased didn't have enough studs. He offered me 2 new tires. I asked that he check the warehouse for used tires. He agreed and stated he would call me back. After 45 minutes,I had not received a call. I called and Jason informed me he had passed the job onto someone else but that yes I should have been called, they were putting two used tires on. When I went to pick up my car, it was after hours. I turned the key and immediately saw flashing and beeping indicators for low tire pressure. I would have gone in to ask an employee to take a second look but no one was available. I stopped at a gas station and checked tire pressure, filled them all up and drove the 45 miles back to anchorage, all with the tire pressure sensor light blinking at me. The next morning I woke up to a flat tire. In anchorage, with a looming commute to Wasilla. I had the tire repaired in anchorage and called diversified immediately. Jason was professional and apologetic and saw me as soon as I got to Wasilla. He wasn't able to identify the problem but put on a new tire for me free of charge. Bottom line: don't go during busy season, good customer service and a job well done the second time.

Very shady and rude. They scammed my dad. He went for 1 flat tire and was expecting to get 1 tire…read morereplaced and with out telling him and trying to gas light him saying they did tell him they replaced all 4? On a new car makes no sense

Midas was completely busy but they still told us we could tow our vehicle there. When we got there they were super nice and open. Stating it'd be multiple days before we could get seen but if cancellations happen they'd take a look at our vehicle. They called us to let us know two days later that they were able to look at it. However our engine would need to be replaced. They didn't charge us for any diagnostic and have since kindly said we could leave the car there while we figure out what to do. Very kind and human experience! Thank you Midas.

Not transparent about appointment. Called 8 days prior and explained service needed. Made…read moreappointment for following Saturday based off of availability recommended by Alonzo. Arrived in morning expecting vehicle would be started soon. Dod not happen. When I inquired I was told vehicle would be worked in based off of other vehicles needing service. Charma maybe, but Alonzo checked me in at my "scheduled" appointment time. When I followed up why my vehicle hadn't been started he told me all vehicles needing service are checked in in the morning and then rack and stacked on priority. So I asked if I really needed an appointment and if I could have dropped off anytime during the week and was told, yes. Long story to say, appointments don't have ANY value. Definitely recommend getting true vehicle maintenance somewhere else. Good for unscheduled oil changes...maybe
