Positives: I never felt like my daughter was in danger or unsafe in any way. The location (especially if you live in the Tribute). Negatives: Whatever is promised on your tour of the school, forget it. Things said are to get you to commit, but it will not be followed through on. What was communicated to us over the app (eating, nap time etc) is more than often wrong - difficult to know how the day actually went until you get there for pickup since the app is inaccurate. And continuing education at a school when you can't trust what they're telling you about your child is even more difficult. For most of the administration and teachers, this is just a job and will be treated as such. There will be no effort to go above and beyond to make your child feel comfortable or taken care of. We had to make numerous calls and requests to advocate for our daughter when she was having a rough time with the many teacher transitions. With that being said, a BIG shout out to the early preschool teachers, Ms. Tomeshia and Mrs. Ailiya. Both were absolutely incredible and saved our experience with this school. Primrose of Windsong Ranch has become less dependable every year. They are closed 12 days out of the year (Thanksgiving =2 days and Christmas = 3 days) with several additional early release dates where they close at 3pm. On top of that, every year they hike rates and registration fees. Traditionally the older the child gets the cheaper the tuition.. NOT HERE. Yes, you pay everyday they close their doors and you will need to use your PTO as well. Also, they reduced the sibling discount from 10% to 5%. What happened to dependable affordable child care?!

As in any school or establishment individual experience is going to be different, depending upon the teacher in classroom in with your child is placed. I picked my child up today only to hear her screaming at him through the door. I arrived early to pick him up. As I approached the classroom door I heard her yelling at him to go to sleep calling him a baby and telling him he needs to go to the baby room since he won't sleep. My son was crying telling her he didn't want to go to the baby room saying "I'm a big boy". This was not a stern or firm teacher voice, this was screaming and berating my son in front of his classmates during their nap time. My son should not have had to go through that, the other children in the class should not have had to hear that. As a former teacher myself this is NO WAY in which to speak to a child, especially for not napping. This "teacher" does not deserve the title and should not be working with children. Once she came to the door, her tone completely changed, she became extremely soft spoken and sweet. The hypocrisy was ridiculous. I mentioned the experience to the front staff as the director of the school was not there. They apologized.

My children actually lost their academic advantage attending here. And unfortunately picked up social habits I have to unteach and survival skills they shouldn't have had to learn. My prek turned k, was immediately bullied upon arrival. By a known bully who's allowed because he's the son of their employee. pro: the facility is clean, has routine (even if it's not good routine, it's still organized), nice lunch. has activities like fam movie night or parent night out. con: downhill starting toddler room. too much change and high turn-over in younger class. my 2 turned 3 yr old reported 2diff teachers physically aggressive 2 diff occasions. The abusers didn't expect her to speak so well. I pity the children who can't. Both remain employed. One isn't allowed with our kid. The other had given her notice to quit acknowledging she's not fit to work with the kids... (yet was still allowed) What the school sweeps under the rug and calls our kid's 'perception' I assure the thousands of parents seeing this, is a lived experience. Per others reviews, clearly, we're not the only ones. Don't let it be yours. Unless you only want a daycare, class reps who are not teachers and lack anger management, a place with sense of community-amongst employees only, and where your children's development and word are not supported, reconsider!

Suddenly after I escalated my concerns my baby no longer wants to be left with the teachers in the morning, when before she loved going to daycare. When she graduated PK in 2023-2024 class. She made amazing friends in that class and going into public school, she was leaps and bounds ahead. Her teachers were amazed and commended her PK teacher for preparing her so well. The staff, administrators and teachers care about their students and they try to make learning very engaging. She experienced music and art and computers and be able to tell me about how the self portrait was in the style after Picasso. Ms. Nazima herself is a jewel and should never be let go at all costs because she loves kiddos like they are her own. The extra events and parties that Creme holds are also very special and fun. The Halloween party was so much fun we all still talk about it. I highly recommend them. We also have really enjoyed the second year of Camp Champ in the summer.
