She was constantly put down for what she was doing wrong but never cheered on for doing good. Her behavior was so off when she would go to school. My final straw for pom was when they posted a video of all the kids and my child was off by herself looking sad not included in the activities all her friends were doing. She recently changed schools and is a completely diff kid. She's so happy, loves gaing to school and is earning so much. Can tell the teachers at her new school truly love what they do and love the kids!! Pom also has ridiculous supplies fee. $350 fee per year for supplies is ludacris. They also close down for a whole week between Christmas and New Years and still charge for the week that they are closed. I know a few other parents feel the same way because we have had conversations at parties and events. would not recommend this school! All they care about is $. They also bragged on having a Dallas cowboy players kid attending there school. They said the players name and everything which I feel is complete invasion of privacy.

He couldn't shake the worried feeling, and said, "I just hope he knows we're coming back." I told him, and I reminded myself, that I believed our son was ready and that the experience of being without us would strengthen him, and seeing us walk back through the door later that day would secure him. I don't know what made me sure of this other than the confidence Primrose of Frisco at Main/Teel gave me and my mama intuition. I felt that before anyone else, I first, needed to have the belief in my son and his capabilities - even at only 15 months old. I share this story with you for any parent out there leaving their child for the first time in the hands of a good teacher and school. Your child can do this! And, so can you! Our son has continued going to school even through the pandemic. (Again, personal mama intuition on this choice. Please don't judge.) School closures and the lockdowns were launched in March and Primrose of Frisco at Main/Teel didn't skip a (heart) beat. Temp checks, no parents passed the front door, more curriculum outdoors, etc. - they were ready and willing and brave. There's been excellent communication at all times. At the beginning of the year, our son had begun the "terrible twos" and by March they were in FULL swing! Because of the continued support and attention from his teachers, his communication and growth have exceled! March, April, May, June, July, August - I can't imagine and can't thank this group of leaders and teachers enough for their dedication during this unprecedented time. And I can't imagine the valuable time our son would have lost without the opportunity to attend school. Our daughter recently joined her brother almost two months ago. Drop off was very different this time around and now it was ME crying with unrest. I knew she was capable; she had my confidence. But... we didn't get to hold her hand while we walked her to class. It was a feeling I wasn't used to, simply passing her off at the front door. But once again, I put my faith and trust in the teachers and they have helped guide this ship in so many ways. In a world that feels so unpredictable, so "on the verge," so uneasy, I am so thankful for the steadiness our teachers and family at Primrose of Frisco at Main/Teel have provided our family and so many others. We love the associate director at this school and we thought we loved the teachers. but there have…read morebeen stories of kids being locked up in the bathroom. there are no cameras in the classrooms. when it is a child's voice vs. an adult's story unfortunately it is difficult to prove. if you have a child or toddler who attends this school strongly encourage you to have conversations with them about being locked in the bathroom for being "bad". DFPS dropped by this school but found nothing. it is difficult to prove wrongdoing when dfps drops by for a short amount of time.

We moved to Frisco from NY. We went through 2 daycares in NY before we started here. We checked out several montessoris before we signed up for Frisco Trails. There are fancier, more expensive options in Frisco. I wanted my daughter to be in a comfortable, safe environment that's also down-to-earth and not a five-star hotel. We were very happy overall with the montessori. There was some teacher turnover, but not a lot. They dont have too many more closed days than the federal holidays. Teachers paid individual attention to the kids. They have parent-teacher meetings few times a year to update parents on the child's strengths and areas of improvement. There would be time for study but also play, frequent fun activities. My kids bring home amazing crafts. Every week the toddles have a new learning theme, like continents, plants, oceans. They email us every weekend about a summary of the last week, and teaching lined up for the next week. My daughter has learned to read and write fairly well before she goes to KG. They don't have a fancy app to message parents, but in my past experience, updating apps takes up teachers' time and concentration away from their main focus on children. Emails have worked just fine. The teachers and administration are easy-going and generally accommodating. I put my younger kid here as well. She had frequent viral infections her 6 months or so, after that its been pretty smooth. This past winter was not bad at all.

My son RUNNNSSS into the building so excited to see his teachers, Mrs. Aida and Mrs. Alma. They are so fun and you can see they give their all to those kiddos. The infant room is also full of such special women!! Mrs. Cindy and Mrs. Bheda are always so sweet when I drop off my baby and I love seeing all the pictures and activities they do! When I do pick up in the afternoon, Mrs. Ambreen and Mrs. Yu are always letting me know all the cute things my baby did that day and so sweet in celebrating his little changes! My boys are so blessed to have such amazing teachers. We are grateful to have found this school with its amazing staff.
