I visited him at his house to see what the cost would be but I planned it for another time since it was so hot. I returned the following week since I can't do any car wash where I live in an RV park. The previous place where I've been living there were a lot of pine trees around the property in my car got tree sap on the roof, front hood and windows. It is reviews people had mentioned that he had done a great job on cleaning up this sap. He also cleaned up the inside interior and vacuuming. He did an awesome job and I was surprised at how much of the tree sap that was removed. Plus he also attacked the bugs on the front grill. The inside looked fantastic too. It didn't take him long to get the job done, but the quality was very good. He was friendly and knowledgeable about his skills. His pricing was very reasonable.

However he came in early so I could drop off my car, by the time I was off the car was all done and ready to go. The tint came out as smooth as butter after a couple of days and they even put tape to stop passenger from rolling down the windows before the tint dried.

They weren't supposed to fill the water tank, but they did and didn't tell me they had done that. They didn't check the frame and screws to make sure the water tank was secure. We never keep water in the tank when traveling. On our first trip after getting it back, the frame and the tank collapsed from the water weight. It will be $1100 to fix it. I didn't ask them why they did that because I was so pissed and because I expected them to both deny they had done that and say that the tank coming down was my fault. It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever go back there for anything.

Our daughter was at fault for a minor fender bender and we didn't have any say as to where to take the other person's vehicle. They chose this shop. Minor fender bender and the first quote was $3500, outrageous. Once they "got in there... more damage" now we are at $5300. By the time this job is complete I'm sure we will owe over $6k for something most other shops would've charged around $1500 for. It's one thing to price gauge insurance or large fleet companies. No need to price gauge honest working people. Shame on McCarty's.
