Dr. Sadio is an amazing doctor -- she even outshined Dr. Goldberg in Woodberry, NY. However, her team needs improvement. As someone in the medical field, I felt the staff seemed more eager to collect payment and personal information than to address my questions and concerns. Whenever I called the office, I had multiple questions, but I always ended up speaking only with the receptionist. Although the coordinator provided her number, she never answered, and each time I called, I reached someone different. As a result, I never received clear or consistent answers. Thankfully, I sought advice from others who had undergone liposuction and BBL. In fact, I received more helpful information from patients and their spouses than from the 305 Plastic Surgery team itself. Again, Dr. Sadio is a skilled and caring doctor, but her team must improve communication, consistency, and patient support in order to match the level of excellence she provides. Dr. Pierini and Dr. Stover are so nice and knowledgeable. The patient I care for had full face lift, fat transfer and lipo suction and tummy tuck. The wound on the stomach is so thin and the recovery period has been great. Doctor and nurses are willing to help you even on after hours. Dr. Pierini is really honest and may come off as too honest sometimes but his honesty is great as he will rather not make the money by telling you if something would look bad on you or not. Extremely Negative Experience with Plastic Surgeon in Doral, Miami, Florida…read more I had an extremely unfortunate experience with plastic surgeon Alberto Pierini in Doral, Florida, in 2014. After undergoing three surgeries in less than four months, I can confidently say that this doctor did not meet the expectations or professional standards one would expect. A few days after getting saline breast implants, I developed a seroma, and the doctor proceeded to drain it without administering any type of anesthesia. As time passed, the wound did not heal properly, reaching the point where I could clearly see the implant through a mirror. I had to wait many days before I could make a plan and undergo another surgical procedure. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I underwent a second surgery as his suggestion was to clean the implant and reposition it. However, the wound still did not heal properly, and the pain became increasingly intense, affecting my daily quality of life. I had drainages, and one of them moved inside the breast, causing pain even while breathing. The doctor moved and removed it without any time for pain relief, asking me to endure the pain. At one point, I expressed my concern about the lack of symmetry in my breasts. The doctor responded unprofessionally, stating that the body is not symmetrical and pointing out other imperfections in my body (mentioning that I have one eyebrow higher than the other and making comments about my nose). The doctor attempted to release some internal stitches, stretching my skin to correct the asymmetry, despite causing unbearable pain. When I expressed this, his insensitive response was, "this is like rape if you can't avoid it, enjoy it, or you have to endure it." The wound continued to not heal, and the doctor's recommendation was to remove one of the implants and keep a single implant in the other breast for approximately 8 months. I did not agree with this recommendation, and eventually, I decided to remove the implants due to persistent complications. Throughout this process, the doctor demonstrated a lack of empathy and responsibility for my situation. He did not take any responsibility for the unsatisfactory outcome and showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Nearly 10 years after the surgery, I still suffer pain in the scars and areas where I had complications. This fact highlights the negligence and lack of skill of the plastic surgeon. There are still remnants of sutures coming out of my chest. In summary, I cannot recommend this plastic surgeon in Doral, Miami, Florida. My experience was extremely negative, and I regret the decision to undergo surgery with him. I strongly advise people to conduct thorough research before undergoing any plastic surgery procedure and ensure they work with a highly qualified and licensed professional.

I then paid thousands to another doctor to perform a complicated revision/reconstruction of my breasts. I had to wait 8 months to heal to repair the damage from this scam of a business. Let me tell you how it works. They contract doctors to come in a do surgeries. These doctors bounce around and do surgeries at other clinics with equally bad reputations. They have no consistent staff. Go through doctors with no care. These doctors aren't even certified, the man who botched my surgery was a general surgeon, not a plastic surgeon. I checked the medical board and he had received disciplinary actions against him more than once. The other surgeon they matched me up with was a felon. Attempted murder and kidnapping. Beat his girlfriend, held her hostage and tortured her by waterboarding her. Dr Orlando Llorente...look him up. The story is wild and how he even still has his license is incredible. After my surgery and all the complications I had, I could get no one there to help me. They dodged my calls...literally. I would have to call from another number. They will not take any accountability nor return any of the 5k I paid them. I have spent several more thousands to have this fixed and I will never physically be the same. Please learn from my mistake...these people are extremely dangerous.

