Wow, how this place has fallen. Six year ago, this place was fresh and new. But we now know that the quality has fallen. There were multiple attractions that were out of order, the women's bathroom didn't have soap (according to my wife), and the place needs a deep cleaning/update. The only reason I gave this a star was because the young lady did give my son free socks. The teenagers were not attentive and were talking to each other paying attention. Took the kiddos here for a few hours over their spring break last week. We had an absolute blast. Burned a ton of calories, played dodgeball and really loved the balance beam battles over the foam block pit. What an awesome way to spend a few hours! Highly recommend! read more

I recently came into your establishment with my two children and to say the least we had an awful experience. When first greeted by everyone at the front desk everyone seemed to be a cheerful bunch but as we continued into our visit we were quickly met with the hostile environment of which one of your employee's created. He told me his name was Aaron, god knows if that's the truth, but he was, from the start, rude and unkind. It started when we sat down to change our socks when Aaron walked past he "accidentally" kicked one of my kids sitting. I obviously gasped and with that he turned around and acted like I was in the wrong doing. With a disgusted look on his face he shouted "What?" Taken aback I kindly asked him to apologize and he said "For what?" I told him he had just kicked my kid, which could have been an honest mistake but he went on to exclaim "I don't care he was in my way" and walked away about his day. To say this is incredibly ridiculous and horrible is an understatement. I hope he was just in a bad mood because bless his heart if he carries around this type of hatred everyday. But to the Altitude establishment though my loss of respect and the fact that I will never be coming back doesn't effect anything I sure hope someone of authority talk to this employee and teaches him the decency of hat being a good service worker means. Other than that the service was mediocre, not one person came off as nice or friendly. Other than your court monitor she seemed very kind, and even helped one of kids when he fell asking if he was okay. I normally don't write reviews as I couldn't imagine taking time out of my day to harass an establishment but today was an anomaly as Aaron created. We have visited here multiple times and enjoy it every time. There is so much to do for kids of all ages. The age limits for areas don't seem to be enforced, but I think that is okay if a younger child is accompanied by an adult and it is not too busy. Many times I have seen older children playing with younger kids (not related to them) and being very nice to them. The staff is very friendly there too. read more

Unfortunately, after years of coming here with my son, today was a very upsetting day. They had camp -"Good vibes" there which looks like a group of approximately 100+ kids maybe between the ages of 6/7 and 12. My son got hurt over three times while those kids were at the facility with what appeared to be a bunch of camp counselors who were just playing, and not actually monitoring the children. My son got his head stomped on (see picture), his neck grabbed by an older child (see picture), and his back landed on by one of their younger kids all while playing ( see photos). When this happened, I went up to the counter to speak to a manager and get an ice pack because my son was hysterical. When I got to the counter, I expressed my concerns about how unsafe it is and was told their max capacity is 300 kids!!! I have a video of how many trampolines are in the park. It does not suffice 300 kids nor does the monitoring that was happening today. In addition, the amount of people in the building made it impossible to enforce the signs with rules which was not being followed. There was not enough employees to monitor the amount of children that were in the facility and if there was there was no way they were doing so. That being said, the rules were not being enforced the rules that they have posted on their posters, saying one kid per trampoline, and not going up slides etc. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this experience. Considering they had enough kids in the facility to close it for the camp, doing so would have avoided these issues. In addition, toddler area was being renovated so my son was not able to go to the trampoline area that is just for little kids. All his injuries would've been avoided if I were able to keep him out of the areas that were not clustered. Simply putting a sign up or closing for a few hours would have been so much better. This was not even like a normal Saturday this was way to much! The owners do not care about your child's safety just money grabbing with dangerously packed facilities. read more

Book a party of 10 for my grandaughter. Liked that you can book and sign waivers online. Saving lots of time. Facility was very clean. Pizza was great, Liked that besides them getting each a bottled water, you can also bring your own juices and desserts. Kids had a blast! read more

I have two takes on this place. For bigger kids, this place is AWESOME! My older grandkids had a blast and the "stations" were amazing. Absolutely blew my other trampoline place out of the water. Had to say their staff is also friendly and fantastic. However, this isn't a great place for young kids. While there is a fantastic area for kids six and under, it wasn't well manage even though there was a staff member assigned to an attraction right next to the zone. Numerous times, older kids were in the area making it dangerous for the younger kids playing there. Staff did nothing to intervene. Parents of the older kids did Jack to control them either. Still a wonderful place we will return to, but I will be much more vocal on the older kids in areas designated for the young children. read more

