We got three bids; two exceedingly high and C&R Landscaping's which appeared "reasonable", but open. We hired them and they were exceptional!! Never have we seen a group of workmen work so hard, every day, and then leave the site cleaner than when they arrived, everyday!! Every one of them was hardworking, polite, respectful and talented. They had attention to detail in every aspect of the project and if you wanted a slight change, it was done to the tens and without question. The finish work was beyond expectations. We truly got more than we expected!! Then we got the final bill. It was less than we thought we had previously authorized due to our change orders. They treated us more than fairly. We cannot recommend C&R Landscape Services more highly. Their work was exceptional, their communication constant, and their efforts to satisfy second to none!!

He put in a solid 12 hour day pruning, trimming, edging, weed whacking, spraying, pulling out unwanted plants, hauling and beauty barking - he did a thorough job, no corners were cut. This project was completed late summer, and now that we're entering the rainy season I can tell you that their work is holding up incredibly well, with the rain running off of the pavers to keep the patio relatively dry. And the lights they installed on the patio make for an awesome evening feature that we'll be sure to use during all seasons for many years to come. I'm really happy with Pro Lawn's work and glad I could share my experience with others!

His attitude was one of being bothered to have to give an estimate to such a lower echelon property, and NO ESTIMATE WAS EVER RECEIVED. Jose and his crew just finished our first major yard clean up since buying our house five years ago…read moreand they did an outstanding job. Jose must be one of the nicest people out there, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. We had overgrown beds and shrubs throughout our property and after Jose's crew was finished, we felt we could actually see the shape and flow of our yard again. They managed to strong arm some pretty serious weeds and simultaneously free up and give healthy cuts to some existing plants that will now actually have some room to grow. Jose was very knowledgeable about northwest plants and their growth patterns, working with fruit trees, and maintenance of a large, diverse yard. He walked the yard with us twice (once by himself and then with his crew on their first day) to make sure we were on the same page before work began and two more times during the process. Considering all the work they did, Jose's price was more than fair and he did not add on for many of the little extras they did to make the place look pristine before they left. His crew was friendly and timely, he listened to our wants and needs and he made great suggestions throughout. We will be calling Jose again and I highly recommend you do, too.

Very affordable probably the best quote I had received. Years went on and I bought a home that had all rocks for a back and front yard. I wanted grass put in and good quality grass!I recalled the awesome job they did at the rental, and hoped they had still been a business. Sure enough they are still a business which in my eyes speaks volumes. The owner is super awesome and will answer any questions you may have. I will be using this company going forward with any future services needed.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR…read more I called this contractor to schedule a job to install patio pavers. He explained that he would not make an appointment over the phone. Instead, I had to go onto his website and schedule there. I went to the website and made an appointment. I was at the property 30 minutes prior to the schedule appointment time (window of 3pm to 4pm). I waited until about 3:15pm, still no word from the contractor. I went out front to see if maybe he had went too far down the block or something. No one in sight. I took a few minutes to run to the restroom. After the restroom, I noticed I missed the contractor's call by three minutes. I rang back expecting him to answer and explain that he was on his way or had arrived. Instead, it went to his voicemail. A few minutes later, I received a string of text messages from the contractor accusing me of missing the appointment, wasting his time, costing him gas money, and making him late for other appointments. Apparently, my stepping into the restroom for three minutes was out of the question. What kind of contactor works like this? I took time out of my day to meet this contractor as well. I guess my time as a client is not valuable to him in any way? He claims he waited for 20 minutes, but that is not at all true. I went outside searching for him and he had not arrived. Furthermore, why would he wait outside for 20 minutes and not attempt to call the contact number? When he finally did call, I only missed the call by three minutes. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing my experience, he only went on a further threatening tirade about he planned to comment back on my review about how much of his time I wasted. Ummm, you were not at the property when I checked at 3:15pm. I went to the restroom for a few minutes, I missed a call by three minutes, and then you refused to answer. If three minutes is unacceptable, it sounds as though you have some scheduling issues. Anyhow, DO NOT hire this contractor. He is terribly impatient, rude, and does not value your time as the hiring client.

They also did an incredible job with replacing part of our fence. It even impressed our neighbors and they told us how incredible it looks now.
