Worst customer service imaginable…read more I stopped by Ukiah's Napa Auto. I'm used to Willits Napa, so I was expecting a similar experience of smiles and greetings from the front counter, inquiries, and general helpfulness. Ukiah apparently is NOT the same as Willits. I stood in line for 10 minutes (I was 2nd) with zero acknowledgment from anyone, no biggie generally. However, there were 3 people working front counter with one in the back. A very new looking, high school-aged looking boy was struggling to find the diameters of pipe fittings. An older gentleman was watching the high school kid struggle with basic fractions and offering zero help. A lady was on the corner register watching the older man watching the kid. Both adults did everything they could to not make eye contact with the customers in the store. I stood for another 10 minutes until the kid's customer left. The kid blankly looked at the accumulated customers at all the counters and asked who was next. Apparently, this was a one register operation, and the other 3 folks working were there to waste oxygen. They treated the situation like they were the only Auto Parts store in town. Don't waste your time. I could have driven to Willits, and back in the time it would have taken to get help here. One word for Napa Ukiah. Rediculous

This store is just phoning it in these days. There are far better auto parts stores in Ukiah and…read morewhile they're convenient to my work, the slip shod service and generally poor attitude of the guys behind the counter are reason enough for me to go elsewhere.

I had 70 gal Transfer Flow tank I wanted to put in My Ford F-350. I also wanted a custom headache…read morerack. I wanted them to fit together and look CUSTOM. I got my truck back today and couldn't be happier with how it looks. I added a last min curve ball asking them to have the rack work for my wide load sign. They also did some tricky wiring to allow for a little more control. They coded the rack with the same LineX liner they did the bed in (looks awesome and will hold up better than powder coat). The whole transfer flow system is really cool. You can fill a tractor with the AUX tank or it automatically dumps into the truck while driving. It's all controlled on your phone too. They also put in an air ride system which is nice to keep truck level when hauling heavy loads. The whole experience was really professional, they keep in contact through out the process. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle their. They have a very polite and knowledgeable team. Thanks again (sorry I didn't take better pics but you get the idea)

I would stay clear of this place . Got my truck lifted , new tires , wheels, shocks etc , had…read morepractically no miles on it . I noticed a couple weeks later when my husband asked were my original tires were ? I thought he had taken them out . I was so excited when I got my truck I had no idea they would of kept my basically brand new tires and NO I did not check . I would never of imagined they would of kept MY tires . When I called , they basically said " we are not responsible for lost items left after a specific amount of time) Are you kidding me ? After much back & fourth , they offered to find my tires and give them back . Drove an hour 1/2 back , only to be given a worn out set of tires ... again had to argue for my actual tires back .. which I never got . I got a 2nd set far from the condition mine were in . The policy should be to return the tires you own , not keep them and hope the customer doesn't realize until it's too late . Such a scam and so upsetting for a small business in a small town to do to a customer who would have returned multiple times . Just bought a new Land Cruiser , I will be taking it in for a small lift elsewhere !
