This was so much fun for both my husband and I who are currently out of towners. We're looking to move to the DFW area, and this was the perfect little tour to show us some of the hot spots downtown, and give a little history. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we felt very well taken care of and the staff were all so kind. Cody and Michael were our guides on our tour, and they were both very professional as well as personable, which we really appreciated. Even in the thick of the crazy Dallas hustle and bustle, we always felt safe and they made sure we were all taken care of. 100% recommend giving this tour a try, it is well worth the money, and we'd love to come back and give the nighttime tour a try. Hiiiiighly suggest wearing sunscreen, as we didn't and were crispy little lobsters by the end (no fault of ICW, obviously, just a heads up). If I had to give critique, all I would say is I'd love a tour that had a few more stops going over the history of some of the buildings, as I found that stuff the most interesting. I personally would have liked to have spent more time seeing the architecture and art around the area, more so than having the time at the farmers market. But I'm also fully aware that some would disagree with that statement lol. To each their own Regardless, this was a blast, and we loved it. For anyone wondering if it's worth it, IT IS without a doubt!

Great experiences always! We come as a big military crew and this company is always courteous, kind and fun. Elijah is used to our team and it's always such an amazing guide. The new location can be a bit scary and make you nervous, since it is a lot more busy than the other location, but there are new bikes to ride and always a fun experience. If you're from Texas or not, this is a great trip to take and you can support a local business while you make memories

Where do I start, I guess I will start with my other half and I were originally planning to go back to the fair again however, we looked on our app for things to do and we both found it in City Wheels. They had a very intriguing offer and we wanted to kind of see the area since we were visiting from out of state. So we decided to book a time to see if we could see more great sights in Dallas. So we arrived and there were two gentlemen inside waiting for us. They showed us how to complete the waiver and upload the driver's license so we could get started. So when they received everything we were paired up with Cody, he asked if I had ever ridden a bike before and I told him no but I do own a Harley and I feel that it can't be harder than that. So Cody got us helmets and asked which bikes we wanted to use, and when we picked one he asked if we wanted to try it and we said yes. We rode the bike down the street and back and felt comfortable with it so we came back and sat for a few minutes. He wanted to give those arriving late a chance to make it before we took off for the tour. So they were on foot and Cody knew they would make it late so we took off on the tour. Cody made sure we understood his hand signals so we wouldn't have any issues while following him and we took off. Cody was very thorough with his tour made sure we made stops often, took photos of us when we requested, and was overall very helpful. This was honestly something that really made the rest of our day very enjoyable. I appreciate Cody, and Zariah was very helpful when we got back after we finished our tour, thank you all for making our day one to remember.

After a rough night in Dallas (no thanks to Buck's--but that's for another time and another review) In-City Wheels redeemed the triple D. Elijah and Ernest were super cool, played great music, were knowledgeable about Dallas, and gave an awesome tour! It was a fun way to see unique areas, historical buildings, and neighborhoods. I gaurantee you'll fall in love with Dallas after a two hour traipse through the city on a bike or scooter! Don't walk, run and enjoy yourself!

This bike tour was phenomenal!! Good music. Great site seeing. Fun Times were had!! Took me a minute to grasp the gas and break of the big tire scooter, but once I did... ya girl was flying down Commerce Street. If you're looking for a memorable date night, Bachelorette kick back, or weekend adventure, this is the activity. They offer both day and evening tours... definitely book with In City Wheels.

Booked an e-bike night tour with Elijah. Our guide was easy going and knowledgeable. I didn't realize would would be out in STREETS streets, however, our guide Made sure all of us were safe and no one was left behind. Since our group was small, we had a 'custom' experience. 10/10 would recommended.

