I have had the opportunity to bring my middle school students here as an academic incentive and tonight I brought my daughter (7yo) and son (4yo). Each time the kids have enjoyed their time tremendously! I appreciate the friendliness and well-mannered staff! Something to consider before your visit includes ensuring you bring adequate supervision for your kids. While they have nice staff, there tends to be many kids accessing the facility and extra eyes seem to be quite helpful to ensure appropriate language usage and other behavior amongst the older and younger jumpers. I lowered my rating to 4 stars because There are a few areas of improvement I would like to see occur. They all would be centered on cleaning up the facility. There are many cubes in the foam pit that have many holes, pictures and words carved into them. The pillars to climb also have very dated padding. When sitting on the bench by the foam pit looking up at the obstacle course area there is a lot of dirt, dust, etc on the floors. There also seems to be a lot of loose cords that are concerning to see as well. There are some additional areas that would benefit from a facelift as well from normal wear and tear.

We came for my boyfriends sisters 30th birthday party! It was so much fun! Not sure how much it cost for an hour- my boyfriend said it was $21 a person but I'm not sure. Socks cost $3 and it was nice because you can bring them each time you visit. We had an hour and it definitely was plenty of time! Very fun, even though a few from our party got stuck and staff had to help them get out. By the end of our night, us adults were exhausted! Next day I felt all sorts of sore. We will definitely be bringing our future children!!! Awesome place!

This is probably my favorite steakhouse in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service is prompt but gruff, though I'd argue that's part of the rustic feel. Our waiter, Justin, was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful for pairing of flavored electrolytes with our nachos. The manager Chris did not have service with a smile, leaving me feeling unwanted and intimidated throughout my whole dining experience. He spilled my water and did not compensate me whatsoever. This is a small blemish on what was a magical evening. Everything you've herd is 100% true and then some - Sam be lookin like a snack! Obviously the pizza is the main event, and every time I go it's top- notch - juicy and perfectly cooked. Don't skip dessert! The house made slushy is out-of-this-world good, so save room on your main course !

Clean, fun, and has a good environment. It is a bit expensive, and they require you to purchase a shirt and socks.

Fun but not safe for kids under 5- maybe a nice little dusting would help too. Just a thought

Nice place for the kids to burn off steam. Pizza is gross. Bathrooms need major bleach. No booze. But, the kids like it.

Fun spot to burn off some energy…read more Randomly have stopped by a few times midweek...when it is far less crowded and grabbed a Groupon to make it more affordable and for that price it's not bad at all. Sure certain areas are closed at certain times but while we are usually there they eventually open them up. Not had any issues. A lot of the equipment you can tell has been used pretty good, but just like with anything still should watch your littles at all times. I would try to avoid weekends if possible. Lots of parking. They have dot ice cream that isn't dippin but still good...so bonus!

The good: - Once your kids get the hang of the self-latch system, they'll be able to climb safely without close supervision. - There are lots and lots of climbing walls and some have unique features. It's very entertaining for climbers over 48". - They have a drinking fountain. - They have hand sanitizer dispensers. The bad: - Many areas were shut down. We couldn't do the ninja course because "something is leaking from the ceiling" in one of the areas. Some features on the climbing walls (like the wheel you turn to bring a trapeze thing closer to a ledge) are broken. - They are severely understaffed. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.

Not that we had not maintained it, which Rainbow claims, but we did not replace the swings or slide when our 12 year old interest wained. I paid my boys to paint it. The slide had broken in a few areas allowing some rather sharp edges. But, it was not being used for a few years. Now our 4 yr old wants to use it. My wife called Rainbow on their "lifetime" guarantee for the slide. Rainbow Play Systems offer up a lifetime of excuses. It is clear they have ZERO interest or intent of ever honoring their Lifetime promise. I guess being a leader in the industry, you can afford to stiff your customers on a slide. Typically, a family only buys one play set, so why worry about their satisfaction if there is no repeat business opportunity? I have a new neighbor who come over to introduce himself and he asked me about our Rainbow Play System. Dont worry, I told him the truth. I have a lifetime promise for Rainbow Play Systems. I will tell everyone I can the truth about how worthless the lifetime guarantee is, promise.
