Started the flight, pilot was very nice and everything was looking great. Then when we got to the end of the runway one of the spark plugs was not firing. So we turned back around and was told we have to reschedule. Thats not where the bad review comes in, we understood things happen and safety is the priority. Were told we would get a refund and a free flight. After a delay getting a refund we tried scheduling a flight and was ignored after that. Its been 2 months and no flight. No customer service and I'm the only one reaching out and not getting responses.
