I look back on my photos these last years and currently for some of the most important moments of my life so sad and embarrassed of my smile today. Of course now they say I need a different method because mine are old and I discolored them and time etc. I really have had great moments with the staff prior to this, and Dr. Corson is great. I wish he originally did my teeth. But for the money I would probably consider other places.

Within just the past year they double booked me TWICE and forced my rescheduling, a filling was done incompletely and required a follow up visit. Then I showed up 9 minutes late (I even called in advance to say I was delayed), when I got there they said they wanted to go home, so despite knowing my arrival and being the last patient of the day, they told me best they can do is reschedule in the next two months. They used to be open Fridays as well, but closed due to "lack of business", happens to be my only reasonably available day. I went back as a courtesy to say they can simply remove me from their list. I was mocked and told, upon stating I'd like to switch providers and cited my concerns of service, "Good luck, other dentists will just do the same to you." Said verbatim by front desk Susan. When I returned to address the issue, he suggested it was caused by grinding rather than clearly explaining what went wrong or offering a satisfactory resolution. The way it is broken cannot be done by grinding. Easy physics. They also push X-rays at an excessive frequency as if they are taking selfies, which felt unnecessary and driven more by billing than patient care. On top of that, there was constant upselling throughout my visits, which came across more like a used car salesman's sales pitch rather than medical guidance. The overall office environment was also unprofessional. Loud country music was playing early in the morning in shared spaces, which made the visit uncomfortable and disruptive. This practice felt more focused on maximizing insurance billing and add-on services than on patient care. I hope others do their research before choosing this office. Not recommended!
