Unfortunately, after years of coming here with my son, today was a very upsetting day. They had camp -"Good vibes" there which looks like a group of approximately 100+ kids maybe between the ages of 6/7 and 12. My son got hurt over three times while those kids were at the facility with what appeared to be a bunch of camp counselors who were just playing, and not actually monitoring the children. My son got his head stomped on (see picture), his neck grabbed by an older child (see picture), and his back landed on by one of their younger kids all while playing ( see photos). When this happened, I went up to the counter to speak to a manager and get an ice pack because my son was hysterical. When I got to the counter, I expressed my concerns about how unsafe it is and was told their max capacity is 300 kids!!! I have a video of how many trampolines are in the park. It does not suffice 300 kids nor does the monitoring that was happening today. In addition, the amount of people in the building made it impossible to enforce the signs with rules which was not being followed. There was not enough employees to monitor the amount of children that were in the facility and if there was there was no way they were doing so. That being said, the rules were not being enforced the rules that they have posted on their posters, saying one kid per trampoline, and not going up slides etc. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this experience. Considering they had enough kids in the facility to close it for the camp, doing so would have avoided these issues. In addition, toddler area was being renovated so my son was not able to go to the trampoline area that is just for little kids. All his injuries would've been avoided if I were able to keep him out of the areas that were not clustered. Simply putting a sign up or closing for a few hours would have been so much better. This was not even like a normal Saturday this was way to much! The owners do not care about your child's safety just money grabbing with dangerously packed facilities.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service here! The teenagers working at the counter are very unprofessional.

Fun spot to burn off some energy…read more Randomly have stopped by a few times midweek...when it is far less crowded and grabbed a Groupon to make it more affordable and for that price it's not bad at all. Sure certain areas are closed at certain times but while we are usually there they eventually open them up. Not had any issues. A lot of the equipment you can tell has been used pretty good, but just like with anything still should watch your littles at all times. I would try to avoid weekends if possible. Lots of parking. They have dot ice cream that isn't dippin but still good...so bonus!

The good: - Once your kids get the hang of the self-latch system, they'll be able to climb safely without close supervision. - There are lots and lots of climbing walls and some have unique features. It's very entertaining for climbers over 48". - They have a drinking fountain. - They have hand sanitizer dispensers. The bad: - Many areas were shut down. We couldn't do the ninja course because "something is leaking from the ceiling" in one of the areas. Some features on the climbing walls (like the wheel you turn to bring a trapeze thing closer to a ledge) are broken. - They are severely understaffed. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

The last time I was there with my friends, the workers at the front desk were very friendly, but they talked us into purchasing the more expensive membership without telling us that a large portion of the park was closed for maintenance. We didn't realize until after we paid nearly $30 that about half of the activities were unavailable, including the enclosed dodgeball area, Supersquad, and the obstacle course. On top of that, the smaller dunk hoop rim was broken, the warped wall was falling apart so much that I hurt my self when I tried it, one of the silks above the foam pit was gone since my last visit, and the inflatable tumble track was completely removed. Another big issue has been Dirty Dough, which is attached and advertised as part of the experience. The last two times I came specifically for cookies, they were "out of cookies." The first time, my friends and I drove all the way from out of town, checked the hours ahead of time, and were still turned away with nothing but a single free-cookie coupon before being sent on our way. The second time, we made a point to ask when cookies would be available and were told they would have them all night. After waiting about an hour, we went back only to be told they were done for the night again. This was especially frustrating since discounted cookies are supposed to be part of the membership. Prices have also gone way up compared to when I used to come, yet the park is in much worse condition. What really disappointed us was that there was no warning about how much was closed before we paid, and no discount offered to make up for it. Once our membership is finished for the month, my friends and I will most likely be going down the street to Urban Air, where you get a much better bang for your buck.
