Tommy Moe Dr. an employee got out of his car from the parking lot and ran out into the street right in front of me so I had to hit my brakes pretty hard to avoid hitting him. He darted into the employee entrance door in the back of the building. This guy literally played frogger running into traffic. I went to the tire shop. There was a sign on the front door that said the tire changeover is to be checked in at the front desk of the other building. So I went to the other building. The skinny white woman at the counter mumbled when she spoke so I couldn't tell what she was saying. She also barely moves her lips when she speaks like a ventriloquist. She was very grouchy and rude. I was able to decipher that she was telling me that my appointment was at the other building and pointed to the building next door. So I walked over to the building next-door, which was the building I had initially went to with the sign telling me to go to another building. The ill tempered Burnett lady inside told me that I need to go back to the first building and pointed me towards the other building. I told her they had just sent me over here. She turned around and walked away. So I begin walking again across the parking lot towards the other building and this time a third employee with bad posture was walking out the door and met me in the parking lot. He told me that there was another location near Carrs where my appointment was. (He was also rude And grouchy as well, but at least he told me what I needed to know. This information would've been helpful at the very beginning).

A simple "we made an error" would've been the right thing to do. Instead, they sent a customer out on the road. These technicians have no integrity, no work ethic, and certainly to conscious to do the right thing. Management at the time, took no responsibility.

They wanted me to buy lug nuts because they couldn't figure out how to put an SAE socket on them instead of metric. Definitely don't expect them to mount used tires, they WILL find an excuse to not do it and make you buy new ones. Even if you can stomach the constant nickel and diming, they can't even do the job correctly. Valve cores half installed, tire pressures incorrect, terrible balancing, and damaged lug nuts are par for the course at this joke of a business. Negative 5 stars.

I personally have had two terrible experiences with the new owners/their staff and I will NEVER go back (unless Andy and his sister buy it back ;)). All but one lug nut was very loose after my tire change over; one was completely off and rattling around!! I am so grateful this was discovered before my tires came off as my family and I could have been very horribly injured. I gave them another chance, and this time they overtightened my lug nuts with so much torque it warped my rotors. Despite my calls to the owner and a certified letter simply requesting a refund for my tire change over (not even asking for the cost to replace my rotors or the cost to have my trusted mechanic safely install all of the lug nuts to their property torque) they completely ignored my letter and never returned my calls. Terrible customer service! Another lady didn't even make it a block and her tire fell off and she ran over it, which took off her bumper. This is only a very brief summary. Mr. Lube was excellent in years past as I took my vehicle there for 16 years, but ever since the new owners took over, it's gone down hill tremendously! Even the front desk staff is unfriendly and doesn't greet you. For your safety, and your family's, do not take your vehicle to Mr. Lube!! Consider yourself genuinely warned!!

They do an excellent job and always inform me of anything else they find that may need replacing etc. I have been very happy with their service over the years and they are always reasonable price wise even performing minor repairs at no cost. It's great to have a reliable auto repair shop close by that we can trust - I won't go anywhere else.

The auto parts store gave me the wrong antifreeze causing the truck to overheat. I went to the Dodge dealership and they told me the antifreeze was contaminated, after showing them what I purchased. I purchased the Dodge Ram antifreeze and headed to Midas. These people at Midas were great, I had a emergency and they took care of everything, cleaned up the truck afterwards. The counter person taking my information was great he got me in on a emergency, the technician was great giving me some advise on the extra heater hoses, what was going on, overall status. Everything was great afterwards, the back flush cleaned out the contaminated antifreeze, the Dodge Ram antifreeze was used, and best of all the truck engine is fine. Arrived in morning expecting vehicle would be started soon. Dod not happen. When I inquired I was told vehicle would be worked in based off of other vehicles needing service. Charma maybe, but Alonzo checked me in at my "scheduled" appointment time. When I followed up why my vehicle hadn't been started he told me all vehicles needing service are checked in in the morning and then rack and stacked on priority. So I asked if I really needed an appointment and if I could have dropped off anytime during the week and was told, yes. Long story to say, appointments don't have ANY value. Definitely recommend getting true vehicle maintenance somewhere else. Good for unscheduled oil changes...maybe
