I can't speak for the quality care of this school, but they need to hire more professional staff as my brief experience reflects poorly on their brand and what they value. I'm a new expectant mother and wanted to find out rates so I can plan for childcare in the future. I told Tisha, the enrollment specialist who reached out to me that I would like transparency in rates before scheduling a tour, and her response was "dang." I understand schools have policies, but her response was extremely unprofessional; if this is how the school speaks to prospective parents, I'm glad I did not waste my time and will be seeking childcare elsewhere. read more

Had an appointment today on June 12th at 8 am for a school tour. Showed up at 8 am and there is no one there. Waited till 8:16 am. I thought it was weird that I kept getting phone calls about my inquiry into the school when I already had a tour scheduled for the Saturday of that week. Called them to confirm that I have that appointment and to get an explanation as to why I am still getting phone calls of them trying to give me more information about the school. A lady there told me that most likely her coworker just didn't check the updated list but that I do have the confirmed appointment on Saturday that week. I have about 5 emails reminding me of my appointment as well as a text message reminding me of my appointment. Very disappointed. Not willing to drive out here again for a tour just for them not to show up again. Edited to reply to headquarters response: there was no misunderstanding. Your employees booked the appointment and confirmed it. Then they didn't show up. They are also still calling me trying to rebook the appointment and saying that they are sorry they missed the appointment. No acknowledgement that they forgot about the appointment. I received no contact regarding rescheduling before my appointment. No contact about them not being able to make it before the appointment and at the time of the appointment. read more

Nothing but positive things to say about this location. I had a terrible experience at another daycare and they welcomed us with open arms. Front desk: These women are extra friendly and love on your child like they are your own. Teachers: feel free to do a surprise visit, you will see nothing but love and affection from the teachers to the kids. A huge shout out to Courtney, Glory, and GiGi for treating my son like he was their own. You see each of them do that with all children, and they are patient with everyone. LOVE THIS PLACE- and so does my daughter. We moved to town during the pandemic (I'm a healthcare worker) and was nervous about having to sent my daughter to daycare. Those worries were gone in no time!! The facilities is doing a WONDERFUL job with having to do things differently and has made me feel comfortable with sending her to school. She has grown so much as well, she is always coming home knowing more signs/ words and they are working on her potty training! They treat my baby girl as if she was their own- I know my daughter is in great hands. Plus every morning my daughter grabs her bag and runs to the door trying to open it so she can go to school. We moved to TLE Plano after having a difficult experience at another day care. We have two children at this location and have been able to work with several of the teachers while we have been at this location. Although there was a transition of front office staff during our time at this location, we have been pleased with the new front office staff who have come in to replace them. I appreciate staff who greet parents as they walk in the door as well as being able to "catch up" with each other from time to time. The fact that it makes everyone feel like a family is extremely important. Thankfully we have only had one turnover of teacher while at TLE and although it was a bummer to lose that teacher, we noticed that the new teacher continued to do a phenomenal job working with our oldest child. Our oldest would always have songs to sing on our car ride home and had positive reports about her day. She learned about planets and continents and has been working on spelling her name and writing it which we are pleased with. Our youngest was always in good spirits thanks to Ms. D and Ms. Glory. They have always been so loving with the older infants and treated our youngest as if they were their own which is a tremendous comfort. Ms. Shelby, Ms. Montana, Ms. Penny, and Ms Savannah have also been amazing as teachers and I'm so thankful that my children have interacted with them. I appreciate that I was able to work with each teacher and if there was a behavior that needed to be addressed or something needed to be adjusted as far as care, I knew that I could work with them directly. As a parent it is important to feel that you could work with the staff as a team and I always felt that this was possible. I also know that if there is turnover of staff, good solid staff members who understand children and love them are coming on board to replace them. We are very thankful for TLE Plano staff and all of their hard work! read more

TLE is an awesome daycare. My wife and I were very skeptical since this was our first time, however TLE Staff really helped us in the transition. I can't say enough wonderful things about the teachers, they really hire high-quality individuals that genuinely care about the children. We are grateful that we found such a wonderful daycare for our daughter. I would recommend this daycare to any new parents out there that needs a good daycare for their child. You will not be disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail that they provide to each and every child. The TLE app helps us in knowing whereabouts. What can I say that hasn't already been said about this wonderful place and all the wonderful employees ! You walk in and it's just an instant pleasure to be there ! The patience of everyone there is amazing , and my son isn't the most perfect angel he's our .... blessed child indeed . Samir is one of the best people you've ever met . He's kind he's patient and he works with you ! Time and time again we have thought of moving but we will not move away from this day care because it's like moving away from family . I've read so much on day cares and horror stories and I can't imagine my child anywhere but here . Communication is a 10 here ! Cleanliness is a 10! And if I can name all of the employees without misspelling them and looking crazy I would ! But there isn't one person there I do not love Mrs Rebecca she's truly a blessing ! Asserya is my sons favorite person she just makes my sun light up ! Mrs west her voice will def put a smile on your face , and everyone else especially dechanel ( sorry if I spelled that wrong ) she really changed him from night and day he's getting so smart because of your patience with him and dedication . Disappointment is an understatement. We were so excited to of found TLE when we did. We had a traumatic experience at a previous private daycare and we felt at ease with TLE. The curriculum is great, the school itself is very clean and well kept. Our child attended for 8 months and during that time we developed a great relationship with the director and the assistant director, who were nothing but amazing, they kept us at ease and truly care about the children. After 4 months, we noticed some turnover issues with the teacher in our child's class, and in other areas of the center. We understand this happens in business, but it did become concerning when the new hires had none or very little experience. We had a situation with a new hire in a different class, however was around all children during times in the mornings and afternoons when other teachers were arriving or leaving for the day. The first three encounters with this person were very surprising, as their attitude and behavior were terrible. We watched them bark orders at children while just sitting on the counter top, and very rude to us as parents. We did speak to management about our encounters. A few weeks later, a family member was picking our child up early for the day and witnessed this same staff member aggressively placing a child against the wall to go outside, "because they were not listening". This individual did admit their fault as our family member went straight to director. This person did not get suspended or obviously terminated; they were at work the very next day. We were upset at this decision because it was completely unacceptable in our opinion and a long talk was all that was done. We asked management to ensure this individual was never around our child, and they did. After this situation occurred we were jolted with the news of the director and assistant director had put In their two week notice. Three days later the main teacher in our child's class quit on the spot and never came back from lunch. When we heard this news and the immediate solution was to have a representative from a temp agency step in, we decided enough is enough and clearly there are issues behind the scenes when staff members are dropping like flies. When we pulled our child out that day we advised TLE of our decision and voiced a request to meet with the owner. We were contacted via email by the franchise owner, who we have had very little interaction with, we were basically told, "I will meet you, however I am so sorry our policy stands, you still owe tuition for the next 4 weeks". We understand the need for policies in business; however the attitude, non compassionate behavior, and even more so the reactive and not pro active process, is just beyond us. We have filed a complaint with TLE corporate in regard to our experience. If you care about were your child is cared for, which obviously you do because you are researching and reading reviews, DO NOT send your child here, it is all about the money and now with the two main pieces of the puzzle (director and assistant) leaving, I have zero hope for this place. Don't just take our word for it, look at the reviews for TLE Corporate, and also what employees say on indeed and glassdoor, it's all the same. read more
