The broke my 17 months old son's femur and they have no explanation. They denied knowing anything had happened to him. The police, the medical doctors, and the state licensing All stated that they had to have known what happened to him. The police, the medical personnel and doctors, as well as the state licensing all stated that they had to have known what happened to him.
First they would've heard the bone break. It's the largest and strongest bone in your body. It wouldn't break easily therefore a lot of force went into making it break. Yet the DayCare has no idea how it broke. Andrea and Rosario, to be clear, we're the ones who was working there when this happened. I should've known that they were neglectful. My son was always leaving DayCare with food all over his face and boogers in his hair. Being a first-time mom I wasn't sure, I thought maybe this is how kids and daycares are. I should've known that they were neglectful.
Secondly Andrea stated that my son went to sleep with a broken femur. Every single medical professional stated that there was NO way that was true. There was no way a 17 month old child went to sleep with a broken femur. Adults wouldn't have been able to sleep with a broken thigh bone definitely not a child!! Parents expect accidents to happen but they also expect answers when it comes to a severe injury.
Thirdly as soon as the state and the police got involved about the injury Andrea got herself a lawyer. Why do you need a lawyer if you did nothing wrong? They are horrible when it comes to communication and they just don't really care about your kids. They have known my son since he was four months old. You're telling me they did not know he had an injury? They know my son, and for him to be screaming in pain and then they act like they didn't know anything was wrong, is ridiculous. Either they were abusive or they were neglectful. No matter which one, they were wrong and didn't even have the courage to admit it. It's one thing parents hate and that's to be lied to about our children. This wasn't a broken finger that went unnoticed because another kid stepped on it. This was a broken FEMUR. Something took a lot of force to break this kid's leg and they "didn't notice." read more