I took my grandson there this past weekend to play. This place is absolutely disgusting. It is filthy in there and no one is wiping anything down throughout the day. The dust on the slides were an inch think. The tables, the couches everything in this place does not look like it ever gets cleaned, let alone sanitized. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had my baby a birthday party here he did have a great time and the host was very nice which is why I gave stars in the first place. We paid for a party package which is supposed to include help from the host meaning serving the pizza, and cake, and etc. Once the pizza arrived I was told by the host that they lost their license to be able to serve so she wasn't able to help me. Which I was unaware of prior to coming. This is something they should've told me when they called me to confirm my booking so that I could decide rather I still wanted to go with them or not but of course they didn't because they wanted to make sure I didn't take my money else where. I was so busy with the party that I didn't make a fuss about it but called today to speak with the manager when I remembered that I never called them about it. He was no help because he basically told me that it shouldn't have made a difference and that someone should've told me and basically I shouldve said something then which as I stated before I was busy doing the job that I paid you guys to do so it slipped my mind. I also asked him why did they lose their license he said he didn't know which I'm sure he knows the answer to that so that's definitely a red flag. This was very unprofessional on their end so we will not be having another party here. The least he could've done was apologized and took accountability that they messed up which is what I was looking for and to let him know that they needed to do better but he sounded like a kid so of course he didn't know how to do that. read more

Paid online, pre filled out waiver, purchased socks all before arriving. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Rest room was clean for volume of people. (I always judge harshly on rest rooms). I watched the Grandchildren play for 90 minutes and they had a great time. thanks. We will be back in the very near future. read more

Never have me or my little cousin Blaise have an amazing time at altitude. I jumped off into the Phone pit. We played some dodgeball and we climbed into the play place and rode on the slide. This place deserves a six star review. read more

I love this location, but the last two times I've been there many of the attractions were down which are honestly our favorite things to do there so it got boring pretty quick. Absolutely am jumping for this location!!!!! Being a long time resident of the Oswego community it is imperative to support our local businesses and this location will not disappoint !!!!!!! Located right off of 34 it is super convenient, plenty of parking and right around restaurants so you can make a full day of it with the kiddos! My family brings my three year old here very regularly and she loves it! The fact that they have toddler time is a fantastic way to allow the younger kids to jump without the issues of big kids!!!! 10am to 1pm Monday through Friday just the little ones, and occasionally there are character appearances !!!! Today we were able to have a meet and great with Mickey and Minnie Mouse how awesome is that????? I will update my post in October after my daughter's birthday party! Went there last night at 6:50 PM. Filled out waiver and waited in line till 6:59 PM. Both ticket agents were on phone and would not check us in. It was as if we weren't even there. I finally spoke up and manager was quite rude and did not care if we would like to enjoy the hour we had left to do the trampolines. We ended up leaving because of his attitude and the lack of people in the park. I guess the manager decided his boss did not need our$50.00. We enjoyed 2 other local establishments. The check in was super quick! We signed our waivers online before arriving. We went on a holiday and the line was long but we only waited about 3 minutes and the line was moving quick because they had plenty of staff to help out! We felt the facility was clean and my kids had a blast! read more

This place is horrible!! Although staff are quite nice, whats the point of paying for time at this place, since its so bad it should be free. For starters, this place has half of the attractions closed down (The Rotating thing your supposed to jump over, the big trampoline and the walk the wall), which are by the way, the coolest attractions to do and that is most likely why there was a drastic drop of people coming here. 2. A couple days ago, this place just closed from the public for like a couple days. I drove by to have some fun on a rainy summer day, and was met with a sign that said "Closed to the Public", which was for remodeling. However, when I came back a week later or so, it looked exactly the same. The only thing that had changed is the style of the boards with the rules on it. 3. This place is freaking dangerous!! Like no joke, they said that people broke their necks and had very bad things happen to them, Which I can confirm because I was there once and the EMT's just came in and took some girl who looked like she was in a full blown paralysis. Like seriously she was just laying there like a pancake in a pan. 4. So like I said, this place is dangerous that has a chance of death and I understand that, but there is another thing about it. So when I went, there was LOADS of kids there, and when I say kids, I mean like 3-7 year olds, just running amok. I went to the rock wall and climbed to the top where I was going to jump off into the foam pit, when this 7 or 8 year old comes underneath me, blocking me from jumping off (and not knocking him out). Like he was just there, staring at me. Thankfully his dad was close to grab him out of the way. Meanwhile the employees are just fooling around. Absolutely a fantastic place to take kids. Have my daughter's fourth birthday here. Super clean the staff were absolutely fantastic. The managers came over three times during the party to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Since we had both adults and kids we rented two rooms. Everything was prompt the Pizza and cake were delivered right on time. Will definitely continue taking my kids there. read more

