      It was my turn to plan our date night... and let me tell you... I couldn't have pulled this off without Kelley! It was PERFECT. My husband works out of town, and I wanted this to be special. It is definitely a night we will never forget. The helicopter ride was nothing like I expected. It was smooth, peaceful and not scary at all! The views were incredible.       My boyfriend and I took a trip to Dallas with another couple we know and as a gift to him i thought it would be nice if we took a helicopter ride. We all never experienced this before so it seem like a fun thing to do, and it turn out to be amazing. The Heli Kelley crew was amazing and planned everything from the time we book! She even help me keep it a surprise since it was his birthday. I cant thank them enough for the amazing experience

      I brought this as a Groupon for once in a lifetime birthday experience for my family and I can tell you it did not disappoint! My family enjoyed it tremendously. Kelley will text and coordinate the event. Wolf will be your pilot. They make the experience easy and seamless. The ground crew is tremendous as well, they were helpful with my elderly father whom uses a walker. All in all a great experience. If you've never been in a helicopter or wanted to see Dallas from this unique vantage point, you must try this.

      We took the Dallas Skyline Joy Flight helicopter ride with "You Take Flight," this past weekend, and the entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. Immediately upon booking I received a warm welcome from 'Heli' Kelley, wife to our pilot, Captain Wolf. Throughout the process all communication with staff and crew was warm and welcoming. My boyfriend had never flown before, and this was a surprise for him. He had no idea that we were going for a helicopter ride until we walked in and I told them at the front desk that we were checking in for the helicopter, LOL. Although excited, naturally he was also a little nervous. After receiving the safety briefing over the phone from Kelley, even my boyfriend commented on how friendly she was, and that it felt like we were being treated and welcomed like family. Between the warm welcome, and additional information about Captain Wolf's impressive career and experience, my boyfriend's nerves were put at ease, and we both enjoyed the entire experience tremendously. The crew offered a photo op just prior to boarding, where they took photos of us together in front of the helicopter. We also got some great pictures of the city while in the air, and we enjoyed the information that Captain Wolf shared with us over the headsets. The ride was incredibly smooth. It was not choppy whatsoever. We highly recommend "You Take Flight." Whether for business or pleasure, you are sure to have a memorable experience, treated well, and welcomed aboard like family.

There are still minor growing pains to come as they continue to become what they hope to be. Though you read this now and may see it as a negative, I still truly believe that Parrish is the best school in the DFW and you should definitely come here if you're looking for a flight academy that has a humble owner, kind staff, and who all want the best for you. Between Ms. Emma working the schedule, all the amazing flight instructors that prioritize learning, and the owner, Sherman, making sure all operations run smoothly and safely, you will be taken care of if you choose to fly with this flight school. To give some context to my experience, I approached the team at ITP with a challenge to help me finish my private pilot license within a month. I had previous flight experience and had already accomplished my first solo, however, it had been a few years since then. I needed all the applicable training to get back to where I could solo, get all the required cross country time, and the proper aeronautical experience to finally have a checkride. After hearing this, Sherman and Emma booked time slots for the rest of the month and set me up with my CFI, Steffen. Although the weather took out a full week's worth of training, I was able to check during the month timeframe and, most importantly, I got my license accomplished UNDER BUDGET! They leaned all their weight against the babies when washing their faces in the sink (which can injure their organs), lifted them by one arm (which can dislocate their shoulder), grabbed them aggressively, shoved food in their mouths aggressively, made them stay in their cribs for several hours, yelled at them for wanting to get up or for crying, swaddled them when that's against the law in daycare, and spent a lot of time texting & talking on their phones instead of watching the babies. The Lead Teacher in the Toddler Room was very impatient & squeezed their shoulders when they didn't obey, instead of using redirection. I explained these things to the director, but she said, "It's going to be a lot of work to replace those teachers." I later asked her what she was going to do about the incidents & she said her lawyer told her not to talk to me about it, so I reported the incidents to Child Care Licensing. They visited the school, but weren't able to do anything because I didn't have pictures or videos. I asked the director to install cameras, but she said no. Something must be done to bring awareness to the parents. Those lead teachers are still there & the director doesn't want to make the effort to replace them.
