We came in on a Monday afternoon on our way to errands. We found out Mondays don't offer food…read moreoptions but we sat at the bar to have a couple drinks. I tried the Dreamsicle which was DELICIOUS!!! My boyfriend tried the Gin & Roses which was very good as well and refreshing. We shared the Lavender Bees Knees Slushy! That was the best! Such incredible flavor!!! Kevin was our bartender and also our tour guide for the distillery tour. He was funny and very informative. The history of Milwaukee and growth of the business was really interesting. We enjoyed seeing the distillery and learning and the process. I saw a couple of barrels I am excited to try in the future!! Grape Brandy and Cherry Brandy! At the end of the tour we had a tasting. My favorites were Honey Lemon Vodka, Gin, Cranberry Liqueur, and the Coffee Liqueur. I do not enjoy Bourbons and Rye Whiskey but I will say that the Bond Bourbon was smooth. This was a fun experience and I highly recommend giving this place a visit! I know we will come back again! For Christmas Gifts, or to try more of the fantastic drinks! Oh and to try the future Grape and Cherry Brandy. And we also heard there is a comedy night, so we will look out for Cask Comedy events in the future. Thanks Kevin!

Good but expensive…read more I am in beer city USA and found this distillery to be quite expensive. They let you sample all of their products for $1 each, or if you buy a bottle the samples are free (as of May 2026). We tried the whiskies, ryes, and bourbons. All were good, but not worth $70 a bottle for what we wanted. They do have sales and some better priced products. However, I was shocked that the bourbon I liked ended up being $70 a bottle. I've had lots of bourbon in my day and I don't think it's worth $70 a bottle. Another one I liked was $50 a bottle which I also think is quite high for the flavor profile and burn. If you want to have fun and sample a bunch, then give it a shot. I wouldn't go out of my way to stop here unless it's in my route. It was good just not great for the price. They also sell pre mixed drinks that were super sugary and not very flavorful.

On top of that, the drinks were absolutely delicious! We're planning on buying some bottle of liquor from them that we tried, such as the chai liqueur, which was amazing! Excited to come back soon!

Stumbled upon this distillery when my bestie was in town. She drove past it a couple of times and…read morementioned we should give it a shot. I'm glad we did. When you first enter it's not what you expect a distillery to look or feel like. It's filled with greenery throughout and the display of their liquor on the shelf and barrels gave it a nice and unique touch. Parking was a little iffy to find since it's in an industrial area, but the interior and service make it worth it. The bartender was really friendly and informed us that they make all their drinks and liquor in house! I love the way he crafted our drinks too, the garnishes were perfect! The day we went they had Star Wars specials for May 4th--I thought that was a fun add-on. We had a Daiquiri, Dirty Martini and two Aggressively Friendly cocktails! They were a mixture of rum and vodka. You could definitely taste the alcohol in the drinks, but the flavor of the mixed items within the cocktails blended well. I'd love to come back and try their other liquor options. If they offer tours, I'd love to explore more of their background and what they have to offer. Perfect place for solo, couples, friends and furry friends to enjoy--will be back!

Best cheese curds in town!…read more Oh my gosh, this place has the best cheese curds. They were super tasty, had a perfect crunch, and were oh so cheesy. The pork chop was also very good. Full of flavor. Cooked just right. The Brussels sprouts were charred which I like. We enjoyed their whiskey tasting. Of course they have miller on tap which is good. So many drink options to choose from! If you do a tasting, you get a whiskey glass to take home (at least May 2026). I ordered a Wisconsin old fashioned, and they made it taste so good! They offer it sweet (sprite), sour (squirt), or press (not so sweet, I'd say in the middle)? If nothing else, stop in for some cheese curds! This place has so much more to offer than the public market across the way. Don't skip out on this place! Im still dreaming of the Wisconsin old fashioned and those curds!! Most of their ingredients are from local vendors! Even better! That's why everything tastes fresh and good. Oh they have happy hour from 3:20-6:20.

The variety of crafted cocktails was good for pretty much all tastes, and the different Old Fashioned's (Wisconsin Bourbon best the top) hit. Charcuterie and cheese board was a great appetizer-with crostini and tasty mustard and jam. The crab cake appetizer was tasty as well.
