I finally got to meet one of the city inspectors who's been monitoring my project. According to him, Yaron and his guys didn't know what they were doing, were so slow, kept doing things wrong and overall were one of the worst contractors they've ever inspected. AC installation failed the inspection. New HVAC ducts failed the HERS test. Tankless water heater vent not to code. And the beginnings of an electrical fire in the main breaker panel. read more

Ron and his team took on a very large renovation project to help us transform our recently purchased very aged 70's house into our dream home. The owner's daughter came out to my house to give me an estimate for a roofing job. When they came out they did not go on the roof or use any devices to measure the area needed for the material to do the job. The person who did the estimates informed me that I would get an estimate within a day. I called to follow up to see what their estimate is but they told me that I should just go with another contractor for the job and that they did not have time to get me an estimate until next week. There was no urgency in helping me. This was a waste of their time to come out And also my time a couple times because they were a no-show the first time we made an appointment. Please note that I'm getting one star only because of the service and promise for an estimate, not for any job that they performed because obviously they did not want to. In researching their credentials, I was actually excited about using this company to take care of my roofing project. If they were within 6 to 10% of my other estimates, I probably would've used them hands-down. Now instead, I would be foolish to even think about going back to them to handle any other projects in my house Given that it appears that customer service was not a priority with me. read more

Ron and My New Home Project did a great job on our add on. We added an office/bedroom, bathroom, laundry, pantry, and breakfast nook on the side of our house that was about 330sq feet in a somewhat awkward space. We are very satisfied with the end result overall. There were definitely some bumps along the way, as expected with any big construction project. A lot of it stemmed from difficulty with a subcontractor that really added a lot of big, unnecessary delays to the schedule along with some problems that were fixed but could have been prevented in the first place. Overall, Ron and his crew were very professional, pleasant and we really enjoyed our interactions with them. Specifically, Ron has a huge heart, is very honest, very flexible, open minded, and maintains his cool at all times. He was also very easy to get a hold of any time we had a question or concerns, which is much appreciated! We interviewed a multitude of contractors and landed with Yaron because of his competitive pricing and knowledge. He did a powder room remodel, dining room addition, new fireplace mantel, installation of windows and french doors, a full patio remodel using pavers and fake grass and a few other small jobs. The work that was completed was done well and to our satisfaction. Anything we were unhappy with was immediately corrected or given attention. He and his guys were timely and reliable, trustworthy, and he was always reachable by phone. He does use sub contractors who occasionally proved to be difficult but that is the nature of the industry (and he worked to fix any issues that arose). Like any project where you're investing a lot of money, it's important to stay on top of the people you are paying to complete the job for you. They are most likely doing multiple jobs simultaneously and need to be reminded. Yaron was professional and the work they completed is beautiful. Beware!!! This company is terrible. This is The company that will give you a story to tell your friends about the horrible experience you had with a contractor. They started our job kept asking for more and more money which which we paid and they never finished the project. Yaron hires the cheapest sub contractors while he charges you the highest price. We had to hire a new contractor to fix the horrible job they left us with. It was a complete nightmare. They also lied in there contract stating they have insurance which turned out not to be true.
