All I did was simply ask them for pricing when I went to look up reviews about them I said never mind. I saw that you have horrible reviews on here. Thanks anyways and then the person continued to message me completely unprofessional so I decided to comment back and then post it on here. I'm so happy that I said something about the reviews on here and they showed me their true colors so that way I would never have to suffer getting any surgeries from them Everybody beware. This is a conversation in the photo I had with them and not once did I ever ask for a discount I asked them for an estimate of how much liposuction approximately cost as you can see it's only 2500 which is super cheap in general so the quality of the work that they stated in the comment shows that they are an extremely horrible plastic surgery company the last person I went to that's extremely good. I had my Brazilian Butt Lift here in April 2024, when the clinic was still called Modern Plastic Surgery (now Trends Plastic Surgery). Before and right after surgery, the staff seemed nice, but once I got back home to Illinois, I started having issues that were completely ignored. I followed all the aftercare instructions exactly, but when I started having pain, redness, and fever on one glute, I called several times and was only told to "take Tylenol." My post-op massage therapist noticed one side was red and warm, and when I called again, I got the same answer. Eventually, I learned that the doctor who did my surgery wasn't even working there anymore. After a month of pain and fever, a nurse named Tatiana told me to go to the ER. There, I found out I had a surgical abscess in one glute caused by the surgery. I had to go through two additional surgeries to drain and treat it. The plastic surgeon who helped me recover said I'd need another BBL to fix my glute but advised me not to return to the same clinic. Still, I reached out to Tatiana and asked if the CEO, Armando Luis, and his team could help fix the damage since it came from their surgery. She said she would ask, but later told me it would cost $4,200, even more than what I originally paid. This whole experience has been devastating. I spent thousands on the surgery, hotel, flights, rental car, aftercare supplies, and lost two months of work. Now I'm left with two scars, uneven/unattractive glutes, and low self-esteem. One glute looks normal, the other looks square and smaller due to the infection and scarring. I saved for years for this surgery and now have to save again to get it fixed somewhere else. WARNING PLEASE READ!!! Allow me to tell you about my experience at MODERN PLASTIC surgery in Miami. I flew from Georgia to Miami back in May of 2024 to get a Breast Amputation and Lipo 360. My plastic Surgery doctor was Desiree Villadolid Four days postop after my surgery my breast peeled off after getting out of the shower I don't think much of it I just Assume it was part of the process of my breast surgery the first layer of skin around the nipple. That's when I called and spoke to the nurse Roxanna. Explain to her what I had experienced before that I had to go to the emergency department not only because of my breast, but because my hemoglobin was extremely low and I was very short of breath because I had lost a lot of blood. I a women H-H should be 13 and mine was a 6 meaning that I needed a blood transfusion. That is when the emergency doctor at Emory hospital in Atlanta sent me to a wound care specialist because he noticed that my nipple around my left breast was not healing correctly and had an strong smell . Moving forward the agreement with MODERN Plastic Surgery speaking to nurse Roxie on several occasions, on the phone after she has spoken with the surgeons team and she told me that once my breast heal they would I don't know that I have my insurance card with move forward with reconstructive, but the Plastic Surgeon doctor in Atlanta in Johns Creek Georgia highly recommended for me not to get a reconstructive, but a tattoo of my nipple Due to the severe damage of the nerves in my left Brest /nipple I had to do several treatments and visit at the wound care specialist here in Atlanta in order for them to treat my badly infection in my breastit was to the point where the Doctors had to cut off the infected nipple area so that it can heal properly. moving forward, I've tried reaching out to MODERN plastic Surgery in Miami Iv request for my Medical records . I've made several attempts of phone calls email and they have Hung up on me sent me into voicemail and refuse to let me speak to the nurse ROXANNE they are Highly in Highly inviolation of my civil rights, By law, any medical facility are required to release all of your medical records They refuse to release my medical records. I've got in contact with a HIPAA board as well as Florida medical board and filed a complaint against this surgical facility. I have so much more to say, but against my better judgment the customer servies gave me so many flags way in the beginning but against my better judge, I pursue this surgical facility. Lo más frustrante es que ahora la clínica me quiere