KAP is a great place for kids to learn, play, and thrive. My two kids have been at KAP since they were 2yrs old; and they are now 7 and 5. After my oldest went to Kindergarten, he still enjoys going to KAP in the summer for camp; where they have weekly themes/topics and field trips (movie theater, arcade, splash parks, etc).. all included in the weekly tuition. The owner, directors, and teachers are all amazing. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. The owner does a great job with day to day operations, she's very "hands on" and and involved. I love how they routinely have free events for the community. Games, activities, and food! The curriculum is amazing. A lot of childcare centers advertise having a curriculum, but they really don't. I can truly say that KAP has a curriculum and kids are actually learning! They also emphasize character essentials; focusing on different character traits monthly. My son started reading before graduating the Pre-K class, at 4yrs old. Safety has never been a concern. I appreciate the thorough reports through Tadpoles and receiving pictures throughout the day. If I ever did have a concern, it was addressed immediately. They do call to let you know of any accidents or incidents; and they have a process for documenting it for record keeping. 10/10 all around! read more

After being on the waitlist for nearly a year, I can confidently say the wait for Kiddie Academy of Prosper was absolutely worth it -- and it's easy to see why there's such a long waitlist to begin with. From the moment you step through the doors, it's clear this is a place built on care, structure, and genuine love for children. We have one daughter enrolled in the preschool and our kindergartner in the aftercare program. The entire staff is incredible -- caring, attentive, and always engaged, even if your child isn't in their classroom. The leadership team is equally impressive: professional, approachable, and really involved in the day-to-day experience of every family. The facility itself is clean, safe, and thoughtfully organized. Every part of the day is structured to balance learning, play, and creativity, keeping kids engaged and happy from start to finish. Meals are provided and even include vegetarian options, which is such a thoughtful touch. We also love how Kiddie Academy goes above and beyond with weekend family events like "Reading with Clifford" and their annual Fall Festival -- they truly make families feel like part of a community. The celebration of diversity and different cultures from around the world is another standout feature that we deeply appreciate. This place doesn't even deserve one star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! THIS IS A DAYCAREEEEEE! They preach about how much it's not but these kids really don't learn anything they just take a picture of the kid doing the activity for two seconds and go to the next kid. The material that these kids learn are the basic abc and 123 that you can teach your kids yourself. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE ONLY REASON WHY THEY STILL GET BUSINESS AND STUDENTS. THESE DIRECTORS ARE HORRIBLE. They act all nice when you get in and then they switch up and the charge tooooo much. The first director Karen is a bully and will laugh about it after and criticize everything you do. She is super nosy as well and question everything thing about your life. The second director and OWNER Fatima is nosy as well and will want an explanation to everything even your life. She acts nice but really says things in a mean way still trying to be nice. She threatens people, she criticizes you as well. She makes you feel less about yourself but putting you down and acting like she's above everyone. She even complained on having to spend her money for her company for the materials that these students needed to further excel in classes. This school needed so much upgrades on their material because she went so long without getting new ones and complained about it. read more

Right when you walk into the building, it is evident the care that is taken by the owners and staff. From the cleanliness to the details of all the decorations throughout the seasons, you can't help but feel welcome and smile. Let me start out by saying I think I interviewed about 5 places before returning back to work on my MAT leave with my first baby. This was all during covid (spring 2021) so everything was virtual. I ruled out several schools based on overall impression that it was not 100% clean to my standards, and I went with Kiddie Academy because I got a 'warm fuzzy' feeling that my babe would be well taken care of. This was not the cheapest, this was not the most expensive. My experience so far has been amazing. My baby LOVES going here (started at 4 months, he is now 11 months) and legit smiles when we walk in the door. He has learned so much and is hitting all his milestones since starting here. (Even at home, he was a 'little behind' according to pediatrician because he didnt like tummy time and did not roll over at 4 months yet when he started here he did a complete 180 and started doing everything within the first week). My only downside is, obviously he gets sick. Always has a runny nose and sometimes that turns into an ear infection (as with all babies). We have had several instances where we had to keep him home bceause he was sick (as you should always keep a sick babe home to not spread it) but this was stressful as my hubs and I both have intense corporate jobs. The ONLY complaint I think I have, (which, since doing some research I found is very common at all the other places too) is that they put toddlers in the infant room in early mornings (since they dont have full staff for 2 rooms at early mornings or super late afternoons). So I think this just kind of spreads germs faster because the kids are mixing with diff rooms. However, this also is the case at all the other places I have checked so I guess I cannot complain too much. We drop him at 7-7:30am and pick him up 5:30-6pm. One major plus is that my babe is SO excited to be there, he sometimes has a hard time resting there. He comes home exhausted from playing all day so I had to ask the teachers to force 2 naps a day because he was so tired he didn't want to eat dinner he just wanted to sleep immediately. Again, not a huge deal, but we kind of know that on the weekends, he will need to catch up on sleep because he is so over-stimulated and enteretained there that he is conked out afterwards. I guess I rather have him having fun all week and excited than not enjoying his school/daycare though. Overall- really love this place. Building is pristine, clean, new etc. All the kids look like they genuinely enjoy being there. read more

