Beautiful variety of choices and incredibly knowledgeable yet friendly staff (Alice was so helpful…read moreand has a great style)! The staff is also not pushy and makes you feel comfortable. Their price ranges are affordable and you can find a dress below $1300! This amazing off the shoulder dress is actually a boutique original but I ended up getting a different one not pictured here (so my fiancé doesn't see). Honestly, my dress ended up being $500 and was from their private collection- I will just have to add a belt or some beading to make it less plain but it's gorgeous and the price was perfect. They also carry famous designers like Stella York, Essense of Australia, and more. You can see their selection on their website and I suggest checking their instagram which is what drew me in. They have 2 other locations in VA and i wish them plenty of success. This one in Waynesboro was big and you will get plenty of privacy and there is good lighting. My mom ended up trying on mother of the bride dresses and we loved them too! They carry more than just bridal - they also have formal and prom wear.

I don't take my clothes to Heidi and I'm thankful I didn't trust her with my wedding dress after seeing what she did to the flower girl dress. We gave her a silk, J. Crew Collection dress that was too big overall for my niece. Heidi pinned the dress and I told her that we especially wanted the waist nipped in, but still wanted the skirt to be full. She also had to take the bodice in and "lift" the arm holes. The job would cost $50, which seemed a little high for a child's dress, but I realized that a job for a wedding sometimes gets a mark up. The dress we got back looked like almost nothing was done to it. The tulle petticoat, which had been fine, we now uneven and showing below the hem of the dress in certain areas. My little niece looked so sad in the dress. The alterations had taken so long that we didn't have time to order another dress and have it altered again, so we made an emergency dash to a David's Bridal and got her a dress that fit, but was nowhere near as special as the J. Crew Collection dress could have been. I was so disappointed with the work Heidi did. I will never take anything to her shop.

Rather than preserving the detailing of the pants, the natural seams were removed entirely. Though she had pinned the seat to make alterations throughout, the only thing taken in was at the waist so there is bagging fabric around the seat and crotch. They issues no apology and said I can bring them back to "see what they can do" but that they offer no guarantees. Frankly, the majority of the damage is unfixable and I'll likely be donating all items. Nothing more complicated than hemming should be brought here.

Let me start this off by saying that I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews but I had such a…read morebad experience that I felt the need to warn any other brides from feeling as defeated in their bridal appointment as I did. My appointment was this past Saturday. My experience at this bridal store was horrible. When myself and my party entered, we were told to pull some dresses that we liked while we waited for my consultant. My consultant told my party to "calm down" with all the picking after they chose 3 dresses and never introduced herself to my family. My consultant at didn't seem like she was listening to any of my preferences. The situation seemed like she was choosing dresses that she liked. Throughout the appointment, she continued to pull dresses that were, over budget, the wrong material ( she kept pulling dresses with so much tulle) and overall not my style that we discussed. Every dress she pulled was either 6 sizes too large or 4 too small so I was unable to get an accurate depiction of what the dress was going to look like on myself. I am not a picky person but it truly was awful. Every critique I had about the dress, was followed by her saying that it could be fixed with a strap or removal of beads, or a completley changing the structure of the dress or some other very expensive alteration. While I did appreciate her trying to fix the problem, she never differentiated from the style of dress that she pulled ( that were huge, heavy and had about 15 layers of tulle). My consultant never helped me by adjusting any of the dresses, ( she also never helped me put any of them on either). She never helped fluff the train or hold it so I could walk. My future mother in law had me attempt to tuck the material between my legs to see what the dress could look like on her knees. Her reaction to my family having to help was was very aloof. She also didn't seem like she had a very good knowledge of the inventory of the store. She would leave me on the stage in a dress that was very uncomfortable for several minutes while looking for "just the dress" and return with the exact same style that i had told her I didn't want. I stated what I wanted several times to her. I didn't even leave the dressing room to show my party a few of the dresses and she would argue with me. The last and perhaps the largest issue I had was that all of the dresses either myself or my guests chose were continuously intentionally placed to the back of the rack to try on by her. When my mother and cousin moved them to the front, she moved them to the back again and seemed annoyed. When my mom asked " can we please see her in this dress?" after about the 9th dress that I didn't like , my mom was ignored and was given a sour attitude. This was my second bridal appointment ever trying on a wedding dresses and I can tell you that if I hadn't had such a positive experience at the shop i had been to earlier in the day, I would have been in tears and this would have ruined the bridal dress experience. I'm writing this review based off my terrible experience in the hopes that the shop management will read it and make some major changes in how they treat their customers.

I was terrified and walked into my appointment already feeling defeated and like I would have to just settle for anything that fit. Sharon, the owner, worked with me directly. When I walked in, I was surprised to see that she had an entire rack filled with beautifully diverse dresses of all different shapes and styles that were in my size. I tried on many different dresses and she was so professional, compassionate and kind to me. She never once made me feel like I would have to settle for simplicity because of my size, instead she guaranteed me that we would work together until I found my dream dress, and she did just that. She treated me and my family with such respect, and made me feel so beautiful and special, and she even helped me come out of my shell and have a bit of fun! She threw accessories and creativity at me with each dress to show me that any of the dresses can be made even more unique with some fun additions. My dress is more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for, and I absolutely cannot wait to marry my best friend wearing it. I am beyond thankful and proud to now be a Tiffany's Bride!