My kids (varying ages from 9-20) like this trampoline park better than others in surrounding suburbs. You are required to purchase their socks, can't use another park's socks.The only suggestion is there are no restrictions on some of the areas. My daughters practice their gymnastics/acro tricks and have had close calls with young kids getting in their while they were doing combos; you can't see the littles in the middle of back flips. read more

Great time here today - our first visit. It was almost empty on a slow Monday afternoon and my daughter got to run the place almost by herself, which she loved. Lots of different areas with a bunch of great things to do. She had an absolute blast and we'll definitely return. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The only downside was related to how difficult it was to get around with my wheelchair but that's not really anything that most folks are going to run into. The flooring is obviously better suited to running around and the upper-most floors are accessible by stairs - something I'm told they're working on, which would be nice to see fixed so I could go up there with my daughter while she jumps. But overall it was great. The one jumping had an amazing time and I'd definitely recommend this as a great trampoline park. Glad to see something pop up so close to home and looking forward to coming back! read more

This use to be a fun place to go ben going for almost 3 years. The park has gone so down hill most of the attractions were broke(the slide) or not open due to staffing shortage but still was charged the same. They had one staff member on the floor and she disappeared for 25 mins. Sadly kids were still playing on the slides even tho it was broke and dangerous to play on. In order to get someones attention, I had to call them on the phone as I sat there. Just terrible. read more

Went today and turn around and left after hearing the girl behind the counter mocked, pointed at someone with a medical condition, then said in a very snotty tone that they lost another customer and snidely laughed. This is our first time here. The waiver and tickets can be done online, which saves time upon arrival. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of stations to accommodate the crowds. There are packaged concessions available. There is also party space and packages available. Today I took my 1.5 year old and my middle schooler with his 2 friends for the last day of winter break (a Friday). It was our first time back in several years and since the revamping. It was busy, which was expected during winter break. The guy working at the check-in desk was nice. But one thing that was immediately obvious was that the whole place was FILTHY. And I'm not just talking one area- the whole place was gross! Crumbs, garbage, hair, dust balls , you name it. And there's no way that filth all came from just one busy day. The trampolines also had dust balls on them and the blocks were covered in hair. It just appeared like it hadn't had a good cleaning in a very long time. Nonetheless, we spend 90 min there and the boys seemed to have a good time. Also, I liked that there were separate sections for the smaller kids. Even though there were not enough staff to monitor them to ensure that the older kids stayed out. Maybe we will try going again when it's not a school break to see if it's any better. This place is over crowded and under staffed, and the staff they do have can't be bothered. There are a ton of teenagers who run all around the place and do not respect the fact that there are other people using the same facility, and the highly populated areas are not monitored by staff. For example the basketball hoop doesn't have any balls and in order to use it you have to go to the dodgeball court and catch a ball. When I brought this concern to a staff member they responded with I don't get paid enough to worry about your problems. read more

I came here with my 3 kids and loved it! We met up with a friend who brought 5 kids and we stayed for the full 3 hrs. The kids ranged from ages 2-8. The kids never got bored and ran/jumped the entire time. They had so many things to keep them busy and entertained. My little ones favorite thing was the pit - just be careful bc some kids don't watch and they bounce off the trampolines and right into the pit. This place is very clean. I was wearing white socks walked around aka chased my two yr old around and my socks were cleaner then if I walked on my driveway. I would definitely come back here and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and fun place to jump. read more

Went to altitude on Saturday with my two children and they complained to me and begged to go home because of a worker named Cormac I believe. They claimed he was showing off and making them uncomfortable because he was doing things that they cannot. He is not very good with children, it upsets me because I love taking my children here but I was very unpleased with this visit. read more
