Do not book a party here in the winter! I did and oh boy do I regret it paid 1045$ to be placed into a freezing room! I did let the host know and her response you may ask? Warning: Privacy Violation and Unprofessional Behavior at SkyZone Joliet! The manager gave me his business card, but I chose not to text him. A week later, he asked me to text him again, and when I didn't, he took my number from the waiver form without my consent! I reported this to management, but they ignored my email and failed to inform me that the manager was still employed, despite my active membership. Unacceptable behavior and a complete disregard for customer privacy rights! Beware of SkyZone Joliet and their unprofessional staff. The only staff that helped me was Payton & Chris. Until they take responsibility and ensure this doesn't happen to others, I strongly advise caution. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this. It's been since May 8, 2024. I bought tickets for my two grandchildren for this place For 12 pm. On the website it said to be there 15 minutes early. We got there 20 minutes early and were told we could not come in even through the doors were open. I explained that I have a slipped disk and the other grandmother has dificulty walking. I asked several times if we could just sit at a table and finally we were told ok. Of course a few minutes later several people we're let in. I went up to show my ticket at 10 minutes prior to our start time and questioned thst more people were let in and was told " well we had to let them in because we let you in. I was then reprimanded for being rude by the employee, not sure woman or man, with green hair. I said thank you for all of the information. The place is run by young very rude younger people who are not professional, cordial or friendly. It is not cheap and not all areas were open. I will not spend my money here again. read more

I took my Nephew and Niece here for a good time. 1/2 the attractions were "closed for maintenance". Really? Municipalities keep their parks in better shape! We initially got the all day passes, we then reduced them to an hour because of the closed attractions. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority of the management. Stay away! I've been to sky zone before, and it gets worse each time. First off, if you go, go in knowing they will charge you an arm and a leg for everything. EVERYTHING. you pay admission of course, which is hefty at $16. Now 16 might not seem bad, but let's face it, you never go with just one kid. But they also require you to buy their socks. It's not optional. So if you go, you better save those socks for the rest of your life cuz they will charge you each and every time . They do make you sign in on their computer for waivers. However, they don't tell you this. I waited at check-in for 15 mins only to be told once I was up I had to turn around and find the waiver computer first. Check-in took forever. They had 4 registers, but only one was being used. And yet, they had 7 employees literally just standing their behind the counter doing nothing, as the line of about 40 ppl were impatiently waiting. The place is dirty. They don't clean the trampolines often. There's very little seating for the poor parents who have to wait an hr... Unless you like sitting on bleachers. No kidding, BLEACHERS! Booked a party for my son's birthday and everything was great!! They texted me the Monday before the party and asked me to confirm and if I needed to add anything to my reservation. After some questions and a few texts I had everything set. The day of the party was a little hectic with several different parties trying to check in at the same time, but it was only a few minutes wait. As we were checking in, I noticed an error on our food reservation, but it was quickly corrected when I mentioned it. They got us wristbands and socks and the kids were off!! Once they brought our things to the party room, staff couldn't have been nicer. They checked in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. Food was out only a few minutes after the stated time and it was hot and good. We didn't have to wait long for any requested items, and some things were even stocked in the rooms so we were able to help ourselves to more plates, napkins, etc. My son said it was the best birthday party he's ever had. All the kids had fun, there was plenty of space for the kids to jump, climb and play, and they were all happy and had a lot of fun. The place is new so it's still clean and nice it has a few lockers for shoes and stuff for a dollar, tiny seating area if you want to buy some food to eat, a few party rooms upstairs for birthdays , it cost $42 for two kids to jump for 90 minutes You can buy time in 30 minute increments, they say they separate by age and size but I did not see that, but the kids had fun and it's good exercise it I can see it getting more popular once more people know about it and hopefully more mature staff that can handle the rude adults that don't belong jumping in there let the kids have fun read more

