I worked and spoke with Alex through the whole thing and he was awesome. Very honest and knowledgeable. He got back to me almost immediately anytime I had any questions or concerns and even tracked down the adjuster I hadn't been able to get ahold of. He let me know what was happening every step of the way and even arranged the rental for me so it was all easy and stress free. Aside from the customer service the actual work done to my car was perfect! My car looked better then it did before the accident. And I believe they offer a lifetime warranty on all of their repairs. They also cleaned my car completely and detailed the inside which was a great surprise as I was not expecting that. They are very open & receptive to constructive criticism and super friendly. they obviously care. I even once left a large sum of cash in the car & it was all still there after my detail.
