Never apologized, he even let out a big sigh when I asked if he could scan the rewards card I had & even dropped it in the process. He said he worked 11hrs. ok, then next time don't work 11hrs if you can't handle the demands of your job. Your customers keep the business running so maybe check your code of ethics & work on your attitude. This is unacceptable & I hope management will address this issue & other customers dont experience this level of disrespect, ever when coming to this store.
