I had 70 gal Transfer Flow tank I wanted to put in My Ford F-350. I also wanted a custom headache rack. I wanted them to fit together and look CUSTOM. I got my truck back today and couldn't be happier with how it looks. I added a last min curve ball asking them to have the rack work for my wide load sign. They also did some tricky wiring to allow for a little more control. They coded the rack with the same LineX liner they did the bed in (looks awesome and will hold up better than powder coat). The whole transfer flow system is really cool. You can fill a tractor with the AUX tank or it automatically dumps into the truck while driving. It's all controlled on your phone too. They also put in an air ride system which is nice to keep truck level when hauling heavy loads. The whole experience was really professional, they keep in contact through out the process. WTF is wrong with these people??? Horrible service, incompetent and rude people. They cannot (or will not) diagnose problems correctly, they don't get back you with quotes for work, and they charge you for things other shops in town don't like just looking at your truck. Out of the 4 projects that I tried to work with them on, they sent one quote to me. It was THREE TIMES what the other shops quoted. Screw these guys. read more

Paid them $566 in March to spray the bed liner of my F150 I used the bed ONE time to take some cedar into the dump after changing the siding on my house. The cedar scratched several places in the bedliner, some of them as big as a quarter. I looked under the bad spots and I see bright, shiny paint. Originally, the Jeep could not be driven over 25 MPH without experiencing extreme oversteer & bump steer. It was literally a death trap. Stay away from this place .....the people working here are rude......I left my car at DC customs and after few days I went there with my wife to pay them...the guy who they called him Dustin he was staring at my wife like he has never seen any woman,before ,.... I got in the fight with him finally he said : I am sorry I was just thinking another place.and not looking at your wife.......... After I get home with my wife ..I searched for the GPS in my car ....then I realized the GPS is stolen ....I called them ....they said there was never a GPS in the car...... 0 stars. The WORST communication skills on the planet. Lied and said they left a voicemail. Blamed it on the power outage... the electricity may have been shut off but NOT the phones. Utterly dissatisfied. How they are in business is beyond me. I placed an order over a month ago and they claimed to have called once?? Ridiculous customer service. Robert NEVER called me. That is an outright lie. Please don't try and back peddle your way out of this. If email is such a horrible way for you to communicate than why ask me to email you? I was ordering the window for my boyfriend whose name was on credit card. You asked for forms to be filled out and EMAILED back to you which I did promptly. FACT- your employee lied. My first visit to DC Customs was for installation of an ARE shell on my 2016 Tacoma 4x4. Second visit was for rear air bags. Third trip (1 1/2hrs each way) was for a Bilstein shock upgrade.