To whom this may concern, I was at this establishment on 5/25/21. It was a fun time jumping other than annoying little kids that you should put in check. Those little rascals run around causing chaos and it is not safe! I paid for 2 hours of jumping and had to leave 45 minutes early because what I seen in the bathroom was disturbing and very disgusting. I had to drop a number 2 and turn the bathroom into Hiroshima part 2, but that is besides the fact. When I walked into the bathroom there was a horrendous stench coming from the female restroom and I plugged my nose and went in ready to see something I didn't wanna see but what I seen was horrendous. There was human feces (atleast I hope) all over the wall and whoever had done that wrote messages on the wall and put smiley faces aswell (they were a good artist). The bathroom was also flooded as if a hurricane went by. I don't know about you but bathrooms should be kept clean especially now because of Covid-19 (and BLM). But I rate this a 3/5 because it was a good experience while it lasted and the person who wrote on the wall gave me a smile with how good there art was! She was also very courteous, pointing out the fuel zone and gave me information about booking a party in the future for my son. Honestly, from the outside it looks small but in the inside.. looovely. It's got multiple sections, even a little booby trap like area. Rock climbing, dodge ball, basketball, open jump area, and dive pit. We didn't buy food Just because we arrived around 8 pm and had plans to go out after jumping. I did glance at the menu, snacks for kids and iceys. We did purchase a water bottle, because they don't do small water cups, and it was $2 or $3 I can't recall. One thing that was concerning was the lack of staff, we often found ourselves just wondering "can we rock climb right now" since no one was monitoring it and it was slightly dim in that area. No one monitored at least 4 of the 6 sections that are inside. My kids still had fun and so did mom and dad. read more

This place is SO COOL. I was here for my nephew's birthday party and was very impressed. My son is too young (not even a year!) to participate, so I moreso walked around and watched my nephews and others run around. It was a blast to watch and I really wanted to join. This is certainly for people of all ages! I saw adults to kids and everyone in between enjoying jumping around. It had several American Gladitor-esque areas that were comical to say. Went to Sky Zone on a Tuesday night. Arrived around 6:15, for a 60 minute jump session. There were 4 kids and one adult jumping. Price was around $100 since we had to buy sky socks as well, but you can use them for future visits. There is a lot of variety here, which was nice. Besides the standard dodgeball arenas (they had two open, and one being used for a workout class), they also have a "Ninja Warrior" style course, jousting area, rock climbing wall, and slam dunk area. Lots to do to keep you busy for the entire hour. Unfortunately, about 5 minutes into the jump, someone in our party fell and was injured (later diagnosed as a sprained ankle). The girl who was working the area at the time was named Bailey, and even though it was only her second day, she jumped into action and helped us right away. I can't thank her more for all of her help and assistance. The manager came over as well to make sure everything was okay, and that was much appreciated. All of the staff was extremely friendly and it seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. We left around 7:30, and saw that the staff was already scrubbing down the jump areas, which is always good to see. While we were there for the hour, there were probably less than 10 people jumping (excluding the workout class, which was full). I'm not sure we would have had as fun a time on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, as I can imagine this place gets quite busy. Overall, a place we would visit again during a non-peak time. read more

I called the Joliet number to book my son's birthday party here. When I showed up for the party I was told they had no reservation for us. They looked into it and discovered that it had been booked at the aurora location. I explained that I had called the Joliet number and no one had ever asked me which location. I had no reason to believe that it would not be booked in Joliet. The person working there was adamant about this being my fault and kept spending time proving how this was my fault, as the 12 boys I had invited were being dropped off by their parents and my husband was driving my son over for his surprise party. I explained to the man that I had no idea how this had happened, and asked him what we needed to do to make this party happen. His solution was to push the Aurora party back by 1/2 hour and have me transport these 12 kids over to Aurora. I explained to him that this was not an option and continued to ask what we needed to do to fix this before my son got there so we could do his surprise. He said that they would not refund my deposit from Aurora and I said that is fine, I don't care what we spend- what do we need to do to get this party set up here? He then said that we could rent a party room for 1/2 hour and pay for each kid to jump individually. I agreed to this because I saw no other option and my son was going to be there in a manner of minutes. At this point I saw the owner behind the counter. I approached him and he seemed to know what was going on and he told me he would take care of it, defund the deposit, and set the party up at the Joliet location. I was thankful that they had finally corrected their mistake, but it was literally 45 minutes of extreme stress. I have no idea why he hadn't come over to talk to me sooner and what motivation the worker would think I would have to schedule the party at the wrong location. The same guy ended up being the host of our party. He was by far the worst party host we have ever had. After the party they took the leftover cake and gifts downstairs and it took us 15 minutes to track it down. Also, their water fountains were out of order, but conveniently located next to the snack bar where you could purchase water. I filled out the survey after and asked for a call, which 1 week later has not happened. Luckily my son did not know about any of this and he enjoyed the party. read more

