They are very open & receptive to constructive criticism and super friendly. they obviously care. I even once left a large sum of cash in the car & it was all still there after my detail. Our daughter was at fault for a minor fender bender and we didn't have any say as to where to take the other person's vehicle. They chose this shop. Minor fender bender and the first quote was $3500, outrageous. Once they "got in there... more damage" now we are at $5300. By the time this job is complete I'm sure we will owe over $6k for something most other shops would've charged around $1500 for. It's one thing to price gauge insurance or large fleet companies.
