Drove an hour 1/2 back , only to be given a worn out set of tires ... again had to argue for my actual tires back .. which I never got . I got a 2nd set far from the condition mine were in . The policy should be to return the tires you own , not keep them and hope the customer doesn't realize until it's too late . Such a scam and so upsetting for a small business in a small town to do to a customer who would have returned multiple times . Just bought a new Land Cruiser , I will be taking it in for a small lift elsewhere !

I purchased used RV and on which Enriched Mobile Electronics installed a lithium battery system,…read moreand the more I learned about the dodgy work they'd done, the more I just wanted it all ripped out of there, which I finally just did when the cheap battery they installed shorted out internally. Still not sure the root cause of the fire inside the battery, but given the quality of the rest of the install, I can only imagine. First of all, the frame they built using 80/20 aluminum had loosened up at every joint because they failed to use Loctite on the screws. Those joints that I hadn't been able to reach to tighten had cracked. The 2" and 1" holes they had drilled through the floor had no foam to stop air leaks. They doubled up the lugs on top of the battery instead of using a bus bar, which would not be recommended by a real electrician. They used a bunch of random bolts of different lengths, bolting everything through the floor to the chassis, meaning to remove anything required two people, one under the vehicle. I could go on but it not worth it. Unbelievable they charged $6K in cash for this job. Previous owner told me there was no receipt, so I'm guessing they didn't pay taxes on the income either.

Last week I went in for something I felt would be minor. It was the plastic coverings underneath…read morethe car. I had gone elsewhere to get an oil change and I realized too late that they didn't screw the coverings back in properly. So I went here and the first guy said it couldn't be done, I'd have to get new ($300) coverings. The front office gentleman, Christian, told me to hold on. He spoke with another great guy, Chris, about my situation and Chris was able to get my problem resolved quickly and for dirt cheap. They COULD have taken more money (or rather attempted to because honestly I was going to have to look for another shop) but they were honest and fair. NOW if I ever need a bigger issue taken care of with my car, I can trust this place to not overcharge me for the service. Thank you again to Christian and Chris!