cobrar más de $2,000 dólares por una revisión para corregir algo que ya había solicitado claramente desde el principio. I came in requesting a breast reduction with a lift, not just for cosmetic reasons, but to relieve chronic back pain. I was very clear that I wanted to reduce the actual size and weight of my breasts -- not just make them perkier. While Dr. Villadolid's work is aesthetically pretty, the result was not what I asked for. Instead of removing volume, a small implant was inserted, and a lift was done -- but my breasts are still the same size, and my back pain has barely improved. The reduction I specifically requested (and paid for) was never performed. Even more frustrating, the clinic is now trying to charge me over $2,000 for a revision to achieve the result I was originally promised. I've tried to escalate this multiple times, and no one is taking responsibility. The communication has been terrible from the very beginning, especially from the office staff and those in charge. I've felt ignored, dismissed, and completely unsupported. To make matters worse, the same exact thing happened to my sister, who had surgery with Dr. Villadolid around the same time. We both clearly asked for reductions, and neither of us got the results we came in for. At this point, it feels like a pattern of miscommunication, lack of accountability, and poor patient care -- all hidden behind a pretty outcome that doesn't actually solve the issue we came in to fix. It has caused us ongoing physical discomfort, emotional distress, and financial strain. If you're considering surgery here, be very cautious. The results may look nice, but if you care about being listened to, taken seriously, and supported throughout your healing, this may not be the right place. read more

I want to warn anyone considering Modern Plastic Surgery Miami - It is important for everyone to read before choosing this clinic! From the very beginning, the entire experience felt rushed and sales-driven. At first, I thought it was just the sales staff trying to close deals quickly - which I could live with. I had read several negative reviews warning about their customer service and refund issues, but I chose to ignore them because I received a personal recommendation for the surgeon I wanted to work with. Unfortunately, I should have listened to the bad reviews. While I am satisfied with the results of my BBL and Lipo, I want to make it very clear: the clinic's management and overall experience were a nightmare. The surgeon I worked with (who was excellent) has since left the clinic - which, frankly, is not surprising. The clinic gives you the feeling they only care about getting your money. There is zero patience when it comes to explaining what you're paying for. You're expected to pay and move along. During the pre-op process, I waited for hours at the clinic even though I had scheduled appointments. It was disorganized and chaotic. But the worst part - the absolute peak of the poor treatment - was when they cancelled one of the surgeries (breast augmentation), which I had already paid for the day before. They told me they didn't have the proper implant options that i wanted avalible, so they ordered me one pair for the surgry next day, at the day of the surgry the surgeon advised me not to combine both surgeries on the same day (lipo and BBL with the brest augmentation) and that is also a bad idea cause he will needed few options of impalnts to see while the surgry diffrent sizes to match the result as much as possible to my body (non of this information was told to me the day before the surgery when I paid $4,500 to add the breast augmentation. It wasn't my decision to cancel it was totally their fault - there was a lack of implants that fit my body and a lack of professionalism - they could have given me all the explanations in a timely manner rather than rushing me and simply making me pay without caring too much about me. when i actually need to do a long and complicated surgery. its been a month after the surgery and they're refusing to refund me the amount of the surgery i did not have. They're also trying to charge me a $750 cancellation fee, despite the fact that they're the ones who cancelled. This is beyond unethical. To make things worse, there's no way to reach customer service by phone. When I called the clinic, the receptionist told me they have no way to transfer me to support. After more than a month, they still haven't returned my money. I'm currently in the U.S. as a visitor, without a source of income, and this is a large sum that they're holding without justification. They also refused to refund two post-op massages I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance due to a last-minute flight change. It's like their default answer is "no refunds" - no matter what the situation is. The surgeons are not the issue - but this clinic is being run in a way that's dishonest, greedy, and completely unprofessional. If I could go back in time, I would never choose Modern Plastic Surgery. You deserve to be treated with respect, clarity, and care when going through something as major as plastic surgery - and you won't get that here. read more

