Stay away! I've been to sky zone before, and it gets worse each time. First off, if you go, go in knowing they will charge you an arm and a leg for everything. EVERYTHING. you pay admission of course, which is hefty at $16. Now 16 might not seem bad, but let's face it, you never go with just one kid. But they also require you to buy their socks. It's not optional. So if you go, you better save those socks for the rest of your life cuz they will charge you each and every time . They do make you sign in on their computer for waivers. However, they don't tell you this. I waited at check-in for 15 mins only to be told once I was up I had to turn around and find the waiver computer first. Check-in took forever. They had 4 registers, but only one was being used. And yet, they had 7 employees literally just standing their behind the counter doing nothing, as the line of about 40 ppl were impatiently waiting. The place is dirty. They don't clean the trampolines often. There's very little seating for the poor parents who have to wait an hr... Unless you like sitting on bleachers. No kidding, BLEACHERS! Your butt will hate you after sitting on those hard metal slats for at least an hour, squeezed up against all the other parents. Stay away

Perfect example of why they need better employees, what a joke

This is in the old Dominicks on Essington. The place is new so it's still clean and nice it has a few lockers for shoes and stuff for a dollar, tiny seating area if you want to buy some food to eat, a few party rooms upstairs for birthdays , it cost $42 for two kids to jump for 90 minutes You can buy time in 30 minute increments, they say they separate by age and size but I did not see that, but the kids had fun and it's good exercise it I can see it getting more popular once more people know about it and hopefully more mature staff that can handle the rude adults that don't belong jumping in there let the kids have fun

We left around 7:30, and saw that the staff was already scrubbing down the jump areas, which is always good to see.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

Fun spot to burn off some energy…read more Randomly have stopped by a few times midweek...when it is far less crowded and grabbed a Groupon to make it more affordable and for that price it's not bad at all. Sure certain areas are closed at certain times but while we are usually there they eventually open them up. Not had any issues. A lot of the equipment you can tell has been used pretty good, but just like with anything still should watch your littles at all times. I would try to avoid weekends if possible. Lots of parking. They have dot ice cream that isn't dippin but still good...so bonus!

The good: - Once your kids get the hang of the self-latch system, they'll be able to climb safely without close supervision. - There are lots and lots of climbing walls and some have unique features. It's very entertaining for climbers over 48". - They have a drinking fountain. - They have hand sanitizer dispensers. The bad: - Many areas were shut down. We couldn't do the ninja course because "something is leaking from the ceiling" in one of the areas. Some features on the climbing walls (like the wheel you turn to bring a trapeze thing closer to a ledge) are broken. - They are severely understaffed. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.

An amazing time was had!…read more Not as young as I used to be but I STILL enjoyed running, jumping, falling and laughing with my oldest grand-baby. Nice clean space for the little ones to be free and have some good clean fun. She ordered cheese pizza but wanted to continue jumping. She claimed to be thirsty but continued to jump and play. Her only break was for the bathroom then it was back to jumping. My grand baby had such s good time that she was sad to go. Of course, being the AWESOME grandma that I am, I promised to bring her back. Lol. I asked her if she was tired or sleepy, she told me no. Wasn't in the car for five minutes and she was knocked out.

I don't like writing reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Sky Zone…read moreOrland Park. Their handling of billing and customer service is beyond unacceptable. Like many others have reported, I was repeatedly overcharged despite canceling my membership. They continued to bill me unauthorized charges totaling $100 over two months. I made multiple attempts to contact them--calling several times only to be met with a full voicemail box, and sending emails that were completely ignored. There was zero effort to acknowledge or rectify the situation. At this point, this is not just an oversight--it feels like outright theft. The complete lack of response from their management makes it clear that this is either negligence or intentional. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed to continue taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of reputable alternatives in the area that actually respect their customers. I am disputing the charges with my bank and keeping an eye on other reports of similar issues. If this pattern continues, legal action, including a potential class-action lawsuit, may be necessary. Consumers deserve better than this. Edit - Response to their response 02/26/25 Your response is a generic, copy-paste reply that does not acknowledge the specific issues raised. The fact that multiple customers have reported the same billing problems, and yet your only resolution is to push us through another delayed email process, speaks volumes about your business practices. I've already attempted to resolve this through calls and emails that were ignored. Furthermore, the image of the "Business Owner" on your profile appears misleading, as research suggests a different individual actually owns this location. Really you are race swapping identities? You all are hardcore. If a company cannot even be transparent about its leadership, uses race swapping tactics, how can customers trust it to handle their money fairly? Is my research wrong here? See attached screen shot from 02/25/25. Based on your response I more strongly then ever advise against doing business with them.
