They assured that we are getting a fantastic set of fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We swallowed hard because the cost was 50% more than the metal fixtures we had looked at by Koehler, but they convinced us. What a mistake. All of the control handles and Blu fixtures are stamped from plastic with cheap metallic coating. We've had two completely delaminate, and all of the wall covers have come loose. Our general contractor has been trying to get Pedini to replace those which the yellow plastic is showing through the cheap veneer, but three months later, the only thing we hear is the chip of crickets. Please think long and hard about a high-end distributor who pawns cheap plastic fixtures off, then seems to avoid standing behind them when they fail.

After returning from a two week trip to see relatives, they learned their cat had used this carpeted closet as a personal litter box resulting in a horrible odor that permeated their home. Despite a busy schedule, Amaya's was able to remove all carpeting and instruct these novice homeowners on how to use KILZ primer to paint some unfinished wood before returning to install the beautiful LVP tiles. Odor is now gone and their closet looks better than when brand new--all done quickly and for a very fair price. Thank you to Luis Amaya and his crew! This family owned business does outstanding work and keeps customer satisfaction as their highest priority. In 2021 Amaya's Flooring removed all floor surfaces on both levels of our house and installed oak wood flooring throughout. We have been very happy with the beautiful wood floors that Amaya's Flooring installed for us. We had just purchased a house and wanted all carpeting and existing wood floors removed so that there would be a great flow between rooms on both levels. The end result is just what we were hoping to achieve! Luis was truly wonderful to work with on every aspect of this job--always prompt, responsive, friendly, and courteous along with sending a terrific crew to do the work. We had been discussing reworking our backyard (that sits on the edge of a steep hillside),…read morespecifically the retaining wall, but we couldn't find anyone that had a well thought out plan or how they could do it. Fast forward a few month, we drove past a neighbors house and saw Western's sign, gave them a call and within a day or so Ross was at the house walking through what we wanted, what they would do, how they would do it, and the next day we had an estimate. The steep hillside, and retaining wall weren't the only challenges, the biggest is that there is no access to get equipment to the backyard, so everything would need to be done by hand. Ross and the Western team continued to work through our pricing questions, and we came to a fair price to do the work. When it came time to do the work, the crew did not disappoint. They were moving quickly, and were doing great work. They had some tough logistics and made it seem easy. The final product was an amazing backyard, a structurally sound retaining wall, and awesome new landscape around the house. The whole time, we always had access to Ross, and more so to his team that would email us back same day or within 24 hours. They always let us know what was going on. We would definitely recommend the Western team and will go back to them for future work!