El proceso de pre-op fue bueno. Me dieron toda la información que solicité y respondieron todas mis preguntas. Reservé mi cirugía aprox 4 meses antes. Hubo algunos exámenes que decidí hacerme en Miami (yo viajé desde California). Solo 1 de los exámenes me mandaron a hacerlo en un lugar diferente, pero no tuve ningún problema con eso. Enero 8: me pidieron que llegara a las 9 am, estuve allí todo el día, salí a las 4 pm . Seré honesta, fue cansado pero no me arrepiento. Ese día llené y firmé muchos documentos (completamente comprensible) creo que estuve más de 1 hora llenando documentos (cada cirugía implica más papeles por firmar). También conocí a mi doctor, respondió absolutamente todas mis preguntas, fue muy detallado en conocer exactamente los resultados que yo quería tener. Ví a mi doctor al rededor de 5 veces más cuando estaba en mis masajes post-op. Enero 9: me pidieron llegar a las 10 am, me pidieron guardar mi celular a la 1:30 pm, creo que la cirugía fue a las 3 pm (no puedo estar segura porque no tenía forma de saberlo), no sé a qué hora salí de cirugía pero desperté a las 6 pm aprox y me entregaron con mi acompañante a las 6:30 pm. Días posteriores... Pagué por 10 masajes, enero 10 recibí mi primer masaje, iba aterrada, muerta de miedo de pensar lo mucho que me dolería... para mi sorpresa, no fue tan terrible como lo imaginé. Ana, mi masajista, es la mejor! La amé cada día que me masajeaba. No puedo mentir, los masajes son un poco dolorosos, pero no es algo como para morirte del dolor (por lo menos no lo fue para mi). Recibí 1 masaje diario... Ana no solo hizo el masaje, ella ponía música para que me relajara, me hablaba, me contaba historias, nos reíamos juntas... fue 100% profesional, pero su agradable manera de ser me hizo sentir muy cómoda, tranquila y relajada. Después de cada masaje me sentía mucho mejor, y cada día que pasaba me iba sintiendo mejor. Extraño mucho a Ana, lastimosamente no pude encontrar a nadie en California que me hiciera masajes como ella Hoy es mi día 16 post-op. Estoy muy contenta con mis resultados, el bbl y el tamaño de los senos me encantan. Solo hay 2 cosas con las que quiero ser honesta. 1. Pezones desiguales, uno quedó más pequeño que el otro y no tan redondo. No es una gran diferencia pero se puede notar. 2. Dr. Valladares decided not to operate because of my kidney levels I suppose were below comfort of recovery -- yes I was disappointed since all my labs were complete a month prior and a week prior before arriving and taking time off. But that's not the worst part. They took $200 cash for "prescriptions" in the office without a form of receipt and I asked about it and they said I'd receive the prescriptions day of surgery but I never received the procedure. Originally they said 3,700 but since I needed to use Care Credit they changed the price to 4,800 and charged Care Credit and my credit card the day before surgery even though the surgery never happened. I called about the refund and I was told to call Care credit and dispute the transaction. Really? That's how they handle refunds. I was supposed to call the finance company and claim I never had the procedure and they were supposed to believe me. Well I did that and filed a dispute. I called Vixen for refund on my credit card and the cash I paid for prescriptions and I have not been able to reach them since. I researched to see if this is normal practice and no! This is highly suspicious, and I should have not been charged till after the procedure. This has been so stressful, so hard on me financially and emotionally. I will continue to reach out, so whatever it takes to get my money back and let others know of how this was handled. Another lady had used Vixen as well with a different surgeon. She is convinced she is "botched" and they have "ghost surgeons" practicing along with the expected surgeon. The girls in my recovery home have been unwell, multiple ambulance services and blood transfusions. They regret the whole procedure.
