Ryan came up with a great design beyond keeping with my basic functional requirements. The process was well structured with clarity all along the way. I couldn't pick all recommendations in keeping with a budget but everything that was picked was done very well. We've been really impressed by this process. The construction crews are highly professional. They are thoughtful and careful with neighbors when dealing with moving equipment in and out, noise, and those kinds of things. They are great communicators and set really good expectations about project length and other details. When we asked for tweaks or changes midstream there was never any grousing or grumbling - they were very focused on making sure we were 100% happy. We had two 78 lb dogs so we all had to go single file. There was also a dog in his truck barking its head off. When we got back onto the sidewalk one of our dogs went into the parking strip to see who was barking in the truck and he chastised us to keep our dogs out the beds he was working on. After this bit of chaos caused by him blocking the driveway and his dog, he scolds us?! I reminded him that parking strips are owned by the city in Seattle and are public property. So weird, and just know that if you hire them, you might be hiring someone would will be rude to your neighbors.

It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. We keep blocking the phone numbers they use, but they just call right back from different lines to continue the daily harassment. Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. The crew worked hard every day, showed up on time and were respectful of my property.
