This place is horrible. The owner, Norma Merla, will try to rip you off. I had been given a gift certificate for this place and was told that I could not use it on holiday weekends. When I explained to her that was no where listed on my certificate she told me that were just her rules set out by the company. When I asked how I could contact "the company" she responded by saying that she was the sole owner of the company. She was extremely rude and finally when she attempted to accommodate to my needs she told me that they were completely booked, however, in the beginning of our conversation she told me that she had full availability for the day I was inquiring about. read more

Its a shame I have to give this place even 1 star. A negative 2 star is more like it. We rented 2 jet skis for 2 hours. We couldnt find where Norma had parked her car to meet her, which is where she runs the "Business", and once we did we were told they were experiencing mechanical problems and we would be delayed 2 hours but promissed we would get our full reserved time. OK. Well the 2 hours came and went, and she could only produce 1 jet ski because the previous renter didnt understand they only had the jet ski for an hour, or so we were told. That meant while my husband took my 2 kids out on 1 jet ski, I was left on the shore while they played. Isnt that good quality fun for the whole family! Sometimes, companies are on Groupon for so cheap simply because thats the only way they can get business. Buyer beware. read more

I rented a jetski over the holiday weekend from Norma, and it turned out great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with all the details about maneuvering around the lake. It's a little hard to find unless you know what you're looking for. Make sure you call in advance for a reservation and to find out the directions. The equipment was tip-top shape with all safety features. I will definitely rent from them again! read more