Let me start by saying that it is a decent establishment, which can familiarize you with areas in Dallas; however, below are the things that need to be improved: 1. Beeping fire alarm in the waiting area -- had hard time figuring out why the batteries couldn't be replaced or why they didn't shut off the thing completely. 2. Mortal Kombat 1 Music on PS5 was like a broken record on the background -- if you're familiar with how PS5 works, imagine hearing the music over and over again when it's set on the game's icon in the main menu (see image attached). 3. Waiver didn't come through -- never were told why only 1 waiver came through instead of 2 even though we filled out both ahead. 4. Skipped lunch, because falsely told via text ahead of reservation time that we needed to show up 20 minutes prior to reservation (see image attached) -- instead we started the tour at least 15 mins past the reservation, and it was not a 2-hour as advertised or we missed some stops to stay on their schedule. 5. There are no paper towels in the restroom -- just toilet paper, there's not even a designated area for it as in they couldn't just run out of it. All in all, I was hooked on their 5-star overall Google rating, but the complete experience definitely didn't seem like it; the good thing that some might also find is that they don't check the driver's license as advised in their text.

So much fun! Who knew it would be so awesome riding an electric scooter around downtown Dallas. Shoutout to the knowledgeable guides. They gave great information on art and history, made plenty of photo opportunities and took lots of time to make sure we were comfortable. The scooters were relatively easy to drive and the tour was affordable.

Downtown Dallas again

My friend and I went for my birthday and we got the 1hr tour. They gave us a bit to make sure we could drive the bikes then set us on our way! They gave us a good place we could stop and relax partway through which was nice, but I wish they had pointed out more things we could stop and see since I didn't really know my way around Dallas. They're about 7-10 minutes away from all the cool stuff, so I wish they gave a little extra time since we had to spend 20 minutes going there & back. But we still had a lot of fun and saw a lot of cool things! Thank you KD for a great experience! :)

Me and my group had the best time during our tour! KD and the guides always made sure we were having fun. They even took videos and pictures of us that they later sent to us. The city tour was great and lasted about 2 hours. We made several stops to take pics and even have a dance battle! KD also gave us some history about Dallas that I hadn't heard before. The scooters were so fun to drive! I highly recommend taking this tour!

It is a great way to meet the locals, see the art and architecture of a city, get recommendations, and in general, get the "lay of the land." We are so glad we found Dallas Bicycle Tours! We had an absolutely glorious afternoon with Heather and Heath on their well-tuned and sized bikes, leisurely pedaling around downtown Dallas, stopping to see points of interest, appreciating the many gorgeous murals throughout the city, and discovering new parks and neighborhoods that we want to go back and explore more fully! Heather and Heath are lovely human beings, curious and engaging...though our ages and backgrounds differ greatly, they made it so comfortable and fun with their open and kind personalities. They focus on safety and on tailoring the ride to the desires of their customers and were open to switching things up to fit our interests. They adjusted quickly to our skill levels, and we are confident that they could meet the needs of any group. They supplied everything we needed, even ice-cold water. Additionally, their rates are reasonable enough that we could do any additional, more expansive tour with them if we were staying in town; we'd jump at the chance if we could! Give Dallas Bicycle Tours a try - You won't be sorry!

We do have the ability to customize the route depending on your needs & abilities. We can rent you one of our own bicycles on request. These will be a mountain bike or a hybrid bike (these are the best types of bikes for Dallas streets). Cycling provides us a way to social distance & be outdoors. Equipment is sanitized between riders. We begin by fitting you on your rental & doing a safety check. You will want to bring your own, $, sunglasses, water & a small fanny-pack or mini backpack if you have items to carry. The tour starts by going through Deep Ellum to the popular Deep Ellum Blues Wall as well as other murals. We will then head to the Trigger Fingers Wall followed by Fair Park. On the way back, we will wind through Downtown Dallas & stop at sites such as the AT&T Discovery District, Dealey Plaza, Dallas City Hall & Pioneer Plaza. We conclude at Farmer's Market & have a beverage with an option to stop for beignets from Le Bon Temps along the way. Photos will be taken along the way & a memory video compiled. There is a restroom on the route.
