I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

The worst being in the middle of a hallway - a major area of the house. I had never ever seen a seam in any carpet ever before, any where, so it was strange and somewhat shocking. They did respond and schedule to fix it in a timely manner. However, after spending 3 hours to supposedly fix the issues, a week later, the seams are just as bad. This has colored the whole experience to be extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them. At least not for carpeting.

Two guys handled the work - also great interactions with them. They helped us find a color that we liked. We were mostly happy with the finished floors, but it wasn't perfect. In the closets, they were sloppy with the corners and didn't put as much care as the more visible parts of the house - it's true that people aren't studying the corners of closets, but we didn't love that.
