Chris quickly established a good rapport with my son, and my son really looks forward to his lessons. We have had our oldest enrolled in two other Goddard's (we moved) and this Goddard has been the best experience ever! Our daughter has really blossomed being here. Her teachers accept her for who she is and they embrace it. Our youngest started in the infant room and I never once had to worry about a single thing. The best, top notch teachers I have ever met. I also respect and appreciate that they don't sugar coat things, if my child was having behaviors the teachers are very professional and take the time to talk with me about it and how we can work together as a team to improve the behaviors. On top of Poor scheduling bc they want money the course blocks are scheduled horrible you finish everything for your general test in 102 but u have to wait another month till u can take ur general test which is after 103 but in 103 your learning airframe and power plant so it's a waste of time filling ur brain with stuff you don't need till after ur general which leads to some people failing.

Yes that's right if you are a paying student giving thousands of dollars to train there they will give your plane away for a $199 discovery ride to someone who is interested in aviation. Screwing over paying students who put a uniform on and drive out there to fly so a teenager can get a ride in a plane for 45 minutes is a regular thing there. Don't worry though they will be happy to let you pay even more to fly a week later to polish up the skills you lost from not flying for an extended period. They do have some good instructors who like most CFI's are just trying to teach others and get their hours in to go to an airline. it's unfortunate for them as well with all the cancellations from lack of planes. Basically if you want to piss away money this is the place to do it. I moved to another local flight school and saved 6k on my next rating and will save 2-3 times that in commercial.

She was complaining that he didn't know vowels what? At 4 year old? Every time we drop or pick up kids she just the most unhappy person . They follow a curriculum and give periodic updates on how my sons academics has been doing. Three months in, we are THRILLED with our decision to enroll our child. There have been many noticeable improvements in terms of writing, math, and various other academic measures. Most importantly, he truly enjoys his time there, only being upset when I pick him up earlier than anticipated. An added bonus is that tuition includes breakfast, an AM snack, lunch, and a PM snack. That alone offsets $100.00 a month. One thing that I would like to point out for those that have concerns about children being left on busses is that due to the time I arrive for pick up, I often see the bus arrive to drop kids off. When it arrives, kids are accounted for more than once to assure no one is left behind. Finally, the school offers monthly "date nights" for parents. For less than the cost of most babysitters, you can have a few hours to yourself with your significant other, all while keeping the belly of your kiddo full!

And the empowerment and passion begins at the top and certainly reflects the whole way down. Our daughter has deeply missed school, friends, and routine since covid and a career change put us on a new track one year ago. After much thought and far too many lonnnnng days at home with an energetic and curious wanderer, we knew it was time to get her back on track and in the "game". We are so incredibly thankful to have found such an amazing school minutes from our home! I knew as soon as I walked through the front door that Children's Lighthouse was the best option for our baby girl and that she would be loved and cared for by the way the educators conducted themselves without knowing anyone was observing. These ladies love what they do and that love pours onto these kiddos. I am so thankful for Katie, Director, being there to lead the pack of dedicated and devoted educators in a way that spreads pure joy and energy through those halls! If I can't be there with our baby girl every day, I'm thankful she and her team are! I know my baby is in loving and wonderful hands every day! We attended NTLC for about a year and a half after coming from another daycare where we had a…read morereally difficult experience. When we first started, my son was 3 years old, and we truly loved his teacher. He adjusted well, was happy, and we felt like we had found a good fit for our family. Things started to change when he turned 4 and moved into the Pre-K classroom. During his time in that class, there were 3-4 teacher changes, and the lack of consistency was very difficult for him. We started seeing more behavioral struggles and tried to work with the school to figure out how we could support him together. Unfortunately, we often felt like communication was lacking, and we weren't getting a clear picture of what was happening during his days there. By the time we were made aware of the full extent of the issues, his behaviors had escalated to things like hitting, biting, and trying to leave the school. Even then, we felt the severity of what was happening was not fully communicated. A few months before they decided to unenroll him, we started receiving more details about what had been happening. These were things we felt should have been documented and communicated on the days they occurred, rather than being shared months later. We provided multiple plans and suggestions and truly tried to partner with the school. However, it often felt like our ideas were dismissed with a "we can't do that," or they would try something once or twice and decide it wasn't working. There was no consistent approach, and we never felt like everyone was working toward the same goal. This experience was disappointing because we genuinely wanted to work together to help our son succeed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend NTLC for children who are strong-willed, struggle with transitions, or need additional behavioral support. If your child does not fit the expectations outlined in their handbook, it felt like the staff struggled to determine how to best support them. While there were staff members we appreciated, our overall experience was that the communication and support from administration were not what we needed during a challenging time. We also found that questions and feedback were often met with defensiveness rather than an open conversation focused on finding solutions.

We even recommended them to several of our friends. NLTC made becoming parents so much smoother. We learned so much from the staff and how wonderfully they run their program. We moved out of state and leaving them was the hardest part. A special shout out to all of the girls on the management team (Chloe, Taylan, Akhia, Liz and Karina) and our favorite teachers Miss Ashley, Miss Blayne, Mr. Francisco, Mr. Spencer and Miss Quinn. Truly all of the staff is so incredible though!