I love the place, but there is no consistency with the dodgeball rules. Some refs allow headshots to count as an out for the victim. Rules state, unless you're ducking into the ball, you're not out if hit in head. Thrower is. Also I think rubber balls should be frowned upon because they sting if you get hit in the face. And some staff allow big and small kids to play together. And stronger throwers can accidentally hit a little boy/girl in the face. And there are a lot of protective parents out there. They only separate by size if there are a lot of would-be players. If there's a low turnout, they let everyone play. Foam balls should be used instead. And also the St Patricks day glow night used the wrong type of dodgeballs. They're supposed to be glow in the dark nerf balls during glow night. The balls were too dark to see. The only consistent refs are Rachel and Tyree. read more

This place has completely fallen apart. You can see that there is new management that just doesn't care. The thing that caught my eyes right off the bat was how filthy the floor was, nobody regularly picking up garbage. There is very few employees managing the various sections for safety. We went up to the Ninja Course where ordinarily there would be strict management of this. and 15-20 toddlers are using the foam pit as a romper room while kids age appropriate are waiting. Imagine 13-16 yr. old coming down off of an obstacle on a 4yr. olds neck or spine. It was an absolute joke. Dodgeball. nobody watching, basket ball mesh on baskets torn, equipment on obstacles broken. We brought it up to management , and they got they staff out there. its no wonder waivers are signed. My friend had a birthday party here on a Thursday night. It was very sad the way we were treated. She was lied to about what she could and could not do for the party. She was told she could bring her own water and juice boxes for the kids, order pizza from a outside source. When she showed up she was yelled at by them. Had to cancel her pizza order and leave the drinks she packed in the car. There was nobody there that night but the big crowd of kids that she brought and paid for 20+ kids. You think they would have appreciated the business. Treated us like crap and lied to her. Would not recommend this place for a Birthday party. She ended up having to cancel her original pizza order and bought their overpriced pizza and it was nasty. Management needs to get it together. Point of story explain and know what a customer can and can't do ahead of time. It's very frustrating to have to change your whole party plans at the last second. My experience at Skyzone in regards to the trampolines was great! My 3 kids (8,9,11) all had a blast! For the most part the staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure the jumpers abided by the rules and safety was definitely a priority. However, I had a question regarding a birthday party for my son. I asked one of the employees behind the cash register and they informed me that their manager was not currently in the building due to her running a personal errand, but she should be back before my jump time concluded. About 15 minutes later, a woman who the cashier pointed out to be the manager, reappeared through the front door. The cashier called her over and explained that I wanted information and pricing on hosting a birthday party. She said she would be with me momentarily and disappeared yet again. I told her I was going to resume jumping and I'd check in before I left. A short while later, my kids asked for a snack and ICEE's so I figured this was a good break to speak with her. However, once I reached the front, I noticed she was sitting with a significantly younger man. Assuming she was on her break, I decided I'd speak with her later. About an hour had passed, our time was up and we began to head for the door as I planned to make my last attempt to speak with her. However, I was surprised to see her STILL sitting with the man, acting inappropriately flirty for a workplace and disregarding all managerial responsibilities. I then approached her only to be informed she was busy. We ended up going to Sky High Sports in Naperville for my son's birthday party and not once was I ignored by a manager due to her tinder meet-up. Skyzone Joliet has great employees but really needs a reality check in regards to their managers. The onstaff manager was disrespectful, unprofessional, and inappropriate for the workplace. The children barely had time to eat pizza, cake and it was time to go, no time to open his gifts or anything else. We had to ask if we could sit in the hall outside the party room to open his gifts with the guests that brought them. Then we cleaned up and had to leave, they couldn't play or jump anymore.
