The ski was clean, had a great sound system, and came with added storage (a cooler secured on the back but we used it for cooler and storage) from the base model. We got a good and thorough run down on how to use the seadoo and basic safety before we set off. He stayed nearby and was available if we ever needed help while out on the lake. I requested a refund in July, and was told the instructor was out of town again and would reach out when he returned. It's now September and I've heard or received nothing. This is highly unacceptable for an organization that claims it supports wounded warriors and disabled veterans. 10/2/2021 In response to the owner's response. I do appreciate taking ownership for missed communication, but expeditiously means "in a timely manner". My original request for a refund was 3 months ago, and as of today I have yet to see the refund. Once the refund is seen, I would be more than happy to return the knot rope, cert book, textbook, and the drawstring backpack they came in. Aside from that, I was offered for my family and I to attend a discovery sail at no cost. I declined due to time constraints now that summer break has ended. I will say this. I chose this school based on the reviews found on Google and Facebook which are really great, and at the recommendation of the ASA. I'm sure the captain is great and believe that other people may have had great experiences here, this is just mine. Take it for what it's worth. 4/22/22 We are now in to a year since I started this process, and this company has yet to make good on their "expeditious" refund. Nothing whatsoever.

After the tour he took me to the staging area and right away someone started to shake my hand and start a conversation with me. The community is amazing and made me feel at home for someone just trying the sport out for the first time. Also the place just now upgraded to 10,000 square feet for an indoor CQB airsoft. That's a lot and he further plans to expand it to a full 20,000 in the future. All around if you are thinking about coming to this place definitely not a disappointment.
