I had gone elsewhere to get an oil change and I realized too late that they didn't screw the coverings back in properly. So I went here and the first guy said it couldn't be done, I'd have to get new ($300) coverings. The front office gentleman, Christian, told me to hold on. He spoke with another great guy, Chris, about my situation and Chris was able to get my problem resolved quickly and for dirt cheap. They COULD have taken more money (or rather attempted to because honestly I was going to have to look for another shop) but they were honest and fair. NOW if I ever need a bigger issue taken care of with my car, I can trust this place to not overcharge me for the service. Thank you again to Christian and Chris!

Ken is a loud mouth, but so am in Ken asks lots of questions..to make sure he understands the problem. He will not fix something-if he feels you will waste your money, because you don't need it done! I have another car now-and today I'm doing the engine restore kit. That gets ride of fuel injection issues. Power Idol Sluggish It will clean the fuel injection really well. I looked at all the reviews, in 8 years-there has been 3 people that left silly comments, the rest are all five stars!! Thanks so much to Ken and Finn, and the rest, thanks for all your great work. I had been stuck in town since Saturday night due to a bad alternator. This Shop was recommended…read moreto me by my extended warranty company, and so I brought it down first thing on Monday. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Even though they were very busy, they said that they would fit me in, and get my car taken care of so I could get back on the road. She took all of my information, including the extended warranty information, and I left the car. A little while later, the shop called me to let me know that the extended warranty company had authorized the repair, and that the part was here in town. I kept my motel room for one more night, so I would have a place to hang out while they were working on the car. Early in the afternoon, I got a call that the car was ready. I went down, paid my warranty deductible, and I was back on the road. I was also told that I had a warranty on the new alternator, and that they would honor it even if I had to go to another repair shop. I just had to call them ahead of time. I had nothing but great service from this shop. If I had to use them again, I would. Thank you.

When I drop my truck off, I heard all of the employees at Big O Tires, Ukiah ca. Answer the phones, like that. Ok fast, friendly, they did their best to put, good, no great set of tires on my ford explorer four wheel drive. Safety is my biggest concern while city driving or boony crashing/// camping is the mountains at the river bar. They got me set up just fine. My truck had paper Matt's on the floor as a matter of fact, not dirt at all in or on my white truck with tan interior. I was very impressed.