We recently moved to be closer to family and I'm not exaggerating when I say leaving Kiddie Academy was in my top 3 reasons for hesitation in making the move. I've been around and worked in daycares on and off throughout my life so I have had exposure to lots of different daycares and can say without hesitation that KAP is among the best. It is so clean, the staff are so warm and nurturing, and the academics are great. We just started my kids at a new daycare and my son's pre-k teacher was in awe that he already knew all of his letters, letter sounds, could write his name, and count to 50. But most importantly, I truly felt that my kids were loved. Dropping your kids off somewhere is hard-- knowing they will be loved and cared for is priceless. read more

We can't say enough positives about Kiddie Academy. Our daughter has been attending since May 2020 and it's amazing to watch her thrive. She is in the infant class and it's amazing watching her learn daily. The owner, teachers, and staff all care and love our children. Milestone and development goals are tracked and discussed with parents regularly. Being first time parents, I love the open communication - both my husband and I to the teachers, but also the teachers to us. The teacher offer suggestions and are open to options on nap schedules, eating routines, how to work on various skills at home, etc. The true tell tell sign is that our daughter loves going to 'school'. Even at 8.5 months old, she gets so excited when we load into the car each morning. And she gets even a bigger smile when a teacher meets us at the door for drop off. Additionally the pictures we are sent throughout the day, she is always engaged, smiling, and looking very content. During a pandemic, naturally we were worried about sending her to daycare. We've been amazed at the care and effort that is put in to ensure sanitation is maintained, screening is done at the door each morning, and people allowed inside the building are limited. Truly, the owner runs an amazing operation on all fronts and has an amazing team backing her. They have been god sends for our family. read more

We have been at Kiddie Academy for about 4 months but have such a positive experience, we would like to share. The staff are consistently positive and upbeat. We have felt like our son has learned baby sign language and his vocabulary continues to grow. In addition- we were so worried after him being home his whole life that he would have a long and hard adjustment period; however he LOVES it there. He reaches for his teachers and waves goodbye! He even cried today to go back inside after I picked him up. His teachers truly care about him and so does the office staff. The office staff and owner are always there and are "in the know" with how my child's day went. The vibe there is nurturing and we are so grateful we've found a place where we can drop off our toddler and leave knowing he's being loved and cared for. read more

Kiddie Academy has been a wonderful experience for our family. We have been with them for 3 years now and we've been lucky to experience a range of classes from Older Two's and up to Pre-K for our youngest and Summer Camp for our oldest... all of which always has our kids coming home smiling at the end of the day. My 2 year old son started in August at Kiddie Academy. He went to MDO prior, which we both loved but he is so active and needed more than 2 days a week and more than what I could give him at home. I have only wonderful things to say about this school. My son loves going and runs in everyday! The owners and directors know each child and family by name and make you feel important. More than that, my son loves all the teachers and administrators! They pick him up and love on him and all the kids and it's such a wonderful feeling knowing that your child is not only in safe hands but in loving hands too! My son won't leave when I pick him up without hugging all of his teachers and friends! We are at 2.5 months since we started and my son's vocabulary has exploded and recognition of colors, numbers, songs etc has just taken off! I highly recommend Kiddie Academy in Prosper! read more

We love Kiddie Academy! Our daughter loves coming to school every day because of the teachers, staff, friends and engaging curriculum. She continues to grow and learn each day. The staff has minimal turnover and the owner, directors and teachers are always so inviting. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate and engaging for the students. There is structure, routine and fun happening every day. This is our third child care location between our two kids and this one is our favorite! We visited Kiddie Academy after our son had been enrolled in another preschool program in Prosper that we weren't pleased with. I am so glad that we found this gem! If you think you've found a place, but haven't visited here, please do yourself a huge favor and make plans to visit. Let me start by saying that I cannot remember the last time we were there and the owner wasn't. She is there ALL the time. She knows every student and every family. You aren't just a parent here and your child isn't just a student. You are part of a family! Because she is there consistently, she makes sure that her school runs properly. The facility is ALWAYS clean. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Her teachers are qualified and you can tell they are there because they love enriching children's lives. They aren't there just to "babysit." Each day there is a different lesson and I know our little guy will be ready for public school when the time comes. We receive daily emails with pictures of what is going on in class that day. I love seeing what he's learning about, so that we can talk about his day on our way home. We also get an email with what and how much he ate along with how long he slept during nap time. We love Kiddie Academy and we are so happy that we made the switch from the other school he was attending. Kiddie Academy has truly been a blessing for our family. read more