I been trying to reach management regarding half of my money especially for my Breast and BBL it was a total disappointment my breast were suppose to be a cup bigger I went to measure my breast at VS and my boobs are the same size. Paid over $5000 for a lift and augmentation. Also my butt after my BBL they told me after the swelling and six months I should see results my but looks just like I went in. I have also asked for my before and after photos still haven't received them. I spoke to a friend whose cousin is an attorney and she told me if they guarantee results then I should have got them. where should I start? with the front-end staff Taylor, Taylor doesn't belong been anyone receptionist she's not good at relaying messages correctly she cross reference conversations she doesn't take instructions. Well in the list can go on. Taylor needs to be trained and have better customer service skills. She is the face for the business. Next Marie she is very sarcastic, bad personality, and attitude. I don't know if it's because it's the translating of them speaking Spanish versus really understanding when a person is speaking English, but Maria she was very nasty and sarcastic to me when I was asking her questions regarding my up and coming surgery. to the Point that I couldn't wait to see her face-to-face and see if she would have the same smart ass mouth! Now the nurse Practitioner Roxanna was trying to portray to be polite, but she was nice nasty. She didn't make me feel confident about my surgery and the outcome of surguy it was underlying negativity. Roxanne NP should have been given a license to be a nurse practitioner after my surgery I was telling her how weak and out of breath I was and she blew it off like junk mail, and kept telling me just a drink, Gatorade, water, and a lot of fluids, not paying attention to my medical background that I was a diabetic and not even taking the time to take my blood sugar. The massage Therapist Adriana was a very sweet person and extremely nice but I didnt like that she had to step out of the room and stop her service with me to go do something, but still had on the same bloody gloves that she was doing my massage with stehp back in the room and not change the gloves to my massage service that was cross-contamination to the highest! oh my Goodness dud she JUST really DO THAT?? I have 360 lipo, a breath lift, and my arms lipo all done.5days later I took my bandages off my breath and my whole nipple came off the with my stitchers what in the world just happened? I called Modern the next day and spoke with Roxie she was very polite she instructed me to put some Aquaphor on my breast and let it air out which I did, but the Ariola art of the breastwas already dead. I did everything what they asked, got my blood work, spent over 1k with X-raya everything and paid the surgery, booked hotel airplane tickets, and everything! suddenly, I had an very bad emergency and I couldn't complete anything with the procedure, I proved them that it wasn't me who was canceling just because, they didn't care they just kept going with the cancellation the fee for even though I had proof of my cancellation reason! . The communication was terrible and they kept a deposit for a surgury that I did not want because my first surgery was so difficult. I'm sorry to write this because I like the doctors there but I was charged for things and services I did not get and it was very difficult to try to get my money back. I also got postop hypothermia had to go to the emergency room. I think my results will be fine even though I had some complications due to the postop hypothermia probably which included postop infections and wounds that opened up,. again I love the doctors there, but they have done me wrong and I cannot recoup my money. Be very careful about leaving a deposit. I would not do it. I would just pay a time of services because once you leave that deposit it is nonrefundable doesn't matter. if it is their fault you do not want another surgury there . I tried many times to rectify my complaints with them and they did not communicate with me or even expressed concern over them. I had to complain to my credit card company who was able to recoup some of the charges. They charged me for garments. I did not get and for one garment they put me in after surgery That was way too small and cut me leaving a scar !!not to mention the nurse that pushed me out the door at 5 o'clock closing time on Friday after my major surgury although I was protesting and begging her not to !! they made me leave to soon after surgury and I had to call an ambulance and go to the hospital. I'm very sorry to write this review but I had no choice . I have communicative with me and tried to resolve this and at least act like they cared.! Although I was phoshed I called back minutes after I got a text message. The voice-mail was from November 2023. I called in January 24th. I specified exactly what I wanted and was told NO to what I wanted. Then I was told that what I wanted would have to be done on two surgeries. I said no.
