Harold was very professional yet fun to have as our guide and driver. Lots of fun surprises. I would love to list them but that would ruin it for you!! I would advise to take Dramamine if you get motion sickness. I didn't need it but I can see where someone might. Wear something white or a solid bright color for great pictures. All you need is your phone or camera and your coffee. We had perfect weather even in the August Texas heat. We traveled almost 20 miles across the northern part of the metroplex. I highly recommend. It wasn't scary at all. If you are afraid of heights, don't worry. I felt plenty secure in the basket.

Started the flight, pilot was very nice and everything was looking great. Then when we got to the end of the runway one of the spark plugs was not firing. So we turned back around and was told we have to reschedule. Thats not where the bad review comes in, we understood things happen and safety is the priority. Were told we would get a refund and a free flight. After a delay getting a refund we tried scheduling a flight and was ignored after that. Its been 2 months and no flight. No customer service and I'm the only one reaching out and not getting responses.

From the moment we arrived, Kelly and Captain Wolf made us feel so welcome -- they were fun, friendly, and just genuinely awesome people. You can tell they really love what they do, and every detail was so thoughtfully handled. Flying over the city at sunset? Unreal. I was a little nervous at first, once we stabilized in the air I was able to relax. I loved getting in the helicopter with flowers there for me. I loved how they coordinated everything without me knowing. This was a very elegant anniversary gift. I will remember this experience forever! As we were in the air, we could hear the pilot explain specific locations. We could also hear people from the towers talking, pretty neat and cool. I am so happy and excited for this experience. The women working in the SVAA office are always on the phone with a parent or coach or school or ref/ump or someone. I've never walked in to a quiet office. Not once. It is becoming increasingly more difficult to juggle public vs. private school schedules, select leagues, challenging compliance obligations, etc.; but, SVAA is doing a damn good job trying to do so. If parents and coaches could see the behind-the-scenes work like I have now (season four), that office would be covered in flowers, balloons, and all the bagels in the land, for pity's sake. Keeping some of these community organizations and schools thriving would be great. I hope we (alums, parents, coaches, umps, refs, etc.) can continue to support this one.
